Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint Regards, The issue at hand is a matter of misdiagnosis and unnecessary repairs, not a warranty Even if it were warranty related, Allen Samuels tried to charge me another $diagnostic fee the second time I took the vehicle in, less than a week later, until I fought them enough to have it brought back to be looked at again at no chargeThey are claiming to stand behind a warranty, but why was I told it would cost me another diagnostic fee of $to have it looked at a second time if it was something that should have been covered? How many trips and diagnostic fees would it take for them to actually solve the problem? I think that two chances and $1,were enough and at that point, I had spent all of the money and time I hadIt has taken me over a year to determine with certainty what the root issue with my initial coolant leak was, and that the repairs Allen Samuels did were unnecessary repairs that were unrelated to the coolant loss I brought my truck in forI have attached the service reports from the shop that did the other repairs (West End Auto), as well as the Allen Samuels service reportThere were 3,miles put on the truck from the time I picked my truck up from Allen Samuels (124,157) to the time it totally failed from coolant leaking into the cylinders through a blown head gasket (128,110)After that was replaced, no more coolant was lost, problem solved

I see on the invoice that there is an authorization # [redacted] in the amount of $1,with a deductable of $paid by Visa It looks like the consumer had a warranty that paid the majority of this bill, can we have documentation explaining the two different types of pay to [redacted] works? Who is the Extended warranty that the customer has?

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint Regards, Again, nothing is being said about why I was told I would have to pay again to get my vehicle looked at when I brought it in the next week following repairsHow can you not offer a reasonable explanation and claim you honor warranty work?

We stand behind our repairs for monhs 12,miles which ever occurs first This request is outside the warranty periodWe will not pay for any repairs done elsewhere This is our company policy and Chryslers policy Warranty was good at any Chrysler dealership accross the nation, customer elected to take it to an independant ( [redacted] ***) so he/she will be responsible for the repairs not Allen Samuels Dodge

The repairs that we performed on the *** vehicle have nothing to do with the theft of the exhaust system from our parking lot during the night. They actually damaged the suspenion trying to repair it, therefore this repair is not under warranty. We have discounted thier bill and they agreed to the charges. They have a deductable for $*** in addition to the repairs that were authorized earlier. We are thinking about paying part of their deductable as an act of good will to our customer. The adjuster just came out today to inspect thier vehicle. The decission on the deductable will be make between now and the time of pick up by the customer

We were told upon calling in to our Insurance comapny that "we were covered, go ahead and start repairs." We were then called back by our agent telling us that the insurance company denied the claim because we had the vehicles secured as we normally do that they were not going to be responsible and
that they would call our customers to explain that they needed to contact thier insurance comany to file a claim. We are sorry that our insurance arrier gave us wrong information, but we had to let the customers know that it would go against thier insurance

We don't feel that this is our fault and we should be compensated for all and any out of pocket expenses We feel that the 1st invoice should be paid for by Allen Samuel's Dodge and the parts that were stolen off the truck including all labor should be paid for by the dealership If things would have happened as promised we would not be in this mess which are the vehicle returned to us on the date as promised which was that *** before the dealership was broken into and, If the truck was indeed inside the dealership's service garage as promised that *** which turned out to not be the truth our truck would have been safe We have lost time out from work due to these series of events pertaining to this situation and my *** has been so stressed out trying to manage with vehicle and four children she is breaking out in hives and it's causing emotional distress
Regards,*** ***

[redacted],  I am sorry that you feel mislead in regards to your purchase. The vehicle was represented correctly to you as a "Sport" model. On the purchase order that you sent as an attachment it states that the vehicle that you purchased is a sport model.

Regards,
The issue at hand is a matter of misdiagnosis and
unnecessary repairs, not a warranty.  Even if it were warranty related,
Allen Samuels tried to charge me another $125.00 diagnostic fee the second time
I took the vehicle in, less than a week later, until I fought them enough to have it brought back to be
looked at again at no charge. They are claiming to stand behind a warranty, but
why was I told it would cost me another diagnostic fee of $125.00 to have it
looked at a second time if it was something that should have been covered? How
many trips and diagnostic fees would it take for them to actually solve the
problem? I think that two chances and $1,100.00 were enough and at that point,
I had spent all of the money and time I had. It has taken me over a year to
determine with certainty what the root issue with my initial coolant leak was,
and that the repairs Allen Samuels did were unnecessary repairs that were unrelated
to the coolant loss I brought my truck in for. I have attached the service
reports from the shop that did the other repairs (West End Auto), as well as
the Allen Samuels service report. There were 3,953 miles put on the truck from
the time I picked my truck up from Allen Samuels (124,157) to the time it totally failed from coolant leaking into the cylinders through a blown head gasket (128,110). After that
was replaced, no more coolant was lost, problem solved.
