We are disappointed that Mrs [redacted] was unhappy with her experience. We are investigating the situation to see if there were any technical breakdowns. She is in touch with our customer service department with regards to a refund and we wish her luck in her weight-loss journey.

certainly don't want to come across that way. Could you give more detail? Also, which customer service link is dead? We just checked them all and they are working so if we missed one we definitely want to know! As far as your email is concerned, you didn't ask for help or we would have happily given it. You just said you wanted a refund so our team looked at your account, looked at the full page of clearly laid out terms and conditions you agreed to, and informed you that you didn't qualify for a refund. This is 100% accurate. All that being said, if you can help us make our experience better by answering the questions above and agree to remove this complaint we will happily make an exception and refund your charge. Let us know.

Love this program! But also I really love the Skinné that makes losing weight so much easier!

Since I started Automatic Body in January 3 months ago, I have lost 11 lbs body fat and gained 5 lbs lean muscle. The meal plan is realistic, the supplements are amazing and the community support is second to none! I have started my father on the program in hopes that small changes over time are manageable enough to help him off the path of diabetes to keep him around for years to come :) Thank you AB for the gift of health you give us all!

Hello! No purchases are every shipped without our customer having to check a terms and conditions box before hand so you definitely did order the products. At any time you could have called, emailed or submitted a ticket, logged into our website, or cancelled the order from our phone app so we are...

This issue was a combination of our merchant account not updating our new phone number on our customer's credit card statements and our customer rushing through the order form and not reading the terms and conditions. The customer has been refunded, has told us they will remove the complaint from...

Spoke to our customer service reps. Mr. [redacted] agreed to our terms and conditions of our offer but possibly did it in a rush. Maybe he didn't read them? His three charges were refunded to him 8/20/15

I'm into my 8th week and have enjoyed my experience with the company to point! Can't wait to see my transformation after my 24th week!

This is the first program I have found and had success with. This is a very special program. There is NOTHING ELSE like it. Unlike every other weight loss program out there, you don't have to stay on product or keep paying month after month to see results. If you haven't tried it.... do it!!!

Finally a program that focuses on lifestyle change rather than a quick fix that always results in rebound. Amazing community of clients abd coaches, and owners who are in the trenches with their members. Love everything this program stnds for and love the people even more. My life has been forever changed for the better.

Great customer service! Fantastic company. Always easy to work with and their products are great!

Nutrie, the company behind the Automatic Body products, charged me for products they did not send. Instead of the products I paid for, without notice, they sent extras of a different product. When I tried to resolve this with the company I was told I should have read the ingredients...that the products were interchangeable. Of course, this isn't what they advertise and isn't what I paid for. Save your money. Avoid this company altogether.

I believe they use unfair and deceptive marketing practices.
