Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Mr [redacted] said in his message that the amount financed was 16,300.00, and this is not trueSee the attached .pdf, and it shows that the amount financed is $17,983.62, thats a far cry from $16,especially at 20% interest over a month termI would be happy if MrRuiz would rewrite the contract to reflect the $16,as the balance due/financedThe number he says it was financed at is different from the attached and I feel as if that is what he stated it to be, then he should make it exactly that, balance due/financed at $16,300.00, is this fair? It is too some extent, but again, in my opinion, is not in any way a clean retail trade inIn any event, please resolve the problem by bringing me back in and rewriting the contract to reflect the $16,as the amount financed Regards, [redacted]

They could have easily called me as well but every time I would call them, I had to constantly leave messages because someone was always busyI still have all the text messages and all the times I called them and never got a return phone call from anyoneBut my father seemed to finally get in touch with someoneI'm the one that purchased the car and couldn't get anyone to call me backThat is bad businessIt's like they knew the car was some crap and refused to talk to me about it so they just gave me the run around and waited until the warranty was upSo like I said, the General Manager told me there was nothing they could doIt's so easy to say that it's unfortunate that the car needed repairs but as a dealership, they could have done a better job at thoroughly checking out the cars so that this could have been avoidedIt didn't happen to them so it's easy to say how unfortunate it isThey are not the ones taking the bus everyday and getting home after hoursBut that's okayI learned my lesson and I won't be purchasing anymore vehicles from them Regards, [redacted] ***

Called business spoke to the owner [redacted] he stated that the car was purchased in [redacted] *** and sold AS-IS [redacted] stated that when a vehicle is purchase anything noted will be put on a promissory to fixAnything not written on the promissory will be the consumer responsibility*** [redacted] stated that they did have the car for two weeks but during that time frame a loaner car was given [redacted] stated that it took longer than expected for the repair because an amplifier was ordered but came in wrong, so they had to reorder the amplifierOnce the amplifier came in they replaced the amplifier along with the water line that was brokeIt was stated that the water line fried the amplifier to the radio causing the radio not to work

First and foremost let me start out by saying I was REALLY skeptical about buying a car from Autos Direct Incafter doing my research and reading all the reviews, but they had a really nice [redacted] that I wanted and in my price range so I decided to give them a chanceMy visit there was not very longThe salesman all worked as a team which is rare in the car businessThey listened to me and were very helpful and friendly not to mention funny which made me feel comfortableThe GM was also involved in my purchase after voicing my concerns about the breaks and a tire he agreed to fix before I even took delivery of the vehicle, which was great seeing that my daughter will be in the car with me so for safety issues they took care of it with no hesitationThe finance part was painless I came prepared with all I needed and that made the process a lot fasterThese group of people at the [redacted] location are probably the best in the business to my knowledgeTheir customer service and team player attitude is what really sold meI would definitely recommend them to all my family and friendsDefinitely worth giving them a chance AAAAA++++++ Thank you! Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, [redacted] I attempted to reach the owner at his other location the following week and did not receive a call back When I picked up my plates I made them bring them out to me because I wouldn't pull all the way into their property, they told me the previous manager was a jerk and was gone and no one would try to block me in or do anything to me, I arranged it so I would not have to be in their establishment out of fear I discussed in depth and was assured a call back The salesman who sold me the car was present with the new manager at the time Obviously the customer is not at fault and should not be penalized if the salesman remains employed there yet the manager who caused all this was fire 'Bribe' was the specific word used by their representative on the call

Autos Direct would like to apologize to Ms [redacted] for the sales person losing his"cool" with herHe was having a very bad day because of personal issues.However, there is no excuse for this type of behaviorHe has been reprimandedfor his actionsThe sales person has tried to contact Ms [redacted] to apologize buthas not been able to reach herI hope that Ms [redacted] will contact us for anyfuture automotive needs that may ariseShe will be directed to a manager forher assistanceOnce again, I would like to apologize for the unnecessarytreatment she received.Sincerely [redacted]

We talked to a salesman about a vehicle, then agreed on a price, even shook hands on price, when signing papers got to last page and realized they changed agreement, turned into a month loan, from 60, then price was dollars higher then agreed on, asked why, his response was extra charges for paying bank to get loan, will never buy there again, do not trust them,

I HAD A REALLY GOOD TIME ;D From the moment I walked in everyone was really nice and was willing to help me even though I wasn't in the best situation, [redacted] was very good at explain things and helping me make things easier for mexoxo
