Great communication, awesome service, and knowledgeable staff this company was truly great compared to another company I had dealt with to transport my car They set up the transport in a matter of hours The driver was nice and professional and my car arrived in perfect timing

My husband and I received a quote for $to pickup a car we just purchased from an auto dealer in San Jose and transport to OregonThis rate seemed a little high (hour drive), but this company's rep stated that they would deliver to our door in a timely manner (couple of days) so we decided to move forward for the sake of convenienceAfter not hearing any updates after a couple of days, my husband followed up with the rep to get an updated status, and the rep stated that the drivers were unwilling to pick up the car for the rate quotedShe had forgotten about our car and was very apologetic, stating that she would do her best to get a driver to pick up the next business dayAgain, no follow up was received from this rep, so my husband called to inquire on statusThe response was similar - no drivers were willing to take the rate quoted, and the rep was so very sorry she had dropped the ballThis same conversation happened again and again for weeks - rep promising that a driver would pick up the next dayFinally, in the third week, the rep stated that we would need to pay $to get the car delivered by the weekendNeedless to say, we cancelled our order with this company and my husband is going to buy an airline ticket to pickup and drive the car home himself Overall, this company has been shockingly unprofessional and misleading in the timeliness and quality of information provided to usI wish we had known more about this company before entering into any agreement to have our vehicle shipped, as we would not have made any agreement to have a vehicle shipped

I had my new Mercedes SLK delivered from California to VirginiaAlthough the transport took a day over what I expected, I was given a 12% discountThe driver accommodated my request to do a thorough inspection and provide pictures before loading the vehicleHe did an amazing jobCommunication was greatI received call backs if the driver was unable to answer the phoneGreat serviceWould use them again

Customer Was informed when placing order that this particular shipping route was very overbooked and should expect up to one to three weeks for a carrier to become available at the price point she was quotedWe did offer her a service guarantee price of roughly $more than the standard price which would guarantee pickup and delivery datesCustomer choose to go with lower price, but then demanded service under the performance guaranteeFor the service selected by the customer we were completely within our service termsWe will be more than happy to provide proof of contractual agreementWe did not charge customer any fees and therefore nothing will be refunded

When Ms [redacted] requested a quote online, she entered in her vehicle type as a sedan, not an SUV When her order was placed, Ms [redacted] was emailed her order details, and was asked to review them for accuracyShe did not respond back with any corrections We then assigned a carrier for pickup, and again emailed her her order details for confirmation When the carrier arrived at the dealership, he was told it was a SUV was not able to load it due to the size We advised Ms [redacted] of the situation, and told her we would search for next available carrier that could transport her vehicle We are 100% transparent that all dates for pickup as estimated, and are not guaranteed We ask customers to allow a window of 1-business days form the first Available date of pickup ( which in this case was 8/04/2016) to assign a carrier and coordinate the transport of the vehicle, but this timeframe is only estimatedWe spoke with Ms [redacted] numerous times and told her that there are many unforeseen circumstances that may arise to cause a delay in the transportation booking process: traffic delays/detours/speed limits, weather delays, mandatory rest stops, pickup/delivery client availability delays, weight station checkups, police inspections, truck breakdowns, driver's health issues, etc Thus, another carrier was not available for pickup on her particular route until 8/12/ That is why we provide estimated dates, and pickup times could very depending upon the circumstances that are relevant to that particular orderWe are transparent with our estimated date policy; it is published on our website, informed at the time of booking, and mentioned in every email communication thereafterWe always advise our customers to pay attention to all of the details in the Terms and Conditions, in any type of contract or order in which they choose to engageAs part of accepting our service, we do expect that our terms and conditions are understood, and that both the customer, as well as Autoline, are appropriately held accountable to our terms and conditions Ms [redacted] then informed us that she was hiring another company to transport her vehicle We canceled her order, and issued a refund on 8/19/for the $that was initially charged We do apologize for Ms [redacted] 's time lost in us searching for another solution for herWe did our best to meet her demands but unfortunately we could not come to an agreement within her desired timeframeIn regards to the claim that Ms [redacted] being rude; We will look into this She is actually one of our highest rated employees, with a very high customer approval record Again we do apologize for any inconvenience caused and will use this complaint to help better our customer support in the futureThank you,

After making a handful of phone calls to various auto shipping services, and subsequently checking out Yelp reviews, I selected Autoline TransportTheir pricing was substantially lower than other carriers, it was easy to obtain a quote by telephone, and my automobile arrived in perfect condition and even earlier than I had expected*** was my point of contact and it felt more like I was talking to a family member as opposed to a business! Why look anywhere else? Contact *** with confidenceShe takes care of everything quickly and professionally

Christina was Autoline Transport was great to work with I highly recommend you call her directly or ask for her when you call She was so helpful, professional and easy to deal with Not once did I have any issues with my order She found a trucking company, gave me their contact info immediately by email and the driver called me to arrange a pickup time that worked for both of us

In doing so we found a carrier who was willing to meet customer at a location on their route, which yes was about 45 minutes away from customers requested pickup location. This carrier requested a rate which was slightly above what was originally quoted to customer. We offered to pay $50 of this fee to help offset cost. Customer requested a greater discount, but unfortunately since carriers rates are set there was no further room to budge. We do apologize for Ms. [redacted]’s time lost in us searching for a solution for her. We did our best to meet her demands but unfortunately we could not come to an agreement. In regards to the claim of our Sales Rep being rude; We will look into this. Up till this point [redacted] has had a very high customer approval record and is one of our most experienced sales people. We were sorry to see this customer cancel their order when they did. We did our best to try and move their vehicles but unfortunately their shipping timeframes were unreasonable for their budget. Customer was refunded all monies for brokerage services. In regards to the RoadWrap they purchased,...

as informed, we will refund as soon as they are returned.

Christina was awesome. She always returned my calls or emails and went above and beyond to make sure that my son's car was transported safely from his college back home. I was very nervous because I had read some bad reviews about transporting cars but Christina made me feel at ease. She worked hard to our car picked up exactly when we needed it, and for a great price too. The driver was very prompt in both picking up the car and delivering the car the next day. I would recommend this company to anyone, especially if you have never done this before.

I can't say enough good things about this company. It was an outstanding experience. No hassle, on time, and painless! Getting my car to Houston was one less thing I had to worry about, so thank you Autoline Transport for making my life so much easier! Their driver was polite and their equipment is new and well kept. I had no worries handing off my keys to the driver. Very trustworthy company, and I highly recommended using them.

We are very sorry about the issues Mrs. [redacted] experienced. When the vehicle was delivered it was inspected by the delivery recipient who signed off on the condition. We received the complaint from the customer the next day. At that point we informed Mrs [redacted] that there was no feasible way that...

our trailer could damage her vehicle in the manner she had suggested. Furthermore, if we were to damage her vehicle we would never try and conceal the damage. Nevertheless a claim was initiated with our insurance the next day. After our insurance ([redacted] Commercial) investigated they determined that the damage was done prior to us taking possession and released us from liability of the claim. We understand Mrs [redacted] frustration and tried to help her and her daughter in all possible ways. but our efforts were fruitless.

This rate seemed a little high (10 hour drive), but this company's rep stated that they would deliver to our door in a timely manner (couple of days) so we decided to move forward for the sake of convenience. After not hearing any updates after a couple of days, my husband followed up with the rep to get an updated status, and the rep stated that the drivers were unwilling to pick up the car for the rate quoted. She had forgotten about our car and was very apologetic, stating that she would do her best to get a driver to pick up the next business day. Again, no follow up was received from this rep, so my husband called to inquire on status. The response was similar - no drivers were willing to take the rate quoted, and the rep was so very sorry she had dropped the ball. This same conversation happened again and again for 2 weeks - rep promising that a driver would pick up the next day. Finally, in the third week, the rep stated that we would need to pay $575 to get the car delivered by the weekend. Needless to say, we cancelled our order with this company and my husband is going to buy an airline ticket to pickup and drive the car home himself.

Review: I contacted Autoline Transport on September 1st and spoke to [redacted]. I paid $750.00 over the phone with a credit card for Autoline to transport my daughter's car from Pearland, Texas to San Diego, CA. I was told I would receive my contract via email and the car would be delivered in 5 days.

The car was picked on September 1, 2015 and dropped off at 1:00 a.m. on September 10th. My daughter, [redacted], received the car under duress after being awakened in the middle of the night at 1:00 a.m. on a school morning. She was not given any paperwork nor have I received any documentation from the company after multiple request. She was unaware that someone at Autoline had caused a hole in the oil pan and covered it with duct tape. Even if they had delivered the car in daylight, she would have not laid on the ground and looked under the car to see the duct tape. Once the car was lowered, the driver ([redacted]) left the area before she had a chance to get in it. She started the car to park it and noticed immediately that her car was shaking and smoking.

On Tuesday, September 15th I had the car towed to Mission Hill Automotive, where Gilbert Hanlon inspected the car and noticed a hole in the oil pan which was covered with duct tape. He informed me that the cars motor had locked up due to the vehicle being without oil and that the entire engine needs to be replaced.

On Wednesday, I had the car towed to Courtesy Chevrolet located in San Diego for a second opinion. They confirmed Mission Hill Automotive diagnostics This car was in perfect running condition as noted by my mechanic, [redacted], E & A Auto, in a letter that I sent to Autoline.

The owner, [redacted] has been very uncooperative and unprofessional. I've contacted the Federal Motor Courier Safety Administration and they informed me that he has had a complaint in the past that involved tape.Desired Settlement: Autoline should to the lawful and ethical thing and repair the damaged that they caused in the amount of $4,000.00. I will not stop until he's held accountable for his actions.
