Auto Warehouse Reviews (25)

[redacted] [redacted] I want to replay back to the business comment. I am just asking for my money back or I want the car taken to [redacted] repair to be fixed and he said the [redacted] needs 2,000 dollars in work. I am a single mom and Auto warehouse sold my an unsafe defective car. I don't have any money and I am asking them to make this right by giving me my money back or fixing it through a [redacted] shop.

Auto Warehouse, Inc. did send the car to [redacted]’s Automotive for a mechanical inspection. [redacted] had called and spoke with [redacted] at [redacted]’s Automotive regarding the inspection before he took delivery of the car. [redacted] was obviously satisfied with the inspection [redacted]’s did because he took...

delivery of the car. The unrelated check engine light came on after he took delivery and Auto Warehouse instructed him to take the vehicle back to [redacted]’s. The check engine light was solved with a Technical Service Bulletin created by Audi. Auto Warehouse, Inc. paid [redacted]’s for the TSB check engine light and did not charge [redacted] then picked the vehicle up from [redacted]’s. We did not hear from [redacted] until the vehicle broke down and they towed it to [redacted] in Laramie, WY. After speaking with [redacted], the mechanic at [redacted], Auto Warehouse was informed that the timing chain had broken. After we spoke with [redacted] and [redacted] from [redacted]’s, both reputable and professional mechanics, said there was not a mechanical inspection that could have predicted this unfortunate event and circumstance. [redacted] had come in to our store to speak with us about wanting all of his money back. We had told him we would like to help him. We offered to get the car fixed at our cost to save them some money, or try and work a deal to trade the vehicle in for a different vehicle. He was not willing. We don’t feel good about this unfortunate situation and timing of the events either.      [redacted] and [redacted] had filed a report with the Colorado Dealer Board whom came and investigated the car deal. After the Dealer Board had completed its investigation on the car deal with the [redacted]s, they had closed the case without fault by Auto Warehouse, Inc. Auto Warehouse, Inc. takes pride in our honesty and integrity and willingness to help our customers. [redacted] and [redacted] have taken an all or nothing stance and are not willing to allow us to help them. We agree this is an unfortunate situation but at no fault of Auto Warehouse, Inc.

Revdex.com:
I would like my complaint ID [redacted], to be handled through an Arbitration hearing with Revdex.com.
Regards,
I do have a small claims court date set up 02-12-2015 so I don't know if you still can help me. If this stays unresolved with them does this incident get reported to there website on the Revdex.com?

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:The 1st sentence of the dealerships response is wrong. With the $5000 cash down I gave them brings the amount to be financed to $12,537.55 and with the payments and interest brings the total purchase price to $24,509.60.Then they report when they took it to [redacted]s Automotive the front brakes were 60% and rear 80%. Shouldn't the both be at 100%?
Then they state that there were 4 open recalls;which I found out from the [redacted] Manufacturer that there are actually 5. ODI #[redacted] and case #[redacted].To top it all off they said that they insisted we leave the truck with them so the could schedule the recalls to be fixed. That is a straight out lie. In fact Matt called me over a week later (which I have recorded) and I quote"If you were a normal upstanding citizen you would have taken the truck to [redacted] and had the recalls taken care of yourself". Plus went on to say "If you were a woman of your word you would stand by the legal binding contract that you signed".I responded by saying "Whoa...now you're getting into my character". You would think that he would have stopped at that point but kept going into different scenarios of what ifs. Fueling my temper and anxiety baiting me. We ended the conversation unresolved. Then they go on to state that they asked me to bring back the truck several times.....I bought the truck the evening of Sept 13. After the incident with the brakes I took it home and parked it. And left it parked all day Thursday, 9/14 to think about how I needed to proceed. I didn't even talk to them until Friday when I was returning the vehicle. And they NEVER called me - NOT ONCE! Plus they state that I said I would be there at a certain time and never show up. How can this even be possible considering the time-line? 9/13 I purchased the vehicle, 9/14 vehicle sat parked (no contact), 9/15 attempted to return vehicle. (Called dealership to let them know of my intentions) and I DO have my phone logs. NO phone calls from said dealership in that time period. Are the confusing me with someone else or just straight out lying...again!Then they go on to say that they quit communicating with me after I kept speaking of spirits and irrational nonsense. What the heck?! And then they mention my co-owner stating that he believed they were being completely reasonable and complimented them on going above and beyond and that they do not believe [redacted] shares in my opinions or resolutions to this matter. And that I am being irrational?! I will let [redacted] resond in his own words what he thinks of this whole outrageous situation.Granted, he is a lot more diplomatic than myself - I am a very direct in you face kind of person. I say what is on my mind When it is on my mind and figure if people cannot handle the truth in their face then I don't have time for them. Are they crazy?! Do they really think they can get away with keeping the full $5000 and the truck because I am afraid to drive it?! Because within mere minutes of purchasing the vehicle I had already got into an accident injuring myself/!I don't think so. I will obtain legal council to resolve this matter. Everyone I have talked with from [redacted] to NHTSA, the Vehicle Licensing Board, Attorney Generals Office , and even [redacted] Manufacturing they all concluded that this is a very shoddy deal. I will not stop until this matter is resolver in a fair (and timely) manner. I will go to the Governor himself! It's not as I haven't before! I found a law (but I was on my phone of course) that stated the dealership was entitled to $500 of the $5000 I gave them. I'll have to go back and find that statute. I am surprised no one has mentioned it.And disclaimer of warranties does not apply if represented in Great Condition; Implied warranty of Unsafe Vehicle. As the lemon law only applies to new vehicles; UNLESS it concerns a safety issue.Since I am a totally disabled 54 year old woman with extreme health issues the vehicle that I DO purchase will be the last of my lifetime. Plus [redacted], at the age of 67, just had his [redacted], [redacted] AND ** benefits taken away due to an error of Human Services I don't know how we will be able to afford this purchase. Until matters are cleared up. And dealing with the government; well, who KNOWS how long it could take?!Regards, [redacted]Hi. This is [redacted]. Yes we test drove the truck. Everything seemed to be ok with the truck. So we took the truck home. They not once asked us to leave the truck there so they could fix recalls. They called [redacted] sometime weeks later and told her that she should have done that. After [redacted] brought truck back from [redacted] I took it down the street all at once dash lites started flashing on and off. Check Eng ,brake lite etc were blinking on and off for a minute or so it would stop blinking. When I would stop at stop sign and proceeded on to turn the brake pedal would flutter at the top of the pedal turning right or left. I checked brake fluid it was ok. I noticed that the water reservoir was low and the power steering fluid was not topped off. and the battery terminals had white battery acid on them or corroded. In my point of view if truck had been run through the shop to be ready to sell those things would have been addressed. When Cory called me on Fri he asked me if I would come get the truck. I asked him what? He explained who he was and that he fixed the brake and steering issue. It was a tracking something and it should take care of it. I told him I was not picking up truck that he should call Autowarehouse Monday. I can go on and on and write statement after statement about what he said she said he did this she did that on and on etc. The bottom line is [redacted] had a bad experience with the truck and it spooked her, caused her to have anxiety thinking about the truck even. If I was anybody and in their right mind would not want a person out on the streets that was not comfortable and risking their lives with someone that feels the way she does about the way she does not want to buy that truck I myself would not want a unhappy person driving around the streets risking my life. YOU the car dealer keep $500 Give us our money back so [redacted] can get a different truck this will all be over with Yours Truly [redacted]. And also I dont want my woman driving around uneasy with anything. It is not safe for her or any one else on the street. The truck was a rental truck for 50,000 miles and also had two other owners so they had to have had to had many mishaps with this truck themselves.I do not want her to buy this truck. I would not buy it myself. I am not a [redacted] person strictly USA made but I guess they are put together in Texas somewhere. But the more I talk to [redacted] owners the more I believe this was either a lemon or it was drove to the ground when it was a rental. These people are being unreasonable and are no way trying to compromise or make this a good buying exprience for anyone involved. Its almost like they gang up on you til you cave. And to just take her money and tell her to get lost?I dont understand what kind of business this is or how they could successfully run any kind of business like that. And who are they to threaten me - Ryan - by telling me that if noone else would finance us they would and the first payment we missed he would repo the truck and take both the money and the truck?Who does business like that?Is that even allowed? I would think it would be against the law!Whats wrong with these people? How could the St of CO let them get away with that?Is it even legal? How can they sleep at night? I cant!

[redacted] is a piece if [redacted] I bought a vw beetle off him than needed a transmission new abs computer and had intake problems and was also in a accedent before I bought the car I'd never buy off that con artist ever again
