This is another complaint. I rented a car a week ago Tuesday, on my own expense. I took my vehicle back to the facility where I ALWAYS do business with. They, Anthony, rudely hung up on two reputable service writers that work there and told them that they will NOT do any business with them. When I called a claims adjuster, Shawn, he told me that they have the right to do this and that I had to take the vehicle to another facility. Last Thursday I took the car to another facility, and basically they said it is the same issue with the head on the engine and a valve job. They got a hold of the warranty company again and he said that the head needs to be pulled and does the facility have his permission to do the work and they told him no. I bought this service contract in good faith ad I think that it should be honored. I paid a whopping $2896 for this contract with $300 down and 15 payments of 173.07. It has been paid for and this is my first claim. It says that I may cancel this service agreement for fraud, misrepresentation or for no payment of this service agreement by mailing a notice of cancellation. I just wanted to have the service claim authorized and this is not happening and now I am out up to this point, 8 days of a rental car. This is the ONLY vehicle that I own and it is just sitting at the shop getting nowhere with this company. This is the 2nd facility that my vehicle has been at. I bought this agreement with good faith and I thought that it would be honored. For almost $3000, I could have had this repaired on my own. Everybody is making fun of me because I purchased this contract. This is a legitimate company because apparently they have a business license since 2010. PLEASE HELP!!!! This rental is really putting a hardship on me!!!! NOT THAT THIS company cares about anyone!!!!

Refund ? of the amount paid for products or services if they were not delivered or were unsatisfactory, Nothing has been satisfactory with this company about this repair. With a full refund I could get my vehicle fixed in a VERY timely matter and no run around. I am diabetic and this has just made me so sick. I am stressed to the max about all of this. I do not know how ANY business can get away with how this place has handled my first claim. They are just jacking me around, at my expense!!!

We will use this Revdex.com letter as a cancel letter on behalf of the customer. After checking all the phone logs there was never a call from this customer to us.  I have the policy cancelled and the down payment has been refunded.

I have received and...

reviewed the response submitted by [redacted]. Mr. [redacted]'s repair facility called in a claim for an engine failure, a radiator, oil cooler lines and both engine mounts. An inspection was performed and the findings concluded that the engine failed due to lack of coolant and oil which was caused by a long term leak of the radiator and engine oil cooler lines.
Mr. [redacted]'s agreement does not cover the vehicle's radiator or cooler lines. The agreement also does not cover any failure caused by continued operation and the failure to protect the vehicle once a mechanical failure has already occurred or any failures caused by a non-covered part such as the leaking radiator and oil cooler lines.

Company reached out to me & refunded my money quickly

Per our licensing agreement, we must have something written and sent by the customer. We reached out to her on 3/21, on 4/12, and 4/18. I am going to do my best and to ask the administrator if we can use this complaint as a cancellation request. Because we contacted this consumer so many times...

without answer we will no longer reach out to the consumer, she can call us during our office hours.
