First, this [redacted] truck was sold to [redacted] and [redacted] for $16,Not for the amount of $24,as [redacted] has stated in her complaintAuto Warehouse had an inspection done by [redacted] ’s Automotive prior to us selling itThey had said there were no stored codes in the system and the front brakes at 60% and rear at 80% and all else checked out okAccording to the NATIONAL HIGHWAY AND TRAFFIC SAFTY ADMINISTRATION (NHTSA) there were four open recalls at the time of sale to [redacted] and ***They signed separate forms acknowledging this and they were given a copy of the description for each recallWe insisted that they left the truck at Auto Warehouse so we could schedule those recalls to be fixed but they insisted they needed the truck and they would get the recalls handled with [redacted] They chose to take the truckWhen we spoke with her regarding the issues she was having with the truck we asked her to bring it back to us several timesOne time she couldn’t because she had court in [redacted] CountyOther times she said she would be here at a certain time and then never showedAnother time she had said that the truck was vapor locked on the highway and she would get it to usWe were unsure when she was going to show and she then had called at 6:pm to tell us she was on her way from [redacted] We instructed her to leave the vehicle locked in front and to put her keys in our locking mailbox (standard operation for us) She stated she drove all of the way here and then decided not to leave the truck and drove what she felt was an “unsafe” truck back to [redacted] She finally dropped the truck off to us during our business hours but took the keys home by mistake She insisted we had the keys for days before finding them in her pocket We had the truck sitting here for over a week before she brought the keys to us so we could get the recalls fixedWe missed our first appointment for the recalls because we didn’t have keys and then we rescheduled the recalls to get fixed at [redacted] After the recalls were finished, we took the [redacted] to [redacted] ’s to have them diagnose the braking issue [redacted] ’s diagnosed and fixed the problem with the traction controlAuto Warehouse then paid [redacted] ’s $for their parts and labor and at no charge to [redacted] or [redacted] as a good willThe mechanic at [redacted] ’s, Cory, had called [redacted] Friday evening and said the truck was fixed but he wanted to keep it over the weekend to put miles on it to ensure nothing else would go wrong [redacted] was thankful for the extra effort put forth by CoryMonday, Corey called [redacted] and she told him Auto Warehouse, Incsold her a vehicle with bad brakes and we were selling unsafe vehiclesCory explained to her that the problem was not the brakes but it was an electrical component He further explained to [redacted] that electrical components either work properly or they don’t and there was no way for him or Auto Warehouse to predict the problem We had quit communicating with [redacted] after she kept speaking of spirits and irrational nonsenseWe communicated with [redacted] the entire processHe believed we were being completely reasonable and complimented us for going above and beyond to do what we were doing to give them back the [redacted] We do not believe that ***, the co-buyer, shares in ***’s opinions or resolution to this situationWe have spoken with him on multiple occasions and he has been very nice and thankfulHe says they still need a truck and they still want a [redacted] and he feels [redacted] is being irrationalAuto Warehouse, Incbelieves we have done a very good job of doing the best for our customers [redacted] and ***They will have to forfeit their down payment if they want out of the contract or they can come and get the [redacted] they purchased from us

[redacted] and [redacted] came to dealership and agreed to settle for a refund of $This situation has been settled in house and closed

I have read the complaint by Mr [redacted] regarding the purchase of the [redacted] I was aware of the situation and did talk to him by phone a few months back Mr [redacted] purchased a $vehicle on an contract and received a voucher for emissions that we explained must be completed within business days My resolution on the phone with Mr [redacted] was that I would give him a $concession as a good will gesture or trade it against another vehicle in inventory He used foul language and hung up on me expressing that he was unhappy with that resolution In addition, he instructed all of his friends to put derogatory comments on our [redacted] page and had other people call that used foul language None of those people has any dealings with us and had no idea how we operate I always address a customers concern with a resolution In this case, giving the customer essentially a 13% return of the purchase price or trading it against another vehicle was not good enough Much like his trade in We spent over $reconditioning his [redacted] trade for resale and to bring it up to emission standards I knew that I purchased his vehicle as-is I will still offer my resolution to him of $or trading against another vehicle in inventory if he and his friends remove the negative comments from our [redacted] page

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 11, 2015/06/01) */ Mr [redacted] purchased this Vehicle on March 23rdThe car had already been inspected but because it needed a drive cycle(due to battery going dead) it would not pass emissions until the car was driven a bitHe asked if he could take the car with him that day and bring it back in a couple days to finish the emissions, unfortunately he waited several weeks and during that time the check engine light came onWe instructed him to take it to the repair shop immediately and we would pay for whatever repair was neededHe waited over a week to take it to the shop but once he did we had the vehicle repaired and it passed emissionsAt no point did Mr [redacted] ask to return the car or ask for his money back so I'm not sure why he fabricated that part? The Vehicle was repaired and is in great condition so I'm not even sure why this complaint was filed?

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response for a number of reasons, first and foremost for its abuse of the truth.THE FOLLOWING IS MY DETAILED RESPONSE to Auto Warehouse Incfor clarityI have phone records, journal documentation, invoices, texts, and emails that substantiate the proceedings thus farQuote from Auto Warehouse Incstatement letter to Revdex.com: Auto Warehouse Incdid send the car to [redacted] ’s Automotive for a mechanical inspection [redacted] had called and spoke with [redacted] at [redacted] ’s Automotive regarding the inspection before he took delivery of the car [redacted] was obviously satisfied with the inspection [redacted] ’s did because he took delivery of the car." mechanics, said there was not a mechanical inspection that could have predicted this unfortunate event and circumstanceRESPONSE: In reality, [redacted] at [redacted] took a quick look at the car on Monday, January 29, and said that the issue was likely the timing chainHe could not see the timing chain, mind you, without first removing several other of the engine’s major components, including the some money, or try and work a deal to trade the vehicle in for a different vehicleHe was not willingWe don’t feel good about this unfortunate situation and timing of the events eitherRESPONSE: Again, fabricatedI came at Matthew's request to "unwind the deal"At no time during the entire proceedings did either Jamie R***, Ryan F*o, or Matthew J [redacted] offer to get the Audi fixed at their expenseIs one to believe that Auto Warehouse Incwas willing to write a check for repairs conservatively estimated at $9,but unwilling to pay a fixed $10,refund? Clearly, Auto Warehouse Incwants to paint me as so unreasonable that I would walk away from an offer to have the Audi repaired at their expense! The mere suggestion that any customer would refuse such an offer is so absurd it is hardly worth responding to and may be an indication of how desperately Auto Warehouse Incwishes they had handled the issue differently, but it certainly is not the realityI informed Matthew of the cost estimates from [redacted] and was asked to have the car towed back to Auto Warehouse Inc., from Laramie to Fort Collins, to "unwind the deal"Matthew wasn’t in Tuesday, January 30, so we agreed to meet Wednesday morningI received the following text message from Matthew the morning of Wednesday, January at 9:AM: “Good morning ***So I talked to the bossShe said she needs you to have the Audi brought here and we will make it up to you in the car deal todayWhat time are (you) planning on being here?” When I arrived in Fort Collins, it was immediately clear that Matthew and Jamie were ready to “unwind the deal” by putting me in another of their vehiclesI said no to this, because at this point, I didn't trust that the conditions our purchase contract had been met in the first place and didn't want to deal with them on another vehicleMatthew said that my unwillingness to “work with him” wouldn’t sit well with management and that their even considering to take back the Audi was little more than a courtesyI said that it was irrelevant to me who’s oversight it might have been, Auto Warehouse Inc.’s or [redacted] ’s, or what the current state of the vehicle might be, that the failure to perform the mechanical inspection ultimately constituted a clear breach of the terms set out and agreed upon by both parties in the contractI no longer trust Auto Warehouse Incand definitely don't want to get another vehicle from themI asked that Auto Warehouse Incdo the right thing and unwind the deal by providing a full refund of the purchase price simply because no one mentioned anything about paying for repairs as an alternate solutionJamie said there was no way that Auto Warehouse Incwould be giving me a refund and that both parties would have to see where the cards fellAt no time during my discussions with Matthew, Jamie, or Ryan did any one of them offer to have the vehicle repaired at the expense of Auto Warehouse IncQuote from Auto Warehouse Incstatement letter to Revdex.com: [redacted] and [redacted] had filed a report with the Colorado Dealer Board whom came and investigated the car dealAfter the Dealer Board had completed its investigation on the car deal with the [redacted] s, they had closed the case without fault by Auto Warehouse, IncRESPONSE: Again, not trueThe CDB attorney said he had no authority to pursue [redacted] ’s for misleading or statements and that the wording used in our purchase agreement was too open to interpretation for the State to enforceThere was no indication from the CDB attorney that Auto Warehouse Incwas not at fault or absolved of using deceptive sales tactics, of misleading or misrepresenting contract promises, or of misdirecting and hedging as to the actual intention to have a mechanical inspection completedHe merely indicated it would be difficult to prove the case of contract breach against them due to a lack of detailed wording in the contract and [redacted] ’s sudden memory that the inspection was performed, despite not being able to produce any records of the eventFACT: When the CDB attorney investigating our claim spoke with [redacted] ’s personnel, he was told by [redacted] ’s that a mechanical inspection was performed but that it hadn’t been documented, in any way, because they hadn't found anything wrongThat's when the CDB attorney said he had no authority to pursue or investigate the mechanical shop statement; that he had to take [redacted] ’s at their wordFACT: Ryan did call [redacted] on Friday, February 1, identifying himself as a part-owner of Auto Warehouse Inc., and made considerable effort to demean her knowledge of cars, and lied saying that I now knew that Auto Warehouse Inccouldn't have foreseen this timing chain problem even if an inspection had been doneRyan made no offer to pay for the repairs but commented on how unreasonable we were beingOn February 5, I filed a complaint with the Colorado Dealer Board because Auto Warehouse Incmade no offers to fix the Audi and offered no further efforts to remedy the situation in any fashionQuote from Auto Warehouse Incstatement letter to Revdex.com: Auto Warehouse, Inctakes pride in our honesty and integrity and willingness to help our customers [redacted] and [redacted] have taken an all or nothing stance and are not willing to allow us to help themWe agree this is an unfortunate situation but at no fault of Auto Warehouse, Inc.) RESOLUTION REQUEST: If indeed Auto Warehouse Incis honestly offering to pay the expense to repair the Audi, then that is completely acceptable to meThe diagnostics and repairs are currently in process at [redacted] in Laramie, where the vehicle was originally towed.Regards, [redacted]

RevDex.com: I would like my complaint ID [redacted] , to be handled through an Arbitration hearing with BBB. Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:Clearly, it has become too difficult even for Auto Warehouse to navigate their own web of liesThey are not offering to repair the vehicle, but they did, and yet they didn'tAnother statement that defies all logicOnce again, this is a company that has no integrity and is obviously comfortable fabricating their own reality to avoid accountabilityI will accept nothing less than an full admission of their dishonesty and an offer - for what would be the first time - to repair the vehicle at their costOtherwise, moving forward, they will be receiving the minimum of my attention excepting the short amount of time it takes to rebuke their pathetic attempts at deception
Regards,

Auto Warehouse is not offering to pay for the ***’s vehicle repairs and never didWe had offered to get the repairs done at our cost or trade them into a different vehicle. We had the vehicle inspected prior to purchase as promised. The problem with the vehicle has been determined to have not been the fault of Auto Warehouse or predictable by any inspection. The issue has been resolved with the dealer board and Auto Warehouse was found not at fault in this unfortunate situation

First, this [redacted] truck was sold to [redacted] and [redacted] for $16,988.00. Not for the amount of $24,509.60 as [redacted] has stated in her complaint. Auto Warehouse had an inspection done by [redacted]’s  Automotive prior to us selling it. They had said there were no stored codes in the system...

and the front brakes at 60% and rear at 80% and all else checked out ok. According to the NATIONAL HIGHWAY AND TRAFFIC SAFTY ADMINISTRATION (NHTSA) there were four open recalls at the time of sale to [redacted] and [redacted]. They signed 3 separate forms acknowledging this and they were given a copy of the description for each recall. We insisted that they left the truck at Auto Warehouse so we could schedule those recalls to be fixed but they insisted they needed the truck and they would get the recalls handled with [redacted]. They chose to take the truck. When we spoke with her regarding the issues she was having with the truck we asked her to bring it back to us several times. One time she couldn’t because she had court in [redacted] County. Other times she said she would be here at a certain time and then never showed. Another time she had said that the truck was vapor locked on the highway and she would get it to us. We were unsure when she was going to show and she then had called at 6:30 pm to tell us she was on her way from [redacted]. We instructed her to leave the vehicle locked in front and to put her keys in our locking mailbox (standard operation for us).  She stated she drove all of the way here and then decided not to leave the truck and drove what she felt was an “unsafe” truck back to [redacted]. She finally dropped the truck off to us during our business hours but took the keys home by mistake.  She insisted we had the keys for days before finding them in her pocket.  We had the truck sitting here for over a week before she brought the keys to us so we could get the recalls fixed. We missed our first appointment for the recalls because we didn’t have keys and then we rescheduled the recalls to get fixed at [redacted]. After the recalls were finished, we took the [redacted] to [redacted]’s to have them diagnose the braking issue. [redacted]’s diagnosed and fixed the problem with the traction control. Auto Warehouse then paid [redacted]’s $497.71 for their parts and labor and at no charge to [redacted] or [redacted] as a good will. The mechanic at [redacted]’s, Cory, had called [redacted] Friday evening and said the truck was fixed but he wanted to keep it over the weekend to put miles on it to ensure nothing else would go wrong. [redacted] was thankful for the extra effort put forth by Cory. Monday, Corey called [redacted] and she told him Auto Warehouse, Inc. sold her a vehicle with bad brakes and we were selling unsafe vehicles. Cory explained to her that the problem was not the brakes but it was an electrical component.  He further explained to [redacted] that electrical components either work properly or they don’t and there was no way for him or Auto Warehouse to predict the problem.    We had quit communicating with [redacted] after she kept speaking of spirits and irrational nonsense. We communicated with [redacted] the entire process. He believed we were being completely reasonable and complimented us for going above and beyond to do what we were doing to give them back the [redacted]. We do not believe that [redacted], the co-buyer, shares in [redacted]’s opinions or resolution to this situation. We have spoken with him on multiple occasions and he has been very nice and thankful. He says they still need a truck and they still want a [redacted] and he feels [redacted] is being irrational. Auto Warehouse, Inc. believes we have done a very good job of doing the best for our customers [redacted] and [redacted]. They will have to forfeit their down payment if they want out of the contract or they can come and get the [redacted] they purchased from us.

I have read the complaint by Mr. [redacted] regarding the purchase of the [redacted].  I was aware of the situation and did talk to him by phone a few months back.  Mr. [redacted] purchased a $4000 vehicle on an AS-IS contract and received a voucher for emissions that we explained must be completed...

within 3 business days.  My resolution on the phone with Mr. [redacted] was that I would give him a $500 concession as a good will gesture or trade it against another vehicle in inventory.  He used foul language and hung up on me expressing that he was unhappy with that resolution.  In addition, he instructed all of his friends to put derogatory comments on our [redacted] page and had other people call that used foul language.  None of those people has any dealings with us and had no idea how we operate.  I always address a customers concern with a resolution.  In this case, giving the customer essentially a 13% return of the purchase price or trading it against another vehicle was not good enough.  Much like his trade in.  We spent over $1500 reconditioning his [redacted] trade for resale and to bring it up to emission standards.  I knew that I purchased his vehicle as-is.  I will still offer my resolution to him of $500 or trading against another vehicle in inventory if he and his friends remove the negative comments from our [redacted] page.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response for a number of reasons, first and foremost for its abuse of the truth.THE FOLLOWING IS MY DETAILED RESPONSE to Auto Warehouse Inc. for clarity. I have phone records, journal documentation, invoices, texts, and emails that substantiate the proceedings thus far. Quote from Auto Warehouse Inc. statement letter to Revdex.com: Auto Warehouse Inc. did send the car to [redacted]’s Automotive for a mechanical inspection. [redacted] had called and spoke with [redacted] at [redacted]’s Automotive regarding the inspection before he took delivery of the car. [redacted] was obviously satisfied with the inspection [redacted]’s did because he took delivery of the car." RESPONSE: Not true and fabricated after the fact. I did NOT speak with [redacted]’s before taking delivery on January 17. Matthew J[redacted] made assurances that the inspection had been completed and that the Audi was in great shape and ready to drive off the lot; I took Matthew at his word. My purchase agreement with Auto Warehouse Inc. stipulated that the vehicle would undergo and pass a mechanical inspection prior to final delivery. During negotiations, Auto Warehouse Inc. part-owner Ryan F[redacted] and salesman Matthew J[redacted]s both indicated that such an inspection came at significant financial expense to Auto Warehouse Inc., but that Auto Warehouse Inc. would be willing to bear that cost to make certain the car was in excellent running condition. FACT: My first call to Auto Warehouse Inc. was Friday, January 19, the morning after the check engine light came on. Matthew wasn't available that morning, and I was directed by Auto Warehouse Inc. manager Jamie Riggs to speak with [redacted]’s about any issues with the Audi because if I hadn't purchased a warranty from Auto Warehouse Inc., then the sale was "as is" and Auto Warehouse Inc. had no further obligation. I called [redacted]’s on Friday, January 19 at 9:29 AM, two days after delivery of the vehicle and less than 24 hours after the check engine light came on. I spoke with [redacted] Burger of [redacted]’s about the Audi and asked him what type of maintenance and inspections had been performed. [redacted] described the work as routine maintenance, a change of the engine oil and oil filter. I asked [redacted] if they had run any other diagnostics on the vehicle, including a check of any fault codes that might have been stored in the system. [redacted] said no other maintenance had been performed on the vehicle as it had not been deemed necessary. At no time did [redacted] mention any mechanical inspection or any results thereof, nothing that would indicate that the condition of the major mechanical systems of the vehicle (tires, alignment, steering, brakes, axles/boots, shocks, exhaust, belts, transmission, and so forth) had been inspected by [redacted]’s. Nor did [redacted] mention any Technical Service Bulletins. On Saturday, January 20, I spoke with salesman Matthew James who asked me to take the car to O’Reilly Auto Parts in Laramie to have the engine light checked by one of their technic[redacted]s. At O’Reilly's, I was told it was a P0299 trouble code, indicating that the turbo had excessively low output, otherwise known as an underboost condition. With this information, Matthew then asked me to bring the car back to [redacted]’s, so they could see what was going on. I did so on Tuesday, January 23. [redacted] at [redacted]’s said his technic[redacted]s could find nothing wrong with the turbo, but that there was a Technical Service Bulletin from Audi. This was a mere four days after I first spoke with [redacted] and just eight days after delivery of the vehicle, but it was the first mention of any Technical Service Bulletin. [redacted] said he had already spoken with Ryan at Auto Warehouse Inc. and that Ryan had authorized the work. At this point, I wondered how an active Technical Service Bulletin from Audi had not been revealed if a mechanical inspection or even a routine maintenance inspection had actually been performed. Again, [redacted] confirmed that only a routine maintenance check as part of the oil and filter change had been performed, nothing else. Quote from Auto Warehouse Inc. statement letter to Revdex.com: The unrelated check engine light came on after he took delivery and Auto Warehouse instructed him to take the vehicle back to [redacted]’s. The check engine light was solved with a Technical Service Bulletin created by Audi. Auto Warehouse, Inc. paid [redacted]’s for the TSB check engine light and did not charge [redacted]. [redacted] then picked the vehicle up from [redacted]’s. We did not hear from [redacted] until the vehicle broke down and they towed it to [redacted] in Laramie, WY. After speaking with [redacted], the mechanic at [redacted], Auto Warehouse was informed that the timing chain had broken. After we spoke with [redacted] and [redacted] from [redacted]’s, both reputable and professional mechanics, said there was not a mechanical inspection that could have predicted this unfortunate event and circumstance. RESPONSE: In reality, [redacted] at [redacted] took a quick look at the car on Monday, January 29, and said that the issue was likely the timing chain. He could not see the timing chain, mind you, without first removing several other of the engine’s major components, including the radiator, fan, and timing cover, but he suspected it as the issue due to the fact that he could visualize the exhaust camshaft, albeit through the oil cap, and it was stationary when he attempted to start the vehicle. However, it would not have been possible at that time for [redacted] or any other reputable and professional mechanic to say with any certainty that the timing chain was broken without first tearing into the engine. [redacted] quoted the worst case-scenario as a full replacement of the engine at about $9,400. Just to confirm the timing chain as the culprit would cost around $5000. The costs would go up from there depending on the extent of the damage done to the engine. With this information, Matthew offered to unwind the deal. Quote from Auto Warehouse Inc. statement letter to Revdex.com: [redacted] had come in to our store to speak with us about wanting all of his money back. We had told him we would like to help him. We offered to get the car fixed at our cost to save them some money, or try and work a deal to trade the vehicle in for a different vehicle. He was not willing. We don’t feel good about this unfortunate situation and timing of the events either. RESPONSE: Again, fabricated. I came at Matthew's request to "unwind the deal". At no time during the entire proceedings did either Jamie R[redacted], Ryan F[redacted]o, or Matthew J[redacted] offer to get the Audi fixed at their expense. Is one to believe that Auto Warehouse Inc. was willing to write a check for repairs conservatively estimated at $9,400 but unwilling to pay a fixed $10,000 refund? Clearly, Auto Warehouse Inc. wants to paint me as so unreasonable that I would walk away from an offer to have the Audi repaired at their expense! The mere suggestion that any customer would refuse such an offer is so absurd it is hardly worth responding to and may be an indication of how desperately Auto Warehouse Inc. wishes they had handled the issue differently, but it certainly is not the reality. I informed Matthew of the cost estimates from [redacted] and was asked to have the car towed back to Auto Warehouse Inc., from Laramie to Fort Collins, to "unwind the deal". Matthew wasn’t in Tuesday, January 30, so we agreed to meet Wednesday morning. I received the following text message from Matthew the morning of Wednesday, January 31 at 9:35 AM: “Good morning [redacted]. So I talked to the boss. She said she needs you to have the Audi brought here and we will make it up to you in the car deal today. What time are (you) planning on being here?” When I arrived in Fort Collins, it was immediately clear that Matthew and Jamie were ready to “unwind the deal” by putting me in another of their vehicles. I said no to this, because at this point, I didn't trust that the conditions our purchase contract had been met in the first place and didn't want to deal with them on another vehicle. Matthew said that my unwillingness to “work with him” wouldn’t sit well with management and that their even considering to take back the Audi was little more than a courtesy. I said that it was irrelevant to me who’s oversight it might have been, Auto Warehouse Inc.’s or [redacted]’s, or what the current state of the vehicle might be, that the failure to perform the mechanical inspection ultimately constituted a clear breach of the terms set out and agreed upon by both parties in the contract. I no longer trust Auto Warehouse Inc. and definitely don't want to get another vehicle from them. I asked that Auto Warehouse Inc. do the right thing and unwind the deal by providing a full refund of the purchase price simply because no one mentioned anything about paying for repairs as an alternate solution. Jamie said there was no way that Auto Warehouse Inc. would be giving me a refund and that both parties would have to see where the cards fell. At no time during my discussions with Matthew, Jamie, or Ryan did any one of them offer to have the vehicle repaired at the expense of Auto Warehouse Inc. Quote from Auto Warehouse Inc. statement letter to Revdex.com: [redacted] and [redacted] had filed a report with the Colorado Dealer Board whom came and investigated the car deal. After the Dealer Board had completed its investigation on the car deal with the [redacted]s, they had closed the case without fault by Auto Warehouse, Inc. RESPONSE: Again, not true. The CDB attorney said he had no authority to pursue [redacted]’s for misleading or false statements and that the wording used in our purchase agreement was too open to interpretation for the State to enforce. There was no indication from the CDB attorney that Auto Warehouse Inc. was not at fault or absolved of using deceptive sales tactics, of misleading or misrepresenting contract promises, or of misdirecting and hedging as to the actual intention to have a mechanical inspection completed. He merely indicated it would be difficult to prove the case of contract breach against them due to a lack of detailed wording in the contract and [redacted]’s sudden memory that the inspection was performed, despite not being able to produce any records of the event. FACT: When the CDB attorney investigating our claim spoke with [redacted]’s personnel, he was told by [redacted]’s that a mechanical inspection was performed but that it hadn’t been documented, in any way, because they hadn't found anything wrong. That's when the CDB attorney said he had no authority to pursue or investigate the mechanical shop statement; that he had to take [redacted]’s at their word. FACT: Ryan did call [redacted] on Friday, February 1, identifying himself as a part-owner of Auto Warehouse Inc., and made considerable effort to demean her knowledge of cars, and lied saying that I now knew that Auto Warehouse Inc. couldn't have foreseen this timing chain problem even if an inspection had been done. Ryan made no offer to pay for the repairs but commented on how unreasonable we were being. On February 5, I filed a complaint with the Colorado Dealer Board because Auto Warehouse Inc. made no offers to fix the Audi and offered no further efforts to remedy the situation in any fashion. Quote from Auto Warehouse Inc. statement letter to Revdex.com: Auto Warehouse, Inc. takes pride in our honesty and integrity and willingness to help our customers. [redacted] and [redacted] have taken an all or nothing stance and are not willing to allow us to help them. We agree this is an unfortunate situation but at no fault of Auto Warehouse, Inc.)  RESOLUTION REQUEST: If indeed Auto Warehouse Inc. is honestly offering to pay the expense to repair the Audi, then that is completely acceptable to me. The diagnostics and repairs are currently in process at [redacted] in Laramie, where the vehicle was originally towed.Regards,
[redacted]

I have spoken with this customer and she is withdrawing her complaint. I'm not sure she knows how to do it through your website but she is no longer upset. Thank you!

[redacted] and [redacted] came to dealership and agreed to settle for a refund of $4229.00. This situation has been settled in house and closed.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:No I paid $3600 for the [redacted], there the ones since they didn't have a certified [redacted] mechanic who knew anything about [redacted]s they told me to take it to a certified [redacted] dealer and they would fix the problem. I did that and had to pay more money out of my pocket. Then when they seen it needed $2000 in repairs and the car  was unsafe when they sold it to my 16 year old son, then refused to fix the main problems. All I asked for is my money back or $2000 for the repairs. This [redacted] should have no problems with how much they had charged me in the beginning. Why would they keep making us suffer when they new from the beginning they sold my son a defective unsafe car. I am a single mom and I really feel this is so unfair how they treated us and how they are continuing to treat us.

Mr. [redacted] purchased this Vehicle on March 23rd. The car had already been inspected but because it needed a drive cycle(due to battery going dead) it would not pass emissions until the car was driven a bit. He asked if he could take the car...

with him that day and bring it back in a couple days to finish the emissions, unfortunately he waited several weeks and during that time the check engine light came on. We instructed him to take it to the repair shop immediately and we would pay for whatever repair was needed. He waited over a week to take it to the shop but once he did we had the vehicle repaired and it passed emissions. At no point did Mr. [redacted] ask to return the car or ask for his money back so I'm not sure why he fabricated that part? The Vehicle was repaired and is in great condition so I'm not even sure why this complaint was filed?
