Spoke with customer to let him know that we were waiting for him to come in and pick up his check that we had waiting for him since May ** customer is happy we are mailing his check to his home because he doesn't have time to come pick it up It is our goal to keep all our customers completely satisfied Thank you, Mark C [redacted]

We have used Ducky's Drains twice now for various small plumbing jobs around the house Service was excellent, polite and fast Cost was far lower than we've experienced in past They will continue to be our first choice

How is he allowed to increase a price of a part after I was already quoted a lower price, as if he did me a favor for having my car so long? Isn't that again the law? Called customer to come back to our dealership and discuss her issueShe came in and we explained that we did not run her credit again after she left our dealership she is a service customer of ours and want to keep her as our customer so we gave her a year maintenance plan free of charge she is happy and hopefully we can earn her business on her next vehicle purchase

Explained to the customer that unfortunately some banks require some stipulations such as verification of employment that is out of our hands but we worked closely on this matter with the bank and resolved the matter we do not collect payments for banks and keep them as it is not ours to keep

We checked with the dealer that we did purchase a vehicle from and they said that letters such as that credit denial letter never go to customers when they cannot obtain the car a customer wishes to buyFurthermore, we have had similar circumstances in the past and never received a credit denial letter after our credit was approvedWe both have excellent credit ratings which will most likely be affected by thisWe have never ever been denied credit and we want this removedWe did not get a car from Autoworld because they could not get us the car we wanted and NOT BECAUSE WE WERE DENIED CREDITA few days after getting our money back, we purchased the exact car we wanted with percent interest due to excellent creditNow, we want Autoworld to straighten out this credit report which was generated because of themIf this is not resolved we will definitely submit a complaint to corporate headquarters for Kia.

Instead I put down $and have payments of $per monthI know that includes Interest but that is $29,That sounds to me like I paid the $16,payoff for the Kia Soul(fixed or not fixed)
A six year loan on a car worth $to $thousand dollars is wrongHow does that come to $29,000????
Kia was not fair in the sell price of the NissanThey have a lot of complaints against them on the Internet alsoThey don't care about me------

 I am not satisfied with this settlement because "Jorge" lied to me and my husband stating that the part for my muffler was $900 and he reduced it to $700. He was not aware that we was already quoted a price of $700 from "Andy", who was my original service advisor, but was fired. So that "reduced" price is a lie. There is no reason why they had my car for 20 days and all I needed was a muffler and brake line. With them having my car from 7/**/15 to 8/**/15, I ended up getting a ticket for no inspection. I have never received a ticket for no inspection before and was humiliated by this! My car note was paid and so was my insurance and I didn't have my vehicle. Jorge is a liar and I am asking t be compensated because he lied and tried to deceive me! How is he allowed to increase a price of a part after I was already quoted a lower price, as if he did me a favor for having my car so long? Isn't that again the law?

We tried to obtain the Vehicle with the specs that the customer wanted but we were unable to obtain the vehicle offered the customer a different color scheme but they did not want to change. As for us denying the customer credit that is not up yo us the letter that they received id automaticlly...
