The massive roof on our single-story family home in Amherst NY, was in dire need of replacement. I called in every major roofer in the area for a thorough site visit. AVA was head and shoulders above the rest in professionalism and thorough due diligence. They seem to be the leader of the newer generation of roofers in WNY. AVA did their best to tarp the roof to protect the house from leaks, they always made time to answer my questions, return to the site for more research, and provide complete information. Sales rep Tony and owner Vik are both stars. Tony has awesome customer skills and thorough understanding of roofing. The owner Vik , like Tony, is professional, wonderfully warm and personable, hands-on, and readily available. He offered thoughtful solutions to a couple of issues. The tear-off crew did a thorough job with exceptional clean-up. When I noticed that they had destroyed a couple of sprinkler heads, Vik was quick to make reparations. AVA's roofing crew did an A+ job. Because I couldn't be onsite for most of the weeklong project, Tony and Vik sent me photos and narrated video at various stages. I can confidently say that none of the other roofers would have made this effort! For AVA, it seems to be standard practice. When I returned to the house, Vik came out personally for a thorough walk-through. From start to finish, AVA was passionately committed to meeting our needs and surpassing our expectations. Everyone who comes to the house comments immediately on the quality of the roofing. I'm not surprised by the unequivocal [redacted] and [redacted] list reviews and you won't be either! AVA offers truly exceptional service and workmanship at highly competitive rates.

AVA did a complete roof tear off job at my home and did a fantastic job. They finished the entire job in one day. They were courteous, friendly, and fairly priced. They showed up on time and did a wonderful job of cleaning up when they were finished. I highly recommend them.

Back in July 2016 Our family had a new roof installed by AVA Roofing & Sideing. From the estimate to the finish results this Company was a high caliber professional group of men. That I would recommend to any Company or Family looking for a roofer. They had 2 layers to tare off which took them 2 hours to complete the whole roof. Closed up the old box type vents and replaced with a ridge vent. replaced flashing, opened eves and replaced with new material, Installed baffle vent, covered trim boards with a metal wrap to make them maintenance free, and installed new soffits. They even shingled a small shed. A complete clean up and hauled away all used materials. We also got all new gutters and down spouts. All this in a day and a 1/2 and a good price.

There's not much that I can add to the previous reviews singing the praises of AVA Roofing. I've worked with many contractors over the decades and I have to say the Tony and Vitaliy are one of the best I've encountered. Their crews treat customers with the same standard or better of care and quality that they'd use on their own homes. When you hire AVA, you can be sure your project will be done right and you'll be very pleased with both the process and results.

I interviewed about 5 different roofing contractors before I decided to go with AVA Roofing. The reason they were chosen was because they were the most professional, and very polite. They came in with samples of different materials talked me through the process of what was going to take place and explained everything in detail. The crew was polite and hard working, the job was complete in a very timely fashion and I'm a satisfied customer.

Very positive experience! I would highly recommend AVA. Vitaly and his crew were professional and timely. He never tried to upsell us anything. He gave us options and his rates were very reasonable.

IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE FROM OUR FREE ESTIMATE TO FINISHING THE NEW ROOF{SINGLE TEAR OFF), GUTTERS, DOWN SPOUTS AND SKYLITE. THE ROOF TOOK A DAY AND HALF AND THE CREW CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSLEVES VERY VERY WELL. AVA ROOFING WAS THE ONLY COMPANY OF THE 4 ESTIMATES WE RECEIVED TO ACTUALLY LOOK IN THE ATTIC CRAWL SPACE TO SEE IF THERE WAS ANY PREVIOS DAMAGE AND TO DISCOVER THAT THE BATHROOM AND KITCHEN EXHAUSTS WERE NOT VENTED TO THE OUTSIDE, AND DID THAT AS WELL!!!, THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL WITH NO LOUD MUSIC BLARING AND NO USE OF PROFANITY!! WE ARE THRILLED WITH THE NEW CLEAN LINES OF OUR ROOF AND THEIR RECOMMENDATION ON COLOR CHOICES, GREAT JOB, WELL DONE. THANK YOU
