Ave Skin Reviews (%countItem)

Offered free sample, just pay postage which required a cr card, been receiving the product for past year it's expensive and doesnt work on 74yr skin!
This company has many complaints against it they are all the same. It's a scam!! They use names of famous people to promote product, only cost for the sample is postage, that requires a credit card, now they have that number they send products monthly and charge exorbitant amounts to my credit card! And this product does not work on 74yr old skin and social security doesn't go that far, I've lost $1000 already. It's probably an age thing, you believe people will do the right thing. No that doesn't happen in this case!! If I refuse the products, then I have nothing for my money. What can I do? I now have 12 unopened packages. should I Return them to Sender? My credit card and I need help.

Desired Outcome

STOP sending product STOP charging credit card and I would like a refund for all the product I did NOT order and they can have the product back too. But I'd settle for NOT charging and sending the product and a partial reimbursement.

I would give 0 stars if possible. They did not list the ingredients on their ad, and they are just normal CHEMICALS. Nothing is special about it. They do not say you will be getting the products once a month at an exorbitant price if you do not cancel. I did not see that, probable in a tiny, hard to read side-line. I expected more from Dr. Phil's endorsement and his wife's products. DON'T BUY!

2 products ordered and delivered. total value $172.70. price was a shock when I checked my credit card statement. called and offered to return product. did not want it and gave me a $100.00 refund. I am 71, disabled and tend to forget things, so I went past the 18 day trial period requirement. I am retired, living on SS and raising two grandchildren. It would be nice to get the additional $72.70 refunded. I live on a very tight budget and $72.70 means a lot.

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) Refund the monies to my credit card.

Hello ***,

When you order on our website you must agree to the terms and conditions which state that after 14 days + 4 days of shipping you will be charged for the products if you do not call to cancel and return.

https://elyradermacream.com/
https://elyradermacream.com/terms.php

Your trial started when you ordered the products on 04/02/2019 which you paid shipping and handling fees of $5.79 & $4.78. Your trial ended on 4/19/2019, in which we didn't receive any call from you thus, your account has been kept active.

You had called to cancel on 04/21/2019 and your account had been refunded a ONE TIME courtesy credit of $50 of each charge, without being required to return the product.

We do not normally do this but as a ONE time courtesy we have refunded the account additional $37.50 & $35.20 today 04/30/2019, you should see a refund on your account within 3-5 business days.

If you have any further questions or concerns please feel free to call me directly at (888) 757-7914.

Thank You

Thank you very much. It is really appreciated.

FULL REFUND
I returned the merchandise explaining my dissatisfaction with the product and was informed that I could not be given a refund because the return date had expired and they were KEEPING the product. I was unaware of the time frame to return the product which I should have been more careful to inquire about. I was offered a partial refund of $160 that I expressed to the rep/supervisor was
unsatisfactory. I am asking for a full REFUND on the unopened packages.

Desired Outcome

A FULL REFUND

Customer Response • Apr 26, 2019

I was contacted by the Department of Consumer Protection because Ave Skin has decided to fulfill a full refund. Thank you for the effort put forth.

Was trIcked into a freetrial with no policy. Then now I want a refund and to send these products back and can't.
I guess I was in a free trial with this skin care and instead of sending me.a disclosure of the return policy and how much im paying for these boxes they just keep sending them and.so I called so I can send them back.and have my money refunded back.on my card and they said I can't cause it's only a 30 day return policy which I've never seen or agreed too. I'm on disability and I can't afford for them to scam me like this. I told the representative who.was very rude, that I had all the products they have sent me so far and I just wanted to send these unopened boxes back and be refunded my money for every box since none of the prducts are open and she told me.no so I asked for a supervisor and she told me to.call back tomorrow and that it will be a waist to send them back cause nothing was going to happen. So I told her that I was calling the Revdex.com and she said.go ahead you aint getting your money back

Desired Outcome

I just want to send them these boxes of products back that I have 5 of and get my money credited back on my debit card and for this.company to be investigated on fraud and false advertising.

Ordered a one time trial of the skin care product. I did not sign up for auto fill and did not see it listed online when I ordered it.

Received my initial trial product in July. A second box arrived the next month and I called the company, spoke with a woman who had a hard time speaking English who told me not to bother sending it back and she would cancel order. Was not aware even then that I was going to be receiving a box of the same product every month to the tune of $87.50 each time. I have three unopened boxes. Called my UBS Visa credit company and the representative called the Ave Skin company and stayed on the line with me while I spoke to a representative from Ave. He said since I never got a cancellation confirmation number and it showed nothing on his records that I even called I was basically stuck with the boxes. Then he said he would take two boxes back and charge me $15 restocking fees for each box but I was stuck with the third box. There was no mention of this being an automatic purchase ever month or I would NOT have chosen to try a trial sample. This is a scam. He threatened me with legal action.

Desired Outcome

Take the three unopened product boxes back with NO restocking fee and refund our $262.50 for the three monthly boxes that we did not ask for Make them more responsible for false advertising of one time only product

Subject: Case # XXXXXXXX

I just filed this complaint against Ave Skin company in Tampa, FL yesterday and I've since noticed that they are not only charging me $87.50 listed under
LUXMEDI@NEWDERMA-WRINK but also I am being charged $85.20 listed under PUREADEYE.NET. They must be being shipped in one box each time.

I have spoken with a "rep" from the company who gave me a cancellation confirmation # XXXXXXX. They have been shipping me multiple boxes for since July After I received the second shipment, I called and spoke to someone who didn't speak very good English and she said to not send it back and she would make sure I got no more. Then I've gotten two more boxes. When I spoke to the supervisor yesterday, he told me that I never called the company and I don't have a confirmation cancellation number- which I was not given in the initial call. If I ship back three unopened boxes (not the "trial" offer box) they would charge $15 restocking fee for each one.

My Visa credit representative was on the line with me twice yesterday when I spoke to the supervisor first and then the representative.

In total- we have been charged $874.07 since July.

Is there any other business fraud bureaus that I can write to or contact. This is such a scam.

Please advice-

Thought was getting free sample of product - accepted "free sample" then realized it was a subscription - sent 2nd back - being billed for $320.
Given a magazine advertisement for facial skin which is improved w/o surgery, I agreed to a free sample of the product - which arrived. Approximately 6 weeks later, I received another box which was returned to the business and was subsequently billed for $320. - $100 of which was credited. Currently we're out $220.

Desired Outcome

Return of $220. to my credit card and no further association with this "company". This business should be labeled a scam and be discontinued and/or fined.

Customer Response • Dec 19, 2018

Have returned all except $72. at this time

Ordered free sample and paid S/H. Company sent another order and charged credit card with full price.

Received an offer for a free sample of Ave Creme Anti-Aging Creme. Gave credit card # to pay for S/H. On 11/24/18 received another jar of creme and my credit card was charged $87.50. Called company. They would not refund total amount. I told them I did not order product, I did not want product, and I did not want anymore orders sent to me. I also told them to destroy my credit card information. There was nothing in writing saying I would keep receiving products monthly. The information on the shipping label is as follows:ShipDate: 11/20, SLSORD: XXXXXX, REF: XXXXXXXX-XXXXX, Shipper: Ave Skin, ORD# *** The free sample was sent to me 10/20. I have never ordered a free sample of anything before. I feel this is a scam.

Desired Outcome

Basically, I just don't want anyone else to get taken in by this company. I would like a full refund. I don't want anything to do with this company again. I do not want them sending me anything and using my credit card information.

I receive packages from them that were not ordered. 7 times I've contacted them to stop sending these packages yet they continue

I want them to stop sending me packages. The packages have a return address indicating they came from Ave Skin 3201 W Hillsborough Ave 153201-5405 with a phone # 844-368-5732
I have called them 7 times asking for these unsolicited deliveries to stop and each time the male or female answering the call denies the packages are originating from them. I just want this to stop.

Desired Outcome

Stop all deliveries

Hi ***,

Please give us a call at 800-260-9856. We are open 24 hours. We will to need to verify some information with you.

You may also respond with your phone number and let us know the best time we can call you to resolve this matter.

Thank you!

I ordered a trial of eye cream and anti-wrinkle cream. The product did not arrive when promised and we had moved. I had to drive back to get the product and realized it was not for me. I called, but was told I was out of the full refund period. When asked how I liked the product, told him it was never (and still has not been) opened. He then suggested a refund of what I understood to be $80 for each product. Upon receiving $80, I called to inquire. First rep for company (Emil) told me he had no access to account as it was closed and cancelled. It would have to be handled by legal investigation. It showed I disputed the charges and therefore no further credits could be issued. I asked for a supervisor and after a 10 min hold, was transferred. The account specialist (Roy) REFUSED to give me the address for the company or the telephone number of the home office. I informed him that it must not be an upright company to deny that information. When pressured, I did get a PO Box no, but that is the return PO Box and I am surmising there is no brick and mortar for this company which now leads me to believe it is indeed a fly by night operation. He said the notes show a total $80 refund, 40 for each product. I was led to believe it was 80 per product. The total paid was $182.65 Roy told me one was $85.20, one $87.50 and the initial delivery cost 9.95. He told me he was reading from notes, but I make notes as well of all my conversations and transactions and have been doing so since 1989! I have dates, times, names, etc as well and it has served me well through the years.
Product_Or_Service: 30 day anti wrinkle formula & eye serum
Order_Number: XXXXXXX/XXXXXXX
Account_Number: XXXXXXXX/XXXXXXX

Desired Outcome

Refund I would like this company investigated as to its honesty in dealing with customers and fulfilling the promised outcomes when there are complaints. I would like them to take back the unopened product and credit the other $80 that I understood was being processed. I do have 2 e-mails that support they were refunding on both, but cannot get them out of html format. They came into my account on 10/20 as well as 2 verifying cancellation of any more shipments, ect.

I looked at your account and tracked the order you placed on 9/12/2018. USPS Tracking states that the bottled were delivered In/At Mailbox on 9/17,2018 at 1:35PM.

https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?qtc_tLabels1=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

When you order on our website, you must agree to the Terms and Conditions which states that all products are expected to be received within 3-4 business days after it ships. The shipment was well within the delivery time frame. It is also stated that if you do not receive the product after 5 business days of ordering you must contact customer support at 800-260-9856 and request the trial be extended and that the product be reshipped before the 14 day trial has elapsed.

We only received your call on 10/29/2018 and your trial had already ended a month prior way back 9/29/2018. The representative gave you a ONE TIME courtesy credit of $40 per bottle for this VALID charge which you had agreed to. If you do, however, have an email confirming you were promised a refund of $80 per bottle, please send it to me at ***@gmail.com.

When you called us back on 11/21/2018, you had already filed a dispute through your bank. Because of the dispute or any cases pertaining to the charge were confirmed on your account, our representative and supervisor were no longer able to refund any charges to make sure no double refunds are processed.

"Free trial" with no way to end it. until you start receiving more of the product. They were reluctant to have me send it back
I might have known better but, I ordered a "free trial" of Ave cream over the internet as I was having post operative dry skin problems and thought I'd give it a try. The order was place on or about September 17, 2018. There was no indication of a continuing relationship with the company ( no account set up) or how to opt out. In early November 2018 I received another jar or the cream. I immediately (Nov. 13, 2018) called the number provided (800-260-9856) and spoke to a customer service rep and asked for the "RMA" number needed to return the product. Since I hadn't contacted them to stop the continuing order (which I didn't set up) I would have to pay a restocking charge. OK but he wouldn't give me the return information and said to keep the product and I would get a refund, only about $17 would be charged for restocking. I was supposed to receive an email letting me know that the refund was made and I have yet to receive that. I am concerned that my credit card information could be compromised. The cream is a joke and the whole operation should be shut down.

Desired Outcome

shut down the operation

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
After receiving statements for my credit card account I found three charges: 10/6 for $87.50 which the company has addressed, 11/2 by P4Media"My makeup fix.net" which the company says they refunded $$9.95(it was for a video which I knew nothing about nor did I receive it), 11/5 for $87.50 for another jar of the cream which they wouldn't give me a way to return it. I called them at a NY number on my credit card statement and got the same "song and dance" of the first time I contacted them. I would like the second amount refunded also. I will check to see if the "refund" has shown up on my account yet.

Ave Skin sent me unwanted anti-aging creme priced at $87.50; withdrew $87.50 from my checking account in Sept, Oct, & November, 2018.

I responded to a "try me" ad for 1 free item of anti-aging creme. Manufacturer/distributor has, to date sent me 2 jars of the creme. Item appears on my checking account statement as ULTRADERMWRINKLE.NET. Total of $262.50 has been withdrawn from my checking account without authorization. I do NOT want to receive this item. Can I get my money back from the company: Ave Skin, 3201 W Hillsborough Ave, Tampa FL 33684

Desired Outcome

Take me off your mailing list/contacts. I do not want to receive any more of your anti-aging creme. Refund the $262.50 that has been withdrawn from my checking account.

Refund for unopened product return. I returned it according to their instructions. Over 3 weeks ago
I was scammed into buying this product with false allegations that *** was involved with this product. That just simply isn't true. I feel stupid for falling for it. I do not want anyone else to go through this.
I have been waiting for a refund for over three weeks.

Desired Outcome

I was charged twice at $87.50. That is $175.00 I would expect that amount credited back to my account ASAP

Complaint Response Date bumped because: Holiday

I selected a free trial offer in their online ad. I was sent and charged for non-trial product and now being sent and charged for same monthly.
I checked a box for a free sample of the Ave Skin, (aka DERMWRINKLESBRAND, AKA DERMYBRAND, AKA ZENMEDI*DERMWRINKLE) Ave Creme Anti-Aging Cream and Ave Creme Eye Serum for just shipping cost in a pop up ad. The ad I saw did not include language saying I was signing up for a monthly delivery or for full-size product by asking for a free sample. I read the ad carefully to be sure I was only asking for a free sample. The ad did not say I was agreeing to a subscription unless I cancelled. The ad did not even list what the cost of full size product was.

On 9/4/18 a charge for shipping ($5.79 and $4.78) was made to my Visa card. On 9/21/18 charges of 87.50 and 85.20 for the Ave Skin products was made to my Visa card under the names of DERMWRINKLESBRAND and DERMYBRAND. After seeing this, I planned to dispute the charges through ***. I received another box of product on 10/27/18 and checked my statement where I found charges of 87.50 and 85.20 had been made to the account by this company on 10/22/18.

I called the company today, Monday 10/29/18 and they stated they would not under any circumstances refund the charges of 87.50 and 85.20 from September and because I had filed a dispute with *** they would not refund the October charges either.

The representative said he could "cancel the order" and I stated although I had not agreed to this order in the first place they were not to send any more product. This "cancellation" was not to indicate I had ever actually made an order in the first place. He then gave me a "cancellation number."

Desired Outcome

Cancellation of all charges made to my credit card immediately, except those for shipping of 5.79 and 4.78 made one time on 9/4/18 OR refund within 30 days of this complaint of all charges other than shipping. These total 345.40 dollars.

Hello ***,

When ordering on our website you must agree to the terms and conditions which state that you will receive a 30 day supply of the product and you can test it out for 14 days for the cost of shipping and handling fee only, after 14 days + 4 days of shipping you will be charged for the bottles if you do not call to cancel and return the product. Before fully making your purchase you were asked if you agreed to the terms and conditions. Everything is stated on the terms and conditions.

Ave Skin is causing me financial hardship
I made the mistake of ordering Ave anti-aging skin cream through a link to Ave Skin on Facebook. I paid $87 for my purchase. Since then I've been on an auto renewal that I did NOT authorize. Every other month I am getting another jar of face cream, and, of course, each time, $87 is being deducted from my account. This has overdrawn my account and I've also had to pay overdraft fees. There is NO way to contact them to stop these shipments. There isn't even a contact number on the invoice inside the shipment. I am absolutely furious and want everyone to know about Ave Skin so they don't get sucked in to this scam. Worst mistake ever. I will never order anything through facebook again.

Desired Outcome

Stop sending me products I did NOT order!

Hello!

When you order on our website you must agree to the terms and conditions which state that you will receive a 30 day supply of the product and you can test it out for 14 days for the cost of shipping and handling fee only. Before fully making your purchase you were asked if you agreed to the terms and conditions. Everything is stated on the terms and conditions.Your trial started on 07/23/18 in which you received a 30-day supply of the products, the trial ended on 08/09/18 without any cancellation hence the regular charges. On 08/10/18, you were officially enrolled to our monthly subscription, hence a month after, on 09/09/18 you were charged for another shipment and again on 10/09/18.

To help you with the charges on your account, we can issue a full refund once products you were shipped on 9/09 and 10/09 are returned back to us untampered/sealed. If you could kindly contact our support team and request for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Rest assured, I have placed notations in your account regarding this.
