I searched my records and I do not have a customer that purchased a vehicle from Auto World with the name of *** ***Respectfully yours, Terri D*** General Manager

** from Revdex.com received the response to this consumer's complaint via fax :Please also refer to attached documentsTo whom it may concern: *** *** purchased a *** *** *** on 02/23/The customer test drove the unit and had the opportunity as all customers do for a third
party inspectionThe customer opted to continue with the purchase after her test driveThe customer then financed through one of the dealership's third party lendersThe customer was quoted a monthly payment including gap and warranty protectionThe customer agreed to the paymentThe sales price of the vehicle was disclosed to the customer on a retail purchase agreement that she signed along with the dealershipAt this time the customer inquired about getting a lower priceThe customer was informed that any reduction in price would cause the purchase to fall apart as the contract was being purchased at a discount by the lenderThere is a form that is provide to the customer that also denotes the purchase at a discount by the lender and the customer has an electronic signature attached to this fromThe customer physically signed a form consenting to the use of electronic signatures for the loan processThe customer after purchase wanted to return the car Nit as the contract provides for no cooling off period and loan paperwork had already been processed, this was not an optionThe customer seems to be having issues with the vehicle after purchase but fortunately has a warranty but as of this point has not explored the options of doing a warranty claim to help cover these issuesIf the customer chooses, the dealership's service department works with this company and can help in the claims processThe customer also states that they were overcharged for the carNone of our cars are advertised on our lot with a listed sales price so there is no change that can take placeOur cars have internet listings that can show an advertised priceThese prices are subject to change and to protect the interest of the dealership, at the bottom of each one of these listings there is a statement that prices are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed as such for accuracyThe customer was full aware of the price being charged at time of purchase and signed as such

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The complaint I made was 100% truthI did not speak in half truths as they did.She stated that I signed the "as-is" document that stated "balance of factory warranty" That is true but not the WHOLE truthShe stated it is my responsibility to determine the "balance"As I stated in my complaint both the salesman and the finance manager told me SPECIFICALLY that there was a yr - 100,mile warranty on the vehicleI specifically stated I would not leave the lot without a warranty on the vehicle, that is when they assured me that I had that remainderThey either mislead me or are not doing their job properly by being knowledgeable about their products and statements(I have a recording of a phone conversation with the salesman where he states this conversation did take place She also stated my other car was still on their lotThat is correct (their lot is hours from my house)I do not have a reliable vehicle to drive to pick it up since the vehicle I purchased from them is not runningI did however rent a car (one way cost $110.00) to go pick it upWhen I arrived they had removed the plate from my vehicle (another indication of how organized their "inspection and service deptis)The salesman stated he was very sorry that they made a mistake and there was nothing they could do (AGAIN)So I have to drive my vehicle hours with no license plate and then go to the DMV and pay to get a new one, again because of their mistake. Here is the 100% truths about this deal - no half truths - no misleading:They mislead me into signing a document that they are falling back on after they sold me a faulty vehicle that broke down after two weeks of ownership(Contact the *** *** Tom L*** and sales person Steven C*** and ask them to make a statement, if they say the conversation did not happen then they are not being truthful). 2. One time when I called in they thought I was another customer and got on the phone and yelled at me because they thought I was a customer calling into complain about the cost of putting brakes on their car, that they would not pay for it, but could sell them to him at his costThey apologized and hung up when they found out I was not the correct customerWhen I picked up my other vehicle last night a customer that just bought a vehicle came in to tell them that the issue (tie rods) that was supposed to be fixed was not and he was also upsetI only say this because when *** took apart my motor they said it was evident to them that the vehicle had not been servicedWhen I told Terri and the others involved they got very defensive that they "go through two detailed inspections and every car is serviced"My statement here is if that is the case and I have only been on the lot twice how am I having these issues (motor, strut, brakes etc) and how are all these other customers concerns occurringIt looks to me like there is a lack of detailed servicing and inspections on these carsSelling cars that need work and hoping the customer doesn't notice or complain. I am not looking for a handoutI want them to stand up and do what is rightThey told me I had 21,miles of factory warrantyI drove the car miles and the engine locked up due to the oil in the engine either not being changed or being the wrong typeI did nothing to the vehicle to cause the damageI now will have no vehicle for weeks, have incurred costs (dollars a day to drive my truck to work versus dollars a day to drive this car if it ran), tow bills, rental car bills, extra license fees, two days off of work @ dollars a day, and just a stressful experience when all I asked was for them to either take the car back or pay *** to fix it when I looked into contacting Terri I looked online to see who I was contacting and saw her picture (very unprofessional) on their website and I did what I said I should never do and judged how this was going to go based on that pictureI know that sounds weired but I knew she would try to get out of this and I was rightHad I not been told I had a warranty and in good faith signed that document we would not be having this issueI would have accepted this and went onThey can resolve this issue by offering a settlement for my troubles as this is costing me a fortune and I am making payments on a vehicle they sold me that they did not take care ofThey state they did but the inspections don't line up with their statementsI made the mistake of stopping in on this lot and trusting what I was toldThey sold me a faulty vehicle and will not back up their statements or productThis is probably the worst company I have ever dealt withThis should not just be wrong , it should be illegal as from what I have witnessed it happens often. If they are HONEST they know there is not a single statement made by me that is not accurateThey will not however be honest and do the right thingI will probably have no choice but sue them for my troubles, new engine, time off work, license, daily vehicle cost increaseupwards of $when all I asked was for them to do the right ting and take the car backI want paid for my time off work and money towards fixing the carThat is the only way this gets resolved without going to courtI will not let them get off financially when I know I am rightI even have a recording from their employee stating I am right

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Legalities That's a shame they would go back on their word Did they mention un authorized work on my vehicle that caused more repairs on my end? No Or how about the very unprofessional hack job they did on the we owe Front end is still shaking and the tires are not balanced Then we have to tali about how many months they had the vehicle in their garage vs my own garage*warning* buyer beware

I have recorded conversations between Michael the salesman and I where he told me that there was no way I would be able to return the truck because my bank was in a binding contract and stating they would fix the stuff wrong with the truck and I started naming off stuff and kept making up excuses. The conversations are on a hand held recorder. Is there any way of getting them to someone to hear them? I'm not too sure what to do at this point. What are my options to have someone available to play them for confirmation?

My previous response stands. Wholesale is Wholesale
