Customer purchased a hose for a standard transmission while his vehicle has automatic.  Both are clearly labeled on our website.  Since this return is not an error by our company, per our return policy, a 20% restocking fee was charged.  A refund of

Dear Revdex.com,
We've already provided a pre-paid return label to the customer, we've extended his return policy and offered a full refund once the item is returned back to us, at our expense. There really is nothing more that we can do at this point.  If the customer continues to make unreasonable demands, we would like the Revdex.com to come in and make a valid objective decision regarding this case.
