I am in contact with our customer I will say he is very happy with us and does understand that the shipping company has played a roll in the issue. as of today I am waiting for a repair cost for windshiled along with his location to begin repairWhen the customer inspected the car...

the windshield was not cracked / before it left the dealership.

When you buy a vehicle here, they give your information out and you receive over 20 plus phone calls, asking if you would like an extended warranty on a vehicle you no longer have, from several different companies, so when you ask them to take your name off the call list because you sold the vehicle you still get call from other companies. This has been going on for several years. I've had enough. My number is even registered with the DNC registry. I have a business to run and getting calls all the time about this, it's very annoying. Please help and wanted to let others know.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

They have only partially corrected the problem. They finally paid of my trade in but, haven't fixed the negative marks on my credit yet.

I was promised from [redacted] with superstition auto nation that this issue will be resolved and they were working with [redacted] on getting this straighten out on June 4, he left me a voicemail message. I was promised I will get a new billing statement reflecting the new payment due date. I have not received nor heard from anyone since that time. I logged into the [redacted] site today hoping to see the changes made, they are still reflecting the wrong date, now this is showing payment past due. I called [redacted] spoke to supervisior [redacted], he stated that I am past due and knows nothing about this being a mistake and are standing by the payment due date on June 9, 2015, I asked him if there were notes on the account, nothing found. I called and left [redacted] a voicemail message back today, have not heard back from him, his number is ###-###-####. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do.

Regards,

THIS ISSUE WILL BE RESOLVED TUESDAY , 4/21

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Regards,

I just spoke to our customer .. I have given her the new account number and confirmed with her the new payment date

I willl look into this concern and have a resoultion that will be best ....

I purchased a 2012 Jeep Wranger 14 months ago. Yesterday (9/22/14), I brought it in to have it worked on under the assumption it was still under the factory warrenty (it wasnt) or that I could use my extended warrenty (which I couldnt). I called the service representative ([redacted]) who was really nice, and advised him I needed my vehicle back that day so I can trade it in (I purchased it for about $42,000 and cannot afford it after having another baby and purchasing a house). He advised to come in and he would set me up with a sales associate by the name of [redacted].
Upon arriving at Chevrolet Superstition springs, I asked the front office lady to page [redacted]. She does, and shortly after he calls her and passes us off to a different sales rep (ouch). The new sales rep, Vernard, wanted nothing to do with us either. You would think he would want my money, but apparently not. He appraised my jeep and offered me $22,000 (umm another place offered me $29,000). I told him I was not interested and I wanted my Jeep back.
He advised the keys were locked in the shop and he could not get them out. Keep in mind, I had the Jeep there all day, returned the rental car already, and the Jeep is my ONLY vehicle. He kept trying to act like it was out of his hands and that he couldnt help me. I was so angry and crying. In the end he managed to "pull a few string" and got my keys.
When I left the lot, my check engine light was on. My check engine light had NEVER been on before. I am so disappointed in the service and mannerism of this dealership. I mean, dealerships are shady anyways... but not like this. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
