We've been in contact with the consumer providing a loaner vehicle while he concerns are discussed with the manufacture. The vehicle is repaired, the engine has not been opened, removed or replaced and the vehicle is found to be in good operating condition with no concern.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:The vehicle currently has 3100 miles on it and I have not put this many miles on the vehicle.  I truly believe there is something wrong with the odometer.  I took it back the first week I had it and they are telling me nothing is wrong.  The 3rd week they said I would have to pay  $7000 for mileage and gap insurance.  Now they are telling me I owe them $3500, if I pay this they will then refund me.  If I just give the car back they will treat it like a repossessed car.  The day I filed this complaint I called them and no one answered the phone.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

I just spoke with [redacted] with Smart Payment Plan, who is refusing to refunded my NSF charged. She directed me to speak with [redacted], because he set me up with this account and he should be the one to refunded. I pretty confused on how, money was to be drafted from my account, when I never knew who was the finance company. Again Nissan Auto Center is costing me money and no one at this company wants to take responsibilty!

All payoffs are processed in a timely manner upon contract funding. All items here have been handled accordingly and the customer has been notified.

this response because: they told me something different on the phone, several times and the manager even told me they record the phone calls. In my defense, I saw the ad on my phone and that tiny print does not show up at all on my device. Or I would have read it and understood and would not have even requesed to talk to someone to ask questions and make sure I fully understand the advertisement. Obviously that tiny print would have answered all of my questions. I asked the rmplempl my questions because I read that advertisement for what it was and it looks like they are saying they will pay off your loan no matter what is owed. And when I spoke to [redacted], several times she confirmed that they have funds set aside, like a grant, that [redacted] has to do this event. They are advertising that they are holding an event and giving you a good deal but to be honest it's no different than any other time you go anywhere and buy a car! They always put the inequity into the new loan. Why can they advertise that it is for 1 month only. And why can they get away with lying and tricking  people into the door?
Sincerely,
[redacted]

It's been over 20 days since I responded to this complaint and Nissan Auto Center has still not responded. Also, I finally received my check and title 10 days after they claim to had mailed. To add my fire to this issue. Nissan Auto Center had set me up with a Smart Payment Plan, who has attempted to take money out my account for a vehicle that I do not have. I have no way of contacting these people because all this was done in Nissan Auto Center with the finance manager. My question is who going to reimburse me these fees you all have caused to my account?

The vehicle history was disclosed to and signed by the individual at purchase. This has been discussed with the individual and attempts have been made to assist with trading the vehicle. We have made several attempts again to contact and discuss with no success.

Our service department found no concern with Fuel and/or ODO recordings upon inspection and recommend bringing the vehicle in for further diagnostics and review. The 30 Day Return is still valid through 8/18/17 and the full purchase price of the vehicle is refunded, less T,T & L, Documentation...

Fee and and Additional Products products purchased.

I spoke to the individuals as recent as Friday regarding their concerns and at that point, was under the impression we all parties were satisfied. This feature was not advertised in any company written descriptions, there were multiple image of the vehicle both interior and exterior for review in...

addition the vehicle was demonstrated in person prior to the purchase. The dealership has offered and sent details to the individual for wholesale cost regarding several different options to add the additional DVD monitors.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/02/08) */

Today is Wednesday, my documents are still not here? [redacted] is not answering my calls or texts! Call the center and I get hung up on. You all have had your vehicle for over a week now. You all still have the title to my vehicle, down payment money and no one wants to assist me. My car payment is accruing I late fees because of Nissan Auto Center. Is this really how you all do business?

The online advertising for the event stated See Dealer for Details - Trade Inequity Rolled to New Loan with Approved Credit offer ends 3/31/18 [there were no TV advertisement]. We do are best to answer all questions before and during visits to the dealership.

Day 8 and still no check and title. [redacted] had told me on 10/31/17, you all mailed my title and check first class mail. You all are still costing me money! Where is there check and title coming from?

I have reached out and left a message to speak with the consumer. When employment information provided on credit applications does not match the individuals check stubs it is seen fraudulent and misleading information. This is not relating to d.b.a's but rather temp agencies and/or a 3rd party company contracted to provide services to another company where individuals are directly employed by said company. At times upon individual request and authorization a dealer will accept a credit applications via phone and/or electronically to provide services requested. Title and Down payment were set for mail via USPS  electronically stamped 11/3/17.

This should be the last update. Again that you all for assisting me. 10.30.17, 4pm came and no one for Nissan Auto Center was at my home. I contacted the salesman and he told me he was with a customer and I had to wait. I told him I had class and I couldn't continue to sit waiting around for them. When the salesman text me at 6pm saying he was on his way and I was already in class. Long story short another inconvenience, I had to leave school to give them their vehicle. I was unable to video the vehicle with the salesman in it because he arrived when it was dark outside. The return my vehicle, with the chalk sales advertisement on it, a broke driver visor, low tire pressure light on the dash and NO TITLE!. No one, knows where my title is to my vehicle they had me sign over.

All available programs are disclosed to individuals, in addition all advertising including but not limited to emails contain all program details, terms and conditions and individuals who have not "opted out" will receive email marketing.

They keep calling us. My wife and I are getting tired of this. They told us our van was gone to the auction. A couple of days later they said they...

got it back from the auction. They said we'd have to come back in to get it. The issue is that we are two months behind on our van. They said they couldn't help us with that money, so will leave us two months in the hole, but just want their van back so they could give us our van back. They keep calling and threatening and trying to get me down there and I'm scared. We have binding contracts with them. I don't know what to do. This is ridiculous. They just need to give us our two car payments back add we can trade the vans. This could be resolved immediately. The car was in their possession. They had it for two payments. They are the ones who made us two months behind on our van.
