You had emailed us this notification and our email server was down. We would like to respond to this so I am doing it by mail as you have closed the online ID.When the vehicle was sold "As Is", as you can see on the attached Ms*** signed the "As Is" form acknowledging these terms.
That being said when she brought the vehicle back in we repaired the brakes even though we were not required to do so. As for the mileage this was sold with the Mileage Exemption since the vehicle is over years old, see Section from the Missouri Department of Revenue. Ms *** references a Warranty which we have no record of nor did we receive any payment for such warranty. Her request for us to give her a full refund on an "As Is" vehicle purchased months ago is unrealistic. If you need anything else please let us know. Thank you. Review: we dropped our car off at his garage to repair wheel bearing on left front wheel, after picking up the car we drove it , loaded up and headed home got as far as [redacted],NJ,then a very load noise worse than before,there was a [redacted] just off the exit we went in to have it check , the service tech checked the car and found that there were parts not put in and some bolts were cross threaded on so they made all repairs and charged us another 538.46 to put it back the right way. he charged us 392.97 for the work he did, he said he did not understand why it did that , he did the work himself, I would like this to be taken care, he should make good for the second repairs, can you please help me out with this matter thank youDesired Settlement: I would like 538.46 returned to us for the repairs we had to have done in NJ.
