I am in contact with our customer I will say he is very happy with us and does understand that the shipping company has played a roll in the issueas of today I am waiting for a repair cost for windshiled along with his location to begin repairWhen the customer inspected the car the windshield was not cracked / before it left the dealership

I purchased a Jeep Wranger months agoYesterday (9/22/14), I brought it in to have it worked on under the assumption it was still under the factory warrenty (it wasnt) or that I could use my extended warrenty (which I couldnt)I called the service representative ( [redacted] ***) who was really nice, and advised him I needed my vehicle back that day so I can trade it in (I purchased it for about $42,and cannot afford it after having another baby and purchasing a house)He advised to come in and he would set me up with a sales associate by the name of [redacted] Upon arriving at Chevrolet Superstition springs, I asked the front office lady to page [redacted] She does, and shortly after he calls her and passes us off to a different sales rep (ouch)The new sales rep, Vernard, wanted nothing to do with us eitherYou would think he would want my money, but apparently notHe appraised my jeep and offered me $22,(umm another place offered me $29,000)I told him I was not interested and I wanted my Jeep backHe advised the keys were locked in the shop and he could not get them outKeep in mind, I had the Jeep there all day, returned the rental car already, and the Jeep is my ONLY vehicleHe kept trying to act like it was out of his hands and that he couldnt help meI was so angry and cryingIn the end he managed to "pull a few string" and got my keysWhen I left the lot, my check engine light was onMy check engine light had NEVER been on beforeI am so disappointed in the service and mannerism of this dealershipI mean, dealerships are shady anywaysbut not like thisI would NEVER recommend them to anyone

please have this customer call me directly I will get this issue resolved and handled as quickly as possiable [redacted]

Service rep that proudly displayed his tenure of years provided poor customer service, could not find his service manager for me to speak with, and accused me of being shady because he didn't understand my requestPoor customer service!!

good afternoon, I have spoken to [redacted] a few times , as soon as he left me a vocie mail the issue was regarding what lender the vehicle was to be paid off , we sent the check to [redacted] based on the information " GMAC " we since discovered it was [redacted] who was the lien holderyou will see in the docs the check was mailed and returned from ***we have since made the payoff via [redacted] and I have called [redacted] at [redacted] to let her know, I left her messagesi included the tracking number for [redacted] and the check number / this was also given to [redacted] , please dont share any docs with inyone with out my consent PLEASE Not even our customer, the docs provided are for Revdex.com only...thank you [redacted]

I was promised from *** with superstition auto nation that this issue will be resolved and they were working with *** on getting this straighten out on June 4, he left me a voicemail messageI was promised I will get a new billing statement reflecting the new payment due dateI have not received nor heard from anyone since that timeI logged into the *** site today hoping to see the changes made, they are still reflecting the wrong date, now this is showing payment past dueI called *** spoke to supervisior ***, he stated that I am past due and knows nothing about this being a mistake and are standing by the payment due date on June 9, 2015, I asked him if there were notes on the account, nothing foundI called and left *** a voicemail message back today, have not heard back from him, his number is ###-###-####Please let me know if there is anything else I can do

When I left the lot, my check engine light was on. My check engine light had NEVER been on before. I am so disappointed in the service and mannerism of this dealership. I mean, dealerships are shady anyways... but not like this. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

I was and have been in contact with this [redacted] All warranty claims and submits require approval time..
If the manufacturer says no to the claim we can only dispute and work for the customer / we did that to include pictures. They have denied the claim ... we offered a...

excellent soultion of repair , [redacted] pay for the part and we pay to install it free of charge.
that was not accepted by our customer . so I called [redacted] last night before this complaint came accross . And I agreed to pay for the complete repair with no cost to [redacted]
I have the part on order and we will install when it arrives / I am doing this as a good will for [redacted].

the title and registration have been processed and they are currently being mailed to the customer.
I will refund the customer the $ 15.00 spent at [redacted].

I have spoken to [redacted] and I have made many calls to [redacted] at [redacted] The loan has been paid in full , I have let [redacted] know that I would type a letter stating the time line when he traded his vehicle and when it was paid off.I last left off with [redacted] he was going to call [redacted] and have her call me , I have also reached out to our contacts at GM on behalf of [redacted]

we have worked out all the issues and we are very sorry for the trouble to our customer

2 weeks after signing paperwork, they called and wanted to rewrite the contract.. Unable to stand behind the signed contract I already had.. I heard I heard Arizona is a "Spot Delivery state" at-least 20 times..Horrible experience from salesman to manager.. Finance manager was the worst...
