This is Auto World USA response. [redacted] purchased a 2009 BMW 5 series on September 10, 2015. This purchase was AS IS. We did everything for Ms. [redacted] that was possible getting her financed for that particular vehicle which she wanted. There is a WE OWE for her seat which is done. Ms. [redacted] chose...

not to take out a warranty on the vehicle. The vehicle was not ticking when purchased. Ms. [redacted] is driving the vehicle with nothing wrong with it. Attached please find all paper work. Therefore, business prudence dictates that Auto World USA, Inc. , respectfully decline to provide any remedies sought by Ms. [redacted]. Respectfully yours, [redacted] General Manager

Company’s handwritten response has been transposed by Revdex.com staff 8/25/16-[redacted]August 22, 2016Revdex.comComplaint # [redacted]Attn: [redacted]Here is Auto World USA Inc response.Mr. [redacted] purchased the 2006 [redacted] AS-IS with 151,930 miles on vehicle.Attached you will find We Owe...

signed by Mr. [redacted] and was work was completed. Also, find a singed copy that Mr. [redacted] did not want to take out a warranty. Also Attached is a copy of the buyer’s Guide customer signed stating AS IS customer to pay all costs for any repairs. The dealer assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about vehicle. Therefore, business prudence dictates that Auto World USA respectfully decline to provide any remedies sought by Mr. [redacted].Respectfully, Terri D[redacted]General Mgr.

Although the actions of the company seem to exonerate them it should be noted for the record that 6 phone calls were made to rectify this issue and it was only after contacting the attorney generals and the Revdex.com that the company resolved the problems. We further feel that an investigation into the legality of their sales practices be made by the states divisions that may have authority that over sees said work. It should also be noted that anyone doing business in the state of Pennsylvania must adhere to certain standards of professionalism, that said if the state of Ohio has these same standards it is obvious that this company would be held liable for fraudulent business practices. This has been a disaster of a transaction and although we had planed on buying two other vehicles from them we have concluded that their existence at all makes us believe that buying a car in the state of Ohio would justify the actions of this dealership.

Here is Auto World USA, Inc. response.  The vehicle was purchased AS IS from [redacted].  We stepped up and had the vehicle towed in and replaced a radiator.  Then Mr. [redacted] started complaining about a noise.  Again this vehicle was purchased AS IS.  Mr. [redacted] is...

the one who decided to cancel the deal.  In doing this we had to again relist the vehicle for sale and take the vehicle through to have it detailed again.  An added expense to the Company. Therefore, business prudence dictates that Auto World USA, Inc., respectfully decline to provide any remedies sought by Mr. [redacted].  Respectfully yours,  Terri D[redacted]General Manager

This is Auto World USA, 1nc.. response to complaint. [redacted] purchased a USED VEHICLE AS-IS, 2012 Jeep Wrangler. vin#[redacted] on May 14, 2015. All of our customers are aware on all web sites that any customer can have a THIRD party inspection. One person's perception...

is completely different from someone else. To people down south it is a different perception to them then mechanics up north where salt is used. However. I did offer Mr. [redacted] $159.00 for his front brakes and he told me to keep my money. Attached is a BUYERS GUIDE signed by Mr. [redacted] stating AS-IS and customer will pay all costs for any repairs. A WE OWE stating we owe Nothing. We wholesale pricing to our customers. Anywhere else the same vehicle would have cost thousands more. I am still offering the $159.00 for his front brakes unfortunately that is the final amount.Respectfully yours, [redacted]General Manager

Please accept the following as the response of Auto World USA, Inc. to the Revdex.com Complaint ID [redacted]. Accordingly, we must decline to accede to any assertion that we are responsible for the matters asserted in the Revdex.com complaint. Respectfully yours, [redacted] General Manager

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Autoworld sold me a lemon. I had to car 2 days and it wouldn't drive. Makes so since. The problems were known previous. I would of never bought the car if I knew it didn't work. I put 3000 down and still stuck paying a car that dont move. I had addition warranty that won't repair because they tell me the problems done wasnt because of me. It was that way when I bought it. Clearly.  It wasn't my fault that the auto tech told me everything was fine and to continue driving it. I feel as though He set me up to make it seem as if it was my fault because they new of the problems before . someone who worked there told me, but I have proof what the auto tech told me at auto world that there was nothing wrong which clearly there was or else I wouldnt have tried to give the car back after 2 days. At least auto world could do is give me my money back. And they can have the car. Thank you

I will put a check in the mail for $300.00.   Everything gets taken wrong.  I do not however appreciate the...

customers words on the dealership.  I started this company over 12 yrs ago and have put a lot of sweat into for years and lost a lot of money.  People scaming, stealing etc.  I have kept a lot of people working who have families to take care.  I DO NOT APPRECIATE THERE WORDS AT ALL.TERRI D[redacted]

To Revdex.com, Auto World ManagementThe forms sent is accurate but I was tricked into purchasing this car that they did not have on their website to view. When I first met [redacted] the salesperson at Auto world usa on or around August 28, 2015 and I told him I was looking to trade in my 2004 bmw He asked why and I stated to him I am recently divorced and my husband bought this car for me and its time for something a little newer. I look at an 2008 bmw I did not like with my grand daughter present but [redacted] was told by another salesperson this particular vehicle was in the back just what I wanted black on black bmw and it took 30 minutes to bring it up front and the car was ticking (I am not a mechanic) then which was brought to salesman then but [redacted] (salesperson) stated the car came in last night as a trade in so they did not have a chance to fully inspect the car thru their points inspection and if something is found wrong with the car they won't put it on the lot, but I can go ahead and test drive. [redacted] stated it probably need a oil change and we all seen the  service light on. There was scratches, passenger seat stuck (by the way they had nothing to repair because nothing was wrong with the seat the button needed to be held longer) and the head light blinking on and off but I was told the car would be fully inspected and the minor issues would be taken care of. I filled out the application and I was approved but I left without purchasing the car that day but [redacted] called me afterwards stating the down payment was lowered and the car is in great operating/transportation condition. I told him no thanks at this time. On September 10, 2015 I went back to see the 2009 bmw again. The car was in the same condition  and it took them another 20 minutes or so to bring the car up front again and [redacted] stated they had a potential buyer last night and they are coming with a down payment today but I can put $250 down to hold the car for me. I asked to see a carfax and [redacted] said as soon as he gets the paperwork in order for delivery for  me he will get me the car fax. I trusted what the salesperson and [redacted] stated to me that nothing major was wrong with this car and the minor issues would be fixed even if I take the car home to today and on the call log you will see soon as I left the car dealership calls was placed to [redacted] (salesperson) because the car warning lights began to come on and I was told to bring car in next week for oil change and turn service light off. I was even told the headlight was blinking because it is a colored headlight so it changes colors by service manager [redacted] (foolishness) Bmw told me the headlight turns purple because it is going out! Auto World knew this and Auto World did a diagnostic check on October 8, 2015 reporting the car shakes because of bad gas (untrue) report from bmw bad fuel injectors and Auto World sold a car knowing it had major issues but chose to lie instead of upholding their business statement on their website that they are staffed with some of the area's best and brightest technicians and support staff. I bought my car to that place six times or more to be only tricked and lied to. I would of never traded my 2004 bmw for this car knowing it had major problems.  Auto World can give me my trade in back or repair this car accordingly to meet safe transportation needs. They have violated my consumer protection laws dealing with deception and unfair practices, and the sale of a defective vehicles.  I would have never brought a car with the service light on and car ticking but for the salesperson [redacted] saying it only needs a oil change. I would never purchase a car with headlights blinking but for the service manager telling me the light is tinted on this car.  This company tricked me and took advantage of me being a woman and not a mechanic they committed fraud and it will be proven in court if need be. Here are some documents to look at how can diagnostic reports be different?

At this point [redacted] mentioned taking us to court.  So, at this point my response stands. Respectfully yours,  Terri D[redacted]

The Company stands on our response.  The truck is drivable and good to drive.  He bought this vehicle AS IS. Regards,  Terri D[redacted]

Auto Worlds response. An inspection was done on the vehicle. Also, the oil was changed if there was a problem with the hood we would have been aware of it. Mr. [redacted] signed a BUYERS GUIDE AS IS, THE DEALER DOES NOT PROVIDE A WARRANTY FOR ANY REPAIRS AFTER THE SALE. However, since Mr. [redacted] stated without showing an estimate from [redacted] we have offered to repair his hood on the vehicle for his cost of 5500.00 saving a huge amount of money. He purchased the vehicle on May 30, 2017. The franchise dealerships charge an abundant of money to repair anything. We have given Mr. [redacted] an option and has to let our service department if he wants it repaired here to save a lot of money. That is the only option I have for him. Respectfully yours, Terri D[redacted] General Manager Cc: file Attachments

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I live 11 hours from the dealership.  I trusted them to honestly represent the vehicle before purchase.  That was where I went wrong, trusting them.  I was told by the salesman that all paperwork had to be signed before vehicle could be delivered.  Now I know why because they use the paperwork against you in situations like this.  Really a bad experience all the way around.  I had to spend $200 for the Front brakes and another $200 for the Rear brakes.  [redacted], the sales manager, told me that is what they would spend if it were repaired at their dealership.  I don't know where Teri is getting the $159 value from. It was never mentioned.  I faxed them receipts for much more than that. I will accept $159 for the FRONT brakes and another $159 for the REAR brakes.  The total of $318.00 will be acceptable to satisfy my claim.   Expensive lesson learned for sure.

Ms. [redacted] was sent pictures of vehicle from her salesman The salesmen even sent her a copy of the check list on vehicle. Do you really think that I would have brought the car ,( wholesale or not)  if they told me the TRUTH about the car? The engine knocks...about 4000.00 to fix...the rear end is bad...about 1800.00 to fix...no convertors...about 1200.00 to fix...the body shop wants 2900.00 to fix the dents and scratches ALL over the car. NOT to mention the power window, power antenna don't work, and lets not forget the BAD brakes!!!! The companies representative  told me the car is in such pristine condition THAT THE CAR IS ON THE SHOWROOM FLOOR!!! Please tell me where the showroom is located at...THE LOCAL JUNK YARD!!!!!  And they NEVER told me to have 3th party look at the car for me!!!

The check was mailed out on Monday, March 21, 2016.  Sorry, for the delay.  Regards,  Terri D[redacted], General Manager
