Automatic no day is an amazing company and has been a very positive experience for me. Better support, encouragement and weight loss long term success than ever.

[redacted] has been contacted, spoken to, explained the situation, and refunded. She is very happy right now and has asked to have her complaint withdrawn.

Love this company. The Automatic Body program has helped me lose just under 50 pounds and 30 inches. I finally found something that works. SMall changes over a longer period of time have given me longer lasting results. I am truly happy about how I look and feel. I will continue to use and recommend this program to others. This is a simple and easy program to follow. It is also perfect for the busy person who finds it difficult to stay on track or keep motivated.

I love the company minus the pricing of their supplements and customer service isn't the greatest either. But the app and the people I've met are great.

Since I started Automatic Body in January 3 months ago, I have lost 11 lbs body fat and gained 5 lbs lean muscle. The meal plan is realistic, the supplements are amazing and the community support is second to none! I have started my father on the program in hopes that small changes over time are manageable enough to help him off the path of diabetes to keep him around for years to come :) Thank you AB for the gift of health you give us all!

I have tried lots of different weight loss programs. I am the type of person that needs to be held accountable, that's why I liked this program because of the reminders it gives you. The little tips and videos are very helpful. Making a small change each week is by far the best way to a healthy lifestyle. And the best part, it's free! How could you beat that?

Automatic Body has outlined a program giving week by week steps to improve health (which equals weightloss). They have a positive online support group, too. Just started the free program a month ago and have lost 10 pounds!

Informative, positive and dedicated program. Coaches are encouraging and friendly. So grateful we have this available to us.

Love the free program, products are also great. But most of all I love the support and encouragement from some great friends I have made with this program.

I'm into my 8th week and have enjoyed my experience with the company to point! Can't wait to see my transformation after my 24th week!
