Unfortunatly, after much research, [redacted] *** has let us know that at the time of the purchase there was no manufaturer College Grad program The customer was told that IF there was such a program in place that they would be given the but there was not a college grad program at that time (per [redacted] ***)We are sorry for the inconvenience

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint I disagree with AutoNation Fiat’s contention that they repaired my vehicle My initial complaint, made within the period provided by ARS 44-1267, which states the seller warrants the vehicle will be fit for the ordinary purposes for which the vehicle is used for days or miles after delivery, was regarding a fuel leak As indicated by the smell of gas in my garage after the car has been parked there a short time, the car is still leaking fuel following three repair attempts Inspection by Pep Boys in Chandler revealed the fuel filler neck hose was loose and the hoses installed as the fuel filler neck hose and the fuel neck vapor hose are rated for coolant as opposed to fuel I contacted the [redacted] Corporation, the manufacturer of both hoses, to inquire about using coolant hoses for fuel, and *** [redacted] , ASE Master Certified Application Research Engineer at ***, replied with the following (see attached): “Thanks for contacting ***In reference to your question, our Vulco-Flex Hose is a coolant hose, it CANNOT be used as a fuel hoseI apologize that the shop installed it on your vehicle but it should be removed immediately as this is not safeWe do offer fuel hose and I recommend that being installed in the place of the Vulco-Flex Hose.” I do not consider the vehicle repaired because the fuel leak is still present, and I do not consider it “fit for the ordinary purposes for which the vehicle is used”, as warranted, when an unsafe condition exists Having had time to reconsider my position, I will consider this matter satisfactorily resolved if AutoNation Fiat arranges to replace any coolant hoses substituted for fuel hoses at their expense at an AutoNation dealership in the Tempe Auto Loop, assuming replacing the coolant hoses with hoses rated for fuel resolves the leak A history and description of attached supporting documents follow · I purchased a Ford Escort, VIN [redacted] , and month warranty from AutoNation Fiat North Phoenix on November 17, The Retail Purchase Agreement, copy attached, was rewritten on November 19, 2013, for reasons related to financing and a change in the warranty price As shown on the agreement, I did not waive the Used Car Implied Warranty of Merchantability · Due to a gas leak, I brought the car to AutoNation Toyota in Tempe on November 25, I notified AutoNation Fiat Sales Manager [redacted] by email that the car had a gas leak on November 26, (email attached) The leak was on the rear driver’s side of the car, in the vicinity of the gas tank and fuel fill hose Between November and January 11, I returned the car to the AutoNation Fiat service center three times for repairs related to the same gas leak (invoices attached) o For the first repair, AutoNation replaced a fuel pump seal, rerouted the fuel filler neck hose, and adjusted a fuel tank strap o For the second repair, they replaced the gas tank, an unspecified hose, and an unspecified ring/ gasket However, the replacement tank had a crack o For the third repair, they replaced the tank a second time · Following the third repair, I smelled gas in my garage after the car had been parked there a short period of time, indicating the car still had a fuel leak Because I no longer had confidence that the AutoNation Fiat service center would be able to properly diagnose the issue, I took the car to Pep Boys in Chandler, where mechanics discovered the filler neck hose was loose (invoice attached) Pep Boys also told me hoses for coolant were used in place of fuel hoses, and that I could smell gas because coolant hoses were too permeable for fuel and were breaking down from contact with gas and vapors · Pictures of the fuel fill neck hose and fuel fill vapor hose installed on my car are attached One is marked with a part number for a heater hose (catalog description attached, which states “Caution: Do not use for fuel or oil transfer applications”), and the other is marked Heater Hose Per the [redacted] Corporation, the manufacturer of the hoses, it is not safe to use coolant hoses for fuel (see attached email) If any of the attachments do not come through, please let me know and provide an email address where I can send them In addition, if this documentation is not sufficient, please provide specifics as to what is required Thank you, [redacted] ###-###-####

NO - NO Bad experience! Promises made & not keptBought a car on Jun 20thThe finance guy [redacted] is unprofessional, awkward and pushy He does not want to run/talk actual numbers & fees until the docs are ready to be signed - pushing the warranty & extras too hard Then made promises that the A/C would be fixed But when we took it to the service dept they said the fix was not approved [redacted] would not answer or return the messages/calls & texts Still haven't heard from him or gotten my [redacted] check that I was assured he would processI spoke to a Manager 3xs about this & check is on it's way, but it is October and nothing! And to make matters worse, the smog/emissions was not completed which caused a delay with the MVD/registration & we had take it in to be smog checkedAnd, this held up the payoff of our trade in vehicle which ended up being days late on our credit recordAgain, not happy! One problem after another We will not buy here again!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience with purchasing a used carI did not go there to buy the car I ended up with, but we love itWe ended up with a Hyundai Azera LimitedI think we got a great deal plus they set us up with excellent financing through Wells Fargo at a great rate for a used carand even gave up for first oil changes for only a $ The guys at AutoNation FIAT also gave great service after the sale for a minor issue they agreed to fix when we bought the carGo to AutoNation if you want to be treated fairly and all prices are clearly marked on the windshield of every carI would recommend AutoNation over any other Dealer Group in the Phoenix metro area

We are sorry that you have had a bad experience with your new Fiat. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction but at times we do fall short especially when it comes to the product. We do sell and service the brand but do not manufacture it. out of new Fiat owners
are very happy with the product but there are times, as with all man made products that they are not quite up to standardsFortunatly Fiat does provide a year 50,mile extensive manufacturer warranty for those times.
Thank you for the feedback. We will pass it along to the manufacturer

Dear Revdex.com,
AutoNation Fiat has many procedures in place to insure any pre-owned vehicle sold is mechanically sound prior to being offered for saleThe Ford Escort (Stock #*** in question had a reconditioning bill of $2,The vehicle also
spent days at our dealership with absolutely no complaints of a fuel smell or damage to the undercarriage or the fuel tank*** *** Purchased the vehicle for $agreeing to take on any future repair liability in writingAny pre-owned vehicle sold is done so "AS IS" per Arizona StatuteWe can not speak for any damage or issues that might have come up on the vehicle between Ms***s purchase and the time our dealership was made aware of the complaint
With that said, as soon as our dealership was made aware of the issue in question by our Tempe Toyota store, AutoNation Fiat had the vehicle towed up to our service center located at AutoNation Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge at our expenseDeciding the repair in would be too costly to incur at the dealership level our General Manager *** *** requested Ms*** return the vehicle and offered a full refundMs*** refused, requesting the vehicle be repaired at our expense
Airing in the side of courtesy, customer service and good will AutoNation Fiat has replaced Ms***s fuel tank not once but twice at considerable expenseAfter initiating a series of repairs on the vehicle our initial offer to take back the vehicle and refund any money exchanged is no longer an optionAutoNation Fiat has done much more than obligated and considers this matter closedShould the Revdex.com have anymore questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at any time

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I rejected there response because that's a lie, they did tell us the previous manager was fired and also I did not say they switched our tired I said we had just bought new tires and now they are no good as if they were switched and there was no way that tore should have completely came off from me driving on the expressway the very next day less than hours later! And as far as the servicing department maybe they are not familiar with what is supposed to be covered in Level warrantyAnd I will not change my mind about the employees and finance manager being very rude, unhelpful and not having good customer service.
And also the whom ever the person is that responded and said they couldnt help us with putting us into a new car stated that it was due to lack of available income, down payment and insufficient income that's a lie because they didn't bother to ask us to put any money down/down payment and our income is perfectly fine especially for the old cars that they tried to have us look at, come on really we're paying $for a Impala we put down almost $for no one ever asked for a down paymentI was specifically told by the man that was helping me that the person who has to approve for us to get a new car simply stated "no we cannot put them in another car because they only had this one for a year" he told us that the approval person didn't even bother to look at our file he simply said no! I will be more than happy to give names if I have to or point who ever out because you guys are completely lying I'm sorry but that is the honest to god truth

I did speak with Irma and she agreed that my mechanic would look at the vehicle to verify the concerns and agree to a $credit (already was credited to her) for any future repairs...she has scheduled an appointment with the service deptto inspect the concerns with the CRV
Wednesday the 6th of April. The vehicle prior to being sold had a point inspection done to the vehicle to confirm it was safe to sell. The concerns with the CRV with 159,miles will be inspected and addressed if necessary then

Unfortunatly just returning a car is not a viable, there are many factors involved that do not allow this to be an option (title work, bank loans etc etc) We do apoligize that you feel the product is inferior as we have hbundreds of customers that love the product and have had no issues what so ever.
At this time we do not feel as though we have any options as it looks like the only thing you would be satisfied with is returning the unit

After discussing the issue's with Ms***. We have completed repairs on the unit at no cost to her and have also agreed to pay two monthly payments to the lender for her inconvenience and loss of use of the vehicle. We feel the issue's have been resolved in good faith and Ms
*** has relayed to us that this will satisfy the problems

We are part of the largest Auto dealersip retail company in the United Sates. We do not lie to customers, we do not take new tires off cars in service, we do not sell un safe automobiles, we do not force customers to sign paperwork and pay for products that they do not want The finance
manager was not let go Its obvious that the customer is unhappy with her purchase (IT WAS PURCHASED NOVEMNBER ) We recently tried to help the customer trade out of the unit but the credit history, lack of available funds for downpayment and insufficient income precluded the customer from attaing financing. The customer does have two years of free maintenance ( oil changes and two tire rotations)

On July 25th, 2015, I purchased a vehicle at the AutoNation Fiat of North PhoenixIt was a very disappointing experience with their Director of Finance and the GMI came into the dealership already approved with my credit union at a 3.2% interest rateAfter deciding to make the purchase I was then introduced to the Director of Finance to finalize the contractShe began to tell me how great of a relationship that she has with my credit union and that she assured me she could actually get me a 2.99% interest rateI then signed the contract expecting a 2.99%She seemed more than confident, not that she thinks she could get me 2.99% but essentially guaranteed itShe even mentioned the name of the person who she has worked with so frequently at my credit unionOn July 27th, I spoke to my account rep at the credit union and she said a 2.99% interest rate is impossible for them to doShe mentioned that the finance person would have been able to see their terms and would have known that she couldn't offer something like thatShortly after, the finance director called me telling me that the contract came back and it's going to be a 3.2% and essentially said it's not her fault it's based on my creditI told her you saw my credit score you already knew what I was approved at so why did you make an offer for 2.99%? She became combative and defensive with me and took no responsibility for thisShe tried to tell me that it's only a dollar or so more per month and I said yes but that's times months with interestI said I need you to make this right and take that cost off the sale price of the carShe said she won't do that and that I need to come down to the dealership to sign the documentsThis is very disappointing and very poor customer serviceEven during the whole process she seemed like my wife and I were bothering her, especially when I brought my wife in to sign her portion of the contracts and she was watching TV on her phone but couldn't answer my call from minutes earlierI asked her to have the GM call me to resolve the issue or at least hear my displeasure in my experienceFast forward to Friday, July 31stI finally was able to get a hold of the Finance Director again to see that the status wasShe said "I'm not sure what happened but the GM must have been able to pull a miracle - we got your contact approved at 2.99% but I don't have your contract it's been sent to corporate"I asked her if that means that my loan is with my credit union? She said yesLater that afternoon I connected with the GMI wanted to clarify what had transpired the last days and he said "oh we got your loan approved at the 2.99% with one of out other lenders"I was taken aback because I was never made aware that they, without my consent, ran my credit more times, with random banks on the east coast or even attempted to contact meI asked him to explain why he didn't feel the need to contact me and inform me of what he was doingHe simply ran my credit until he found a bank that would take my loan at 2.99%He then, much like the finance director became combative, disrespectful and would not take responsibility for anything that had happenedHe said "this is what we do - you wanted 2.99% - and that's what you got"I said, yes, but with some random bank that I had no affiliation withI am a very even keel person - but I was boiling over the complete lack of decency this guy had, completely rude and dismissive to my concernsTo me, this isn't about the interest rate - it's about their utter lack of professionalism when it comes to simple business practices
