Thank you for bringing to this to our attention AV Homes has addressed all of the items referenced in this complaint with the exception of an irrigation and drainage concern Our Customer Care representative and our Director of Construction will be reaching out with an offer to meet with the customer regarding any remaining issues, including the irrigation and drainage problem We will continue to monitor their concerns until we feel as if we’ve resolved them to the best of our abilities

This issue has not been resolvedThere are still gaps in my siding which exceed an acceptable limits even by the builder's warranty standardsIf left unrepaired, it will allow damage to the interior of my homeThe subcontractor who came out to make repairs caused damage to the arbor attached to the houseA portion of it is sticking out more than an inch from where it was prior to this subcontractor allowing his employees to stand on it rather than use ladders to make the siding repairsThe builder believes that callking these items and throwing paint over them is a "repair" it is notYou can put lipstick on a pig, but it is still a pig!!! I am tired of more than a year of complaining and repairs still not made

Our customer service representative in Florida met with Mr [redacted] this week When pressure washing his driveway, some aggregate was exposed which is when this is done He was pleased with the cleaning but not with the exposed aggregate A repair was made in areas on the left side of the driveway but since that was not acceptable, we are going to replace the left side of the driveway in the next few days There will be some color variation between the old and new concrete which Mr [redacted] understands, and we believe this will be a good solution

AV recently purchased our home builder (Bonterra) a couple of days after we closed on a new house. This is our 3rd Bonterra home and we are very happy with the construction of the home. We are however very unhappy with the grading of our back yard. The front yard is sodded and the back is seeded and strawed. There are massive surface rocks visible, dozens of them. Initially, Bonterra / AV agreed to come out and have their landscapers remove the surface rocks as my landscaper refused to aerate with the rocks present. They have since rescinded that offer and continue to tell me to file something with the warranty company. I am curious as to the change of tone and agreement to a solution. It is completely unacceptable that a home at this price point has a joke for a back yard. We have been in the house since June 2018.
