called me even before the car was picked up asking me when I intended to be in Ohio I did not know or forseen that the truck was going to break down A little consideration from the customers part would be very appreciated I have other cars on the truck and this customer is the only one giving me a hard time when I have only picked up his car days ago We have been on business since 9/and as you stated on your statement you found claims on our company, for all those claims we explained what occurred and the situations were resolved claims in years I don't really believe that we should be labels as a bad company.Thank you very much for your cosideration in this matter*** ***
