Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

The vehicle was purchased with used tires on it $is more than enough to buy a really good set of used tires for a used mitsubishi Montero They elected to buy new tires and all the benefits that come with buying new tiresI have been in the auto business for years and have countless professionals tell my customers that they need new tires, parts or repairs-only find out that they completely misstated the condition of the items that needed to be replaced or repaired for the purpose of getting them to buy new itemsThe tires had plenty of tread on them when we sold the vehicle on 9-17-and my mechanic acted in good faith when safetying the vehicle Perhaps we overlooked something with the tires , but with out the old tires for proof I'am willing to pay for half the cost of tires for a $expense that I do not have to do

At time of sale we were waiting for title in mail which we received days later When we received title, we discovered there was an odometer error and asked our dmv clerk to fix error It required a new dmv form that showed the correct miles but it took approxa month to get it back We overnighted title to him today 12-27- Sorry it took so long and hope this satisfies his concernsthank you, sincerely, [redacted] owner

Hello ***, [redacted] from Autosense here I spoke to customer regarding tires approximately days ago she said she would be in town soon and I offered her to come to Autosense and she and I could talk about it then At the time of the sale, the tires seemed to have beyond adequate rubber and had no inflation issues at all In state of California cars are sold or with extended warrantyShe purchased the vehicle As-Is I'am willing to split the price of tires with her because she did not allow Autosense to repair the vehicle, which at my cost would have been in the to $range I never saw the tires that came off the sold vehicle and if they were inferior I would have repaced them with a good set of used tires-similar to the supposed bad ones that were purchased when she bought the vehicleThank-you, sincerely, [redacted] - owner

At time of sale we were waiting for title in mail which we received 3 days later.   When we received title, we discovered there was an odometer error  and asked our dmv clerk to fix error.  It required a new dmv form that showed the correct miles but it took approx. a month to...

get it back.  We overnighted   title to him today 12-27-17.  Sorry it took so long and hope this satisfies his concerns. thank you, sincerely, [redacted] owner.

On 7-27-15 [redacted] purchased an 01 Chevrolet Suburban suv from us here at Autosense Auto Exchange with out an extended warranty - AS-IS.  The vehicle was safety checked. we replaced the air conditioning unit, front and rear brakes.  The brakes were completely taken apart and the...

E brake was adjusted to proper specs., the  rear seals were dry and no indication that they needed replacing.  The customer called complaining approximately a week later of leaking rear axel seals and knock sensor problems.  My mechanic [redacted] called back on July 31st 2015 at 10:12 am to talk about their concerns.  He never received a call back from customer!  A 15 year old vehicle can have problems a minute or a month or years after you purchase them.  That is why you buy an extended warranty or buy it AS-IS, knowing a used vehicle can have maintenance required along the way.  Yes we have a mechanic walk around with scanner to determine necessary repairs-like and dealer would.  If customer doesn't call back we assume they do not have any more concerns.  [redacted] owner Autosense A E

adequate rubber and had no inflation issues at all.  In state of California cars are sold As-Is or with extended warranty. She purchased the vehicle As-Is.  I'am willing to split the price of tires with her because she did not allow Autosense to repair the vehicle, which at my cost would have been in the 2 to $300.00 range.  I never saw the tires that came off the sold vehicle and if they were inferior I would have repaced them with a good set of used tires-similar to the supposed  bad ones that were purchased when she bought the vehicle. Thank-you, sincerely, [redacted] - owner.

Review: 1. On 09/17/205 we purchased a Mitsubishi Montero from [redacted]. We picked up the Vehicle on 9/18/2015The Vehicle appeared to be in good condition and didn't have any noticeable cosmetic damages. Also, the vehicle was sold as is, but seeing that it was in pretty decent condition we proceeded with the purchase. A few days later the vehicles service engine light came on, I notified them of this and they told me to take the vehicle into them so they could repair the vehicle and take care of the problem. 2. I would take the vehicle down to them to get repaired and they would take care of the issue, but four days later the Service Engine Light came on once again. I once again notified them of this and they insisted that we need to bring the vehicle down to them to as it. I already have missed work once for this issue, and have already taken care of the gas expense for each trip.3.Within a week of bringing the vehicle home I could notice that our tires were losing a substantial amount of air. I would constantly have to put air in the tires, multiple times a week on my commute to and from work. I was heading back home to northern California when I stopped in Anderson, Ca. I took my vehicle to Les Schwab to have them put air into the tires. They would go on to tell me that these tires were not safe to drive on, that they could pop at any moment and that they would not recommend me making the five hour commute home. They would examine the tires and they saw that the tires were 12 years old and weather check tires were down to the core, they had cracks and that it appears that they had been rotated in order to attempt the bad condition of the tires. I would ask the second opinion of a retired mechanic and tow truck driver and he agreed with all of the findings. he also said that that the tires could of been rotated in order to hide anything wrong or that dealership did not do a proper inspection of the vehicle and sold me an unsafe vehicle. I would have to purchase new tires.Desired Settlement: Well, when I notified them of the tires they refused to help or take any responsibility for there actions and would tell me that since I took the vehicle some where else that there is nothing they could do for me and would only see me for the service engine light. I would like to be refunded for the price of the new tires ($639.15) that I was forced into purchase due to the condition of which the tires were sold.I would like a refund for the spare tire, which has a nail in it.

I went in to purchase a car and the young unprofessional kid came out with his pants to his knees, he asked you looking for anything and I said I was interested in a car but it has egging all over so he washed it then spun the tires while leaving as I watched he was gone for very long time and I left the dealership and saw him spinning the tires down another street, bad bad way to try to sell cars, so beaware...

After looking at numerous vehicles I was set on one from auto sense we went and did all the paperwork for the financing and we're informed someone else had put in for the same vehicle and if they did not take it for any reason we would be able to get the vehicle. [redacted] called the next day to inform me that everything went through and if we wanted the vehicle we could come finish everything. I informed him my husband did not get off until 6:00. We went to finish the paperwork when my husband got home and we arrived at auto sense at 6:25, the paperwork was being finalized on the same vehicle for a different family. He had sold the vehicle that was supposed to be held, he then told us he wasn't able to hold it for us but the previous evening they were holding it for a different family and when they passed on the vehicle they offered it to us, just to sell it to someone else.

The gentlemen I encountered from Ryan to Kyle to Ben, & owner Dave were professional, sincere, patient, & so very supportive of my particular situation. I am grateful to have finally found the vehicle that I've been searching for & hope to have been as much a BLESSING to them as they were for me!!!

Review: I purchased a vehicle(2001 Chevrolet Suburban) from AutoSense, cash out the door. About a week later, driving down the road, the back wheel seal blew out. Grease was spraying everywhere from the back wheel and it was smoking. Not only that but in the same day, same time the engine light came on. We safely got it home and put the code reader to the vehicle. Knock sensor code. I called AutoSense and the guy that answered said he would call the owner and get right back to us. No return phone call. I had to pull the rear end apart to get the axles out to replace the wheel seals. Also I pulled the whole top of the engine apart to locate the knock sensors and replace them. That's not legit after buying a vehicle off of a car lot a week later. Not to mention, I noticed one of the workers carrying a code reader around while I was there purchasing the vehicle. I should have went with my instincts when I saw that. Whose to say they don't clear the codes off the vehicles just to sell them off? Poor business ethics in my opinion.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for my new parts cost and also my hard labor. This vehicle was not road worthy.

We are going to forget about the problems with the vehicle as we are having them fixed the CORRECT way. This way we know the vehicle is reliable. On the other hand, we received the registration card in the mail with a lien holder on it. The vehicle was paid in full. I called Auto Sense about this and they asked why I left the review. I told them the reasoning but told them we just wanted the lien holder off the paper work. [redacted] told me I needed to call the bank( that the loan WAS going to go through but was reversed) and tell them this is a mistake. I called the lady at he bank and she told me the account was closed and as far as the lien holder on the paper work, the dealer would need to call and request a release of lien. I called Auto Sense back and told them this. The question was brought up again about why we left a bad review. Eventually we spoke to the owner,[redacted], and the conversation got ugly. At the end of the first conversation with [redacted], he threatened he would not request release of the lien UNLESS we got rid of the bad review. We asked if that was a threat and if this was the case we would get a news crew involved and attorney. We hung up the phone as it was not pretty. I called back and spoke to [redacted] one last time where he immediately apologized. I told him we just want the lien holder off the paper work one last time. He agreed to take care of this. Not sure if he did or not but would like to know when this will be corrected and when we will receive the revised paperwork. Lastly,I don't think it's very professional to make the threat that he did. Very much not appreciated and will not be satisfied until the paper work is cleared up. Will not recommend this dealer to anyone in the future. Thank you.
