This is another complaintI rented a car a week ago Tuesday, on my own expenseI took my vehicle back to the facility where I ALWAYS do business withThey, Anthony, rudely hung up on two reputable service writers that work there and told them that they will NOT do any business with themWhen I called a claims adjuster, Shawn, he told me that they have the right to do this and that I had to take the vehicle to another facilityLast Thursday I took the car to another facility, and basically they said it is the same issue with the head on the engine and a valve jobThey got a hold of the warranty company again and he said that the head needs to be pulled and does the facility have his permission to do the work and they told him noI bought this service contract in good faith ad I think that it should be honoredI paid a whopping $for this contract with $down and payments of It has been paid for and this is my first claimIt says that I may cancel this service agreement for fraud, misrepresentation or for no payment of this service agreement by mailing a notice of cancellationI just wanted to have the service claim authorized and this is not happening and now I am out up to this point, days of a rental carThis is the ONLY vehicle that I own and it is just sitting at the shop getting nowhere with this companyThis is the 2nd facility that my vehicle has been atI bought this agreement with good faith and I thought that it would be honoredFor almost $3000, I could have had this repaired on my ownEverybody is making fun of me because I purchased this contractThis is a legitimate company because apparently they have a business license since PLEASE HELP!!!! This rental is really putting a hardship on me!!!! NOT THAT THIS company cares about anyone!!!! Per our licensing agreement, we must have something written and sent by the customerWe reached out to her on 3/21, on 4/12, and 4/I am going to do my best and to ask the administrator if we can use this complaint as a cancellation requestBecause we contacted this consumer so many times without answer we will no longer reach out to the consumer, she can call us during our office hours

I just filed a complaint yesterday about getting a refund on an auto insurance extended policy... Today they miraculously called me and said they had just refunded my credit card for $150. I do not know how to close this case. But I did just get the refund they owed me.

This customers policy has been cancelled and refunded at the request of the customer. Cancel and refund date 2/13/

This customers policy has been cancelled as of 11/27/2017. Automotive Service Protection refunded the customers down payment of $on 11/30/2017. Palmer Administrative Services notified Automotive Service Protection that check # *** in the amount of $was mailed to the customer
on 11/5/2017. Per the customer they were sending the cancel letters to an incorrect address. Possibly the address of the other service contract company he purchased. In the complaint the customer states he was cold called by ASP. ASP does not do any cold call marketing. We only respond to customers who have submitted in inquiry for information related to an automotive service contract. The customer submitted in inquiry online 7/8/2017. It could be that with the medication the customer states they are on that they are confusing ASP with the other company that he bought from. If additional information is needed please let us know

I am rejecting this response because: Yes and no, Yes I finally received the down payment refund after months of jumping through their strategic hoops and having countless hours wasted mailing emailing and calling multiple people in their "network" scheme but I am rejecting their contrived response as once again they are playing fast and loose with the truthI never did receive the info packet as promised and so I confirmed the cancellation address over the phone multiple times with their network and was told it was correct multiple times! Plus may I say who in this day and age of electronic signing requires a mailed cancellation letter (sent three times and emailed and phoned in) when they are happy to take your money over the phone immediately, really?! Yes I finally did receive my first payment refund as well but they falsely state check #*** was "mailed" 11/5/but it just arrived Saturday 12/9/and is dated 12/5/2017, so is this a simple mistake or just another untruth? Yes I did ask for what I assumed was one (1) quote online months ago and received months of daily nonstop calls from the high pressure, sales people and other brokers spread nation wide playing the car sales tactic of having the nice person call and then handing it off to the high pressure sales person, and me rejecting them daily and asking to be taken of off every list daily, only to be pressured into two down payments for two different policy's in one week while on prescription medsYes that's what it took to get my business folks ..a short stint on meds, something I had been declining for months off of the medsWow how exhausting for the consumerMaybe this is a legal money making capitalist business (which I am all for) but the tactics are a disgrace by this company and industry wide.

The customer contacted the administrator on 4/On 4/we got notification of policy cancellationAnd the down payment was refunded on 4/$was through the finance company they set up with, Liberty Automotive Protection out of New Jersey and it has nothing to do with usThis customer
has never once called here since they set up activated their policy

I do not know what else to do about this companyI paid almost $for this service contractI have sent you two complaints, one on the 5th and the 12th of JanuaryAs of this coming Tuesday the 19th, I will be in this rental car for weeks, which is also my expenseYesterday they finally sent out an inspector to my 2nd facility, and they did not tell them anything except that they have to get back to their officeI do not know what else to doI can not afford this rental car for very much longer and they have not even given my facility an approval to go ahead with any of the work that is needed to be donePlease if you could, could you please advise me on what to do nextThanks for your timeI just can not continue to shell out money and my car is not getting anything repaired on it*** *** This is in regards to Contract #*** Automotive service protection *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** ***:( sad
