We have used Ducky's Drains twice now for various small plumbing jobs around the house. Service was excellent, polite and fast. Cost was far lower than we've experienced in past. They will continue to be our first choice.

Review: I have been leasing cars for over 10 years. In Oct of 2013 I turned in my Kia Sorento because it used too much gas and leased a Kia Soul. Never before knowing they gave me a 47 month lease I never heard of. The cost was $309.00 per month for 47 months. In July of 2015 the Soul started smoking out the tailpipe. We checked it when I got home from around the block. Oil was coming out the tailpipe. I had it towed to Auto World Kia and they could not figure out the problem. I had a loner for a week, They said they were calling KIA to come and look at the car.

I was on vacation in August and I went there and said I DON'T WANT THE CAR BACK. The problem is too big.

I should have leased an AWD. So they gave me a choice of two AWD used cars on the lot to buy. I took a BASIC 2012 Nissan Rogue. $7000 DOWN and $314.88 per month for 6 Years. They tell me they only mad a couple of thousand dollars profit. With $7000 down(my whole savings account) why couldn't I finish the lease with a new

Kia AWD? I wouldn't even complain if I had my $7000 back and a six year loan on a Very Basic Nissan Rogue. The guy told me I owned the Soul with the bank and it' my problem it broke. He couldn't even tell me if it ever got fixed. Why couldn't they realize the car had 8000 miles on it and it was not my fault it broke. I just wanted an AWD KIA to finish the lease. They could have given me a one of the cars they use to finish the lease.

I wanted my $7000 back and I told them I will be 73 when I finish paying the Nissan. I also only got one key and a new key cost almost $400. I really don't think they gave me any choices and didn't treat me fair when I said I no longer wanted the 2013 Soul after it had the BIG problemDesired Settlement: Just give me back the $7000 or give me a 2015 KIA AWD to finish the lease for the next 2 years.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[They could not give me my old car back, I don't believe it was ever fixed. If I'm wrong then I'm wrong. I looked at 2012 Nissan Rogueson the Internet. I have a very basic Rogue and it had 48K miles on it. It should be in the $12 to 15 thousand dollar range price wise, If I put down $7000 the balance would be $6000 + Auto Worlds profit Make it $8000,Instead I put down $7000 and have 72 payments of $314.88 per month. I know that includes Interest but that is $29,671.36 That sounds to me like I paid the $16,000 payoff for the Kia Soul(fixed or not fixed)A six year loan on a 2012 car worth $12 to $15 thousand dollars is wrong. How does that come to $29,000????Kia was not fair in the sell price of the Nissan. They have a lot of complaints against them on the Internet also. They don't care about me------

Review: This dealership is not one to deal with. We went in and purchased a 2016 KIA Sedona SX model. We gave them $6000 down on September [redacted], and they said they would have the car we wanted in about 2 days. Each day after the two days, they had an excuse; someone wasn't in, they found it but dealer would not trade and so on. On October [redacted], we asked for our money back. We had no problem getting it back. We picked up the money, went to another dealer and got the exact car for the same price in four days as the dealer told us with a down payment of only 500 dollars. We purchased this vehicle with no interest because our credit was so good. Both my husband and I had a credit rating of over 800. THEN, we received a letter from Autoworld KIA that they were sorry to inform us that we were denied credit and they could not get us a car under the agreement we made. I would be happy to give you the letter. When I called to complain, the first person I spoke to hung up on me and the second person refused to give me his name. They said it was a form letter that is sent to everyone and we would have gotten it even if they got us the car and we purchased it! We have financed many cars before this and never received such letters. My husband and I have very high credit ratings over 800 which have gone down because of this. We have never had credit refused before. We want Autoworld to correct this. They should not have contacted these agencies and it was us that took our money back and not them denying us credit. This letter was dated 6 days after we took our money back. I should also add that the salesperson that was helping us worked there for about a month and when all of this was going on, we could not get him so we called his cell phone and he told us that he quit. We though that he was very nice.Desired Settlement: Would like them to correct the credit report and state that we elected to take our money back because they did not get the car and not because we were denied credit. We would like a copy of the correction from them in case this comes up on future credit.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]

We checked with the dealer that we did purchase a vehicle from and they said that letters such as that credit denial letter never go to customers when they cannot obtain the car a customer wishes to buy. Furthermore, we have had similar circumstances in the past and never received a credit denial letter after our credit was approved. We both have excellent credit ratings which will most likely be affected by this. We have never ever been denied credit and we want this removed. We did not get a car from Autoworld because they could not get us the car we wanted and NOT BECAUSE WE WERE DENIED CREDIT. A few days after getting our money back, we purchased the exact car we wanted with 0 percent interest due to excellent credit. Now, we want Autoworld to straighten out this credit report which was generated because of them. If this is not resolved we will definitely submit a complaint to corporate headquarters for Kia.

Review: Was given a check as compensation for being over charged on vehicle. After depositing the check and spending some of the money they put a stop payment on the check and I was charges for overages in my bank account. They advised they couldn't do anything about it because they took the money out of my contract without my knowledge. No one called to advise me they sent me a check that would be bounced.Desired Settlement: Would like to be refunded for overages in my bank account in CASH because I will not be able to trust a check.

Review: I agreed to purchase a 2015 Kia Sorrento SX for 36k being 6k less than MSRP according to the salesman. there was supposed to be two available. The next day I showed up as agreed and was told the two were sold. In a bait and switch I was shown a used demo cheaper EX Touring model. I was told the sticker was 39k. Though disappointed I thought this was a reasonable deal. When I picked up the car there were several problems but the worst was the sticker was only 37.5k.Desired Settlement: Since they cheated a senior citizen I want $1500. cash refund or a different new vehicle. I spoke to [redacted] who would not agree to either proposed settlement.

Sincerely,

Review: My husband and I visited Autoworld Kia in October of 2015. After a long few hours our financing came through for our purchase. I even had a trade in that they were willing to pay off . For the most part the purchase was relatively painless. The pain came after we drove off the lot. There was an issue verifying my husbands employment through no fault of our own. I was harassed for days about getting the employer on the phone to verify or the "deal will not be funded." I explained over and over again the employment verification MUST originate through the funding bank and be faxed to a certain number. After several emails back and forth, the financing manager told me "Okay, so the newest update..... They will fund the deal once you make the first payment, since the payment was due yesterday, but you need to make the payment to our dealership, and we will cut (the bank) a check. You can either come in, or make the payment over the phone to us, whatever is easier.."

All my documentation showed a December [redacted] due date. The bank also indicated a Dec [redacted] due date. Why would I ever make my first payment to a dealership? I pushed back and told them no. I would make my payment when it was due and directly to the bank. . Lo and behold, I was told they will "work out everything" on their end and I can still make my payment on December [redacted]. It felt very shady to me. Especially after they backed off right away. I felt like they were trying to scam money from me.

All in all, it took almost 30 days to receive notification that my "deal" was funded. My trade-in still carries a balance that is now affecting my credit, I still have no documentation from the funding bank and a payment is due in 14 days!Desired Settlement: I would like the dealership to cover my first month's payment as a result of all the incompetence and strange payment demands. At the very least , the first payment should be delayed until 1/*/16. as I still have no documentation from the funding bank - no account number - no address.

Explained to the customer that unfortunately some banks require some stipulations such as verification of employment that is out of our hands but we worked closely on this matter with the bank and resolved the matter we do not collect payments for banks and keep them as it is not ours to keep It is always our goal to have complee satisfaction with all our customers Thank you[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

My trade in was not paid off in a timely manner and I still have not received any documentation from the funding bank regarding payments. According to my financing documents, a payment is due today and I have no idea where it needs to be sent. I should not have to chase down information for a $25,000 purchase that was made on October **, 2015. This is beyond frustrating!

Review: I went to this dealership to purchase a new car as my car was deemed a total loss by my insurance company and getting involved in a car accident. I gave them permission to pull my credit report one time, the day I was in there. After they pulled up my credit report, my salesperson and his [redacted] offered me a very high interest rate and told me it was because I had 8 total accounts on my report and 7 were bad. I knew this was not true as I check my [redacted] credit report, and this is the report they used as well, every week on Credit Karma. I also know that I have a lot more accounts than that on my report. I left and purchased the same car I wanted at another Kia dealership with a preferred interest rate. Six days later, this Autoworld Kia dealership pulled my credit again and this resulted in another hard credit inquiry on my credit report. They were not authorized to do this!!!! I called the dealership and was told that they did not pull my credit again by a [redacted] named [redacted]. The inquiry specifically says Autoworld Kia. Needless to say, I am very upset about this. These inquiries count negatively against me on my credit and effects my credit score.Desired Settlement: I want Autoworld Kia to contact the credit bureaus and pull back that second credit inquiry that was placed on my credit report as they were not authorized to pull my credit a second time.

Sincerely,

Review: I have a 2012 Kia Sorento, which was purchased through another dealer ([redacted]). I recently had to have my car flat bedded to [redacted] department due to having no brakes on 8/**15. My service advisor at Westbury Jeep informed me that they had to flat bed my Kia to Auto World Kia in East Meadow, so they can fix my car and that my service advisor there will be Jorge. I was also told by my service advisor from [redacted] it would probably take about 3 days to be fixed. My car was at Auto World Kia on 8/*/15. I did call Kia on 8/*/15 to speak with Jorge and that is when I was informed my service advisor is Andy. I called them to let them know that I had a scheduled appointment with Kia on 8/*/15 at 1:30 P.M. to get my door handle fixed and to see if it could all be done at the same time. The response was of course, no problem. I called Kia on 8/*/15 and spoke with Andy just to check the status of my car. Andy said it has to be put back up on the lift to look at it again. Before that conversation ended, Andy said he will get back to me that same day. He never did. I let a day or two go by and called Andy again. Andy says he needs to have his "A" tech look at it while it is up on the lift, he promised he would call me later that day. No, I did not get a phone call! Numerous calls were made and I had my husband calling Andy as well, hoping he would get a return call from him. Then next time I spoke with Andy, he asked me was I in a car accident or drive up on a curb? I said no I was never in an accident with my car and I don't go up on curbs because I have running boards. He tells me my brake line was broken and my muffler was pushed into the brake line. Since that is what they diagnosed it to be, my warranty doesn't cover it. I said let me know the amount, I will get it fixed. Andy called me a day or two later. At this point I have my husband listening to all conversations (on speaker phone) and Andy quoted a price for the muffler only of $700 plus. At this point my car had been there at least 10 days. I called again on 8/**/15 to speak with Andy, but he was off that day. I was told that the parts were ordered for my car though. I did call again on 8/**/15 and asked for Andy, to my surprise I was told he was fired! My new service advisor is Jorge and he told me he was going to order my parts? I did ask Jorge how can I be compensated for my car being there for such an extended period of time. He said he will work something out for me. I filed a complaint to Kia Headquarters on 8/**/15 because I still didn't have my car! On Kia's website it states, "[redacted]". Another thing it states is "[redacted]". I finally received a call from Jorge on 8/**/15 around 5:30 P.M and that was after I filed a complaint with Kia Headquarters. Jorge said he was going to call me on 8/**/15, but never did! First he called my cell phone, which I didn't hear. He did call my house phone and my husband answered and had him on speaker. Jorge said my car is ready to be picked up, I could pick it up that night. My husband asked what was the total amount owed, Jorge said $1001.76. I asked Jorge if that was the amount due, how did he compensate me? Jorge began to say the muffler was $900 plus, (but was giving it to me for $700 plus) the brake line was $40 plus and there are labor fees and taxes. Well Jorge had no knowledge that Andy had already quoted a price for the muffler to be $700 plus!! My husband told Jorge this and that is when he starts asking what can he do for us? My husband said at this point there is nothing you can do because you lied and increased the price of the muffler and you are not trustworthy. We informed him a complaint was filed with Kia and that we was contacting the Revdex.com. I told Jorge I will be there 8/**/15 to pick my car up and pay my bill in full. Auto World Kia had my car for 20 days, not including Sundays. Why would they treat a customer who loves Kia's like this? This has been the worst experience by far I have ever been in. The service department is extremely unprofessional on how they handled my situation! I was actually going to trade my car in at that same dealership . The salesman I was in contact with is Earnest. Earnest has been calling me to see when I can come in. I told him I will not come in because I have been treated so poorly. I did find out how my muffler broke my brake line. I went out on 7/**/15 with family members to eat. I drove there, my brakes were fine, but I had to valet park my car. I watched my car being parked, which it was backed in (not sure if it was a concrete wall, but it wasn't a fence). My sister in law drove home and she immediately said my brakes was low. I just thought she never drove my car before and wasn't used to it. I do thank god we made it home safe that night, because the next day is when I found out I had no brakes!Desired Settlement: $275.25 (car note payment) ($91.75/week)

$1,001.76 (repair for the car) minus the labor fees

$1,000.00 (under the Unfair and Deceptive Acts and Practices)

Total amount requesting: $2,277.01, but minus the labor fees, which I do not know yet.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]

I am not satisfied with this settlement because "Jorge" lied to me and my husband stating that the part for my muffler was $900 and he reduced it to $700. He was not aware that we was already quoted a price of $700 from "Andy", who was my original service advisor, but was fired. So that "reduced" price is a lie. There is no reason why they had my car for 20 days and all I needed was a muffler and brake line. With them having my car from 7/**/15 to 8/**/15, I ended up getting a ticket for no inspection. I have never received a ticket for no inspection before and was humiliated by this! My car note was paid and so was my insurance and I didn't have my vehicle. Jorge is a liar and I am asking t be compensated because he lied and tried to deceive me! How is he allowed to increase a price of a part after I was already quoted a lower price, as if he did me a favor for having my car so long? Isn't that again the law?
