Ordered free trial cream for $5.79. Billed $87.50 twice on auto pay which I did not sign up for.
Ordered Ave face cream free sample ($5.79 cost have email confirmation) through Facebook site July 26,2018. Billed on visa 7/26 for $5.79. Then on 8/14 billed $87.50 for product sent that I did not order (still have unopened product that can be returned). Called and cancelled auto shipping and told them I never received any information regarding trial period or auto shipping. Have email with confirmation of cancellation. Told they could refund $60 but charge $27.50 for processing and they did not want the product returned which I explained I did not want and hadn't used up the first one yet! Received September visa bill with 9/13 charge for $87.50 and 9/17 credit for $60. Called again and rather irate asked why I was again charged for cream I cancelled. This time told I owed $87.50 for the free trial. I said I was going to contact the Revdex.com along with a few other comments..... Now I am worried they have my visa number and will charge me again. Called Wells Fargo and the charges are in dispute and said I was contacting Revdex.com. I am very careful about ordering on line and there was nothing indicating a trial period or auto shipping. I feel this is a scam and people should know about it. I feel this company owes me the $27.50 charge (I will gladly mail them the unopened product) and the new charge for $87.50.

Desired Outcome

Email confirming cancellation. no further charges, and refund of $27.50 and $87.50 .

Hello,

When you order on our website you must agree to the terms and conditions which state that you will receive a 30 day supply of the product and you can test it out for 14 days for the cost of shipping and handling fee only, after 14 days + 4 days of shipping you will be charged for the bottles if you do not call to cancel and return the product. Before fully making your purchase you were asked if you agreed to the terms and conditions. Everything is stated on the terms and conditions. Your trial started on 07/26/18 and ended on 08/13/18 without any cancellation hence the full charge. On 08/13/18 your account was officially enrolled to recurring shipping and you were billed for a new shipment on 09/12/18.

***
***

To help you with the charge a representative have issued a refund of $60.00 on 09/17/18 and on 10/20/18 we have issued a refund for the remainder $27.50 (This way the full amount of $87.50 will be put back in your account).

Thank YOu!

At no time was I informed of a trial period or receiving more product by auto through my credit card. I am still owed the charge of $87.50 on 9/13/18 which your representative told me was for the free sample which I paid the shipping and handling on (see previous full explanation regarding this complaint).

Allow us to resolve this matter by issuing you a refund for the charge last 08/13/2018 as courtesy. A refund of $87.50 will be refunded back to your account. Please allow 5-10 business days for this to reflect on your Visa card.

Have a great day!

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I ordered your product through a facebook advertisement not through your website. No terms and trial period were explained, just the free sample and shipping cost. You have refunded one charge of $87.50 but charged me another $87.50 on 9/13 for the free sample. I am still due $87.50.

Give such hype about how the trial sample is totally free and you can cancel at anytime, no questions asked. I fell for it and ordered the free for around $5 shipping. I never even tried it and got another jar within about 2 weeks. I have tried to contact them but they have hidden their phone number and other details very well . I finally found the phone number on here, I called them, they say I did not cancel in time so was charged $89.+ for the other shipment. I argued that the number nor anything was visible to me and I had been trying to find their info. to cancel and could not. They finally offered $65 credit and I do not need to return the package. If I sent it back it would be my shipping expense plus restocking fee of $17.95! So, I am out about $15 or so total. I had marked it on my Windows 10 calendar the day I ordered it, but that has vanished! Never again accept any "free" stuff, it will cost you!

called to return product, they continued to charge me and said there was a $17 restocking charge.
started in august with a trial product. within the 14 day trial period, asked to return product, returned product. they continued to charge me. had no contact info until I received another shipment. opened it to find another jar, used info inside to contact them. that is when I was told there would be a $17 dollar restocking charge and refused to give me an rma # because I told Travis, the rep I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com.

Desired Outcome

STOP ADVERTISING AS A FREE TRIAL WHEN IT IS A GIMMICK TO KEEP SENDING YOU THEIR PRODUCT.

On August 17 2018 I applied for a free trial offer for a Ave cream Anti-Aging, I was billed US$ 4.95. I got billed $89,65 on 0ct 10!!
On 8/11/2018 I agreed for a free trial anti-aging cream from Ave Skin, in Face Book, they advertised that only will charge the shipping cost US$ 4.95 and I was billed from EminencerGR for it. I received the Ave Creme-Anti-Aging Cream in CA. For my surprised on 10/11/2018 EminencerGR Orlando Fl billed me for a second cream US$ 89.65. I never order it!! I received a 2nd cream yesterday from Ave Skin 3201 W Hillsborough Ave. XXXXXX Tampa Florida. Shipdate 10/09 2018. REF: XXXXXXXX-XXXXX SHipper: Ave Skin . Order# *** with the customer service # 1-800-260-9856 I called them and they asked me for my order#, that was in the package I received I gave them the information # *** The supervisor told me it didn't exist in their company files! Then he asked me where did I get the 1-800 number to call them, I told him that was from a package that he send me from Tampa Florida, and he said that they never sent me anything! he was very quiet and said that he couldn't help me because my order didn't show up in their system. I asked to talk with a manager or his boss. He said that he was the supervisor. I checked on line for the company reviews online and there are hundreds of women complaining about this company and fake advertising ! This is an scam.

Desired Outcome

I want my US$ 89.65 back. And I want to see this business to be call in account from their fake advertisement and lying to many people.

Credit card charged for unauthorized purchases
I signed up for a free sample knowing I would pay for shipping. Instead by credit card was charged $87.50 for the item sent. Today in the mail I have another package from AVE Skin which I did not authorize and another $87.50 charge to my credit card ***. I have opened disputes on both unauthorized charges. I am shipping back the package today unopened. I have a photo of the pkg with Return to sender written on it. I have also emailed a complaint to AVE customer service. There was no indication that they were enrolling me in a regular purchasing program.

Desired Outcome

I want credits to my citicard for two charges of $87.50 each. I want my credit card removed from their system and a written letter from them admitting they have removed it. I want no more contact or charges from this fraudulent advertising billing scheme. I did file my first charge dispute with *** in September 2018.

I looked up your account and it was still active. Whenever you send a product back you have to call us or email us to request an RMA number. As per terms: Any packages marked "Refused", "Cancel" or "Return to sender" without the rma number will not be processed as a refund nor will it cancel the auto ship program. Note that products/packages without an rma number will be destroyed and credit will not be offered. Unfortunately the only way for the fulfillment center to process any return package if there is an rma on the outside of the package.

Hello!

We encountered an error when processing the refund. If you could kindly contact our customer support directly at (XXX) XXX-XXXX and a representative will be able to get your details for a refund in check ($87.50 for the charge on 10/08/18).

Rest assured I have placed notations in your account regarding this.

Thank you!

Ave is not forthright in their advertising. After receiving my "free" sample, I was unexpectedly billed for 2 more mths. at an outrageous amt.
I requested online my "free" sample of Ave in July, then was subsequently charged $172.70 a couple weeks afterward, which was for 2 more months of the product. After calling them on Aug. 1 for a refund of this amount, they did process a partial refund of $140. I'm not happy because these 2 additional payments were not disclosed (or at least not clearly) when I requested the free product. And, if the product worked, I would be less angry about it, but it didn't do what it said it should. Also, they claim to have been recommended on various creditable TV programs, when in fact that is all untrue. I agree with other complaintants on your site regarding Ave. Please put them out of business, or force them to advertise clearly!

Desired Outcome

Even though they refunded $140 of the $172.70 that they charged me, I feel that I should not have been charged the $172.70 at all. I would like to have the additional $32.70 refunded.

We have issued the remainder $15.20 eye serum
$17.5 wrinkle cream. This will ensure you that the full amount of $87.50 and $85.20 will be put back in your account.

Thank you!

This Company is a scam. They charge you a small amount for samples and then 14 days later charge full price for monthly shipments.
On 8/15 I ordered wrinkle cream and eye serum samples for my wife. Charges for samples were $4.78 and $5.79. Not made clear was that 14 days later I would be charged for a full months supply of both products. On 9/2 I was charged $87.50 for wrinkle cream and on 9/9 I was charged $27.26 for eye serum. The wrinkle cream was just received on 10/10 for the 9/2 charge. The eye serum has not yet been received for the 9/9 charge. It was not until this product was received did I realize that they were sending me product and charging us each month. With the wrinkle cream the paper work received with it states that all product returns must be accompanied by a RMA number and to obtain an RMS number by calling customer service at 1-800-260-9856. I called customer service today 10/12/18 for a RMA number so I can return the product and receive a full credit of $87.50. I was told that that would not be possible and that the best they could do was to give me a credit of $60.00 and stop all future monthly charges and shipments. I want to return the product and receive full credit. I went on line to research my credit card charges and just notice that I have been charged $87.50 again on 10/2 for the wrinkle cream and $27.26 on 10/9 for the eye serum. To recap I have been charged $87.50 on 9/2 and on 10/2 and so far have only received one shipment. I have also been charged $27.26 on 9/9 and on 10/9 for eye serum and have received no shipments. In total I have been charged $229.52 and all I was told on the phone is that I would be credited $60 and all future monthly charges and shipments would be stopped. Per their paperwork with the one shipment I received I want to return all the products I received or will receive and be credited in full for $229.52

Desired Outcome

The resolution is per above. They need to provide me with RMA numbers for all shipments received or to be received as they billed up front before I even received the product and I should be credited in full for $229.52

Ave Skin Response • Oct 24, 2018

Please write the RMA Number: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX anywhere on the outside of the package (for product you were shipped on 10/09/18). once we get the product back we will refund the charge on 10/09/18. If you could kindly call our customer service directly at (800) 260-9856 and our representative can get your details for the check refund (for the charge on 09/09/18).

Rest assured I have put my notes on your account.

Thank You!

This company is advertising getting a free sample of a product if you pay shipping then charging people hundreds of dollars for a subscription.
I work for a skin spa in Fenton Michigan where we receive at least 15 to 20 phone calls a month regarding this company's (who we are not affiliated with in any way) skin and eye cream. For some reason our business comes up as one of the results of a google search for Ave. Skin. These people say that they where shipped a product called Ave cream and also an eye cream and they are confused as to how they get the shipments to stop and how they even signed up for it. Some also call complaining that we charged them. Almost all of these people are seniors who seem confused and they all state they are unable to find the correct phone number to get in touch with Ave. Skin to answer their questions and resolve these unwanted charges. They have no idea they signed up for a subscription and have no idea how to cancel it.

Desired Outcome

This company is scamming people. senior citizens mostly. its unfair and they need to be stopped. These people have no idea they are signing up for a subscription that can result in hundreds of dollars worth of charges.

Free trial of ACave Creme paying postage only. Later charges and more creme arriving yesterday.
On 7/22/18 I sent off for a free trial of ACave Creme;the ad said you only had to pay postage. There was no other information in the ad about being charged for the product later. I don't remember what website I found that on. I was charged $5.79 on my *** credit card. I received the cream about a week later; there was some sort of insert or invoice, printed in very small type, that I did not read. I am afraid I threw away the box and insert without looking at the return address. I didn't use the cream right away as I was preparing for cataract surgery. On 8/9/18 I saw a charge for $87.50 on my card from 8662455684AVWRINKLE866-245568 (this is how the previous postage was charged). I contacted ***:they started a fraud investigation and and credited the amount back to me, also sending a new card. On 9/22/18 I had another charge, pending, for $19.25, on the new card number. I Froze my card and reported it. Yesterday, 9/28/18, I received another jar of ACave Creme. This box came from AVE SKIN, 3201 W HILLSBOROUGH AVE 153201-5405, TAMPA FL,33684. The small invoice inside describes the contents asAve Creme Anti-Aging Cream; SLSORD:XXXXXXX; REF:XXXXXXXX-XXXXX;SHPORD#4109. At the bottom it says "All product returns must be accompanied by an RMA #. You can obtain an RMA # by contacting our customer service by calling 1-800-260-9856, M-F 24hrs or email [email protected]. I tried the phone # several times and connected but was disconnected every time before getting to talk to person.

Desired Outcome

That the company will quit charging me and sending me sending me further products.

Final Consumer Response /(2000, 17, 2018/11/12) */

Unauthorized subscription after a free trial. Charging more than indicated in the advertising
I responded to an ad in August for a face cream and eye gel. I paid the amount described in the trial. The product was OK, but I did not think it worth the original amt. they mentioned and did not plan to subscribe. I wound up being charged over $88 for each of the two different products and received a new shipment. I emailed and asked them to cancel the subscription. They said I got it because I did not cancel the trial, but to call and get an RMA #, which I did. I am returning the package. But am hearing rumors of restocking charges and other excuses not to refund the money.

Desired Outcome

Refund of all of what was charged and no further contact from the company.

I ordered ONE order...I want NO MORE FROM THEM. No way to call or cancel future orders. They need to stop sending anything!!
I sent off for ONE order. I do not wish to have any more. When I tried to call them to cancel all numbers are disconnected. There is NO WAY to call and cancel any future orders from them. I am having my credit card cancelled to keep them from using it for any future orders that I do NOT want. There were at least five very illegible phone numbers when I could make them out I discovered they were all disconnected.

Desired Outcome

I want them to cancel and to NOT send anything else to me. I want them to NOT use my card for any future orders. I plan on cancelling my credit card to stop them from doing this. All phone numbers related to this business have been disconnected. They make it impossible for people to contact them. This is so dishonest.

I purchased antiage crème from a facebook ad...and received the shipment...then got another one this month...I did not knowingly sign up for repeated shipments...when I contacted them they told me I had to cancel within 14 days to prevent the repeated shipments...I told them to cancel which they have done...and I wanted to return the crème I just received...the second month charge would have been $87...they agreed to the return and issued a RMA #....but, they are charging a $17.95 restocking fee for the return...this is the first and last time I will respond to a facebook ad....I feel repeated shipments are a rip off for the consumers....Thank You....

Hello,

If you don't cancel within your trial period you will be billed for the regular prices. Your trial started on June 13, 2018 in which you received a 30-day supply of the products, the trial ended on July 31, 2018 without any cancellation hence the regular charge. On July 31, 2018, you were officially enrolled to our monthly subscription, hence a month after, on August 30, 2018 you were charged for another shipment.

Our website - *** does not claim any relation or partnership with Facebook.

But to meet you half way in resolving this case, we have waived off the restocking fee and processed the remaining refund of $52.50 for the charge on August 30, 2018, in that way the full amount $87.50 is put back in your account.

Company used debit/Visa card to withdraw money from bank account
8/22/18 while googling came across advertisements for AVE Skin company offering anti-aging Creme and also an anti Eye serum. I decided to give it a try. The entire process was done by auto order. A 30 day 30 ml jar of anti Creme for payment of S&H only of $5.79 confirmation order # XXXXXXX and a 30 day 30 ml tube of anti eye serum for payment of S&H only of $4.78 confirmation # XXXXXXX. I provided card info for billing total of $10.57 but when asked if I wanted to save card info I designated "No Not Now." Today 9/11/18 I checked my bank account and discovered at least two unauthorized withdrawals, one $87.50 and another of $85.20 was withdrawn from my account on 9/10/18 verified by a bank representative it was paid to Ave Skin. 8/22/18 I also received an Email thanking me for "joining makeup goals community." I was given a password that would grant me access to beauty goals subscription and I was told to complete. I never went on site because at that time I was not interested in purchasing or going any further. I called today 9/11/18 to complain about unauthorized withdrawals from my bank account and was told I had a certain number of days to place a stop order for additional products since I didn't notify company $ was withdrawn. I never had any additional contact with this company since 8/22/18 when I ordered the trial offer until I called them today only to be told I didn't notify them. How can a company use my card info without further contact after only authorizing them a one time withdrawal only?? My bank has initiated a dispute and I have terminated my card. The Ave Skin company has also cancelled what they call "my subscription."

Desired Outcome

I requested my money that was withdrawn from my bank account be reimbursed.

I want Ave Skin to stop billing me and sending me their skin cream. I did not authorize a monthly subscription. I want to unsubscribe. How do I?
I do not remember all of these dates and prices. After the $4 it was around $80. I remember them charging around $4 for the first cream and that was it. Others just started coming in the mail that I did not ask for. I want them to stop. I tried calling this phone number (866-848-2833) I found attached to the Ave Skin address of 3201 W Hillsborough Ave STE 153201, Tampa, FL 33684. This was on the website along with on the box they had sent me.

Desired Outcome

I want to be unsubscribed from Ave Skin. I want my card to stop being charged and I want to stop receiving the cream from them.

I ordered two products from this company, a moisturizer and an eye cream, and 2 weeks later they billed me two charges of $85.20 and $87.50 for a recurring membership that I was not informed of. because I'd these charges, I wound up with $186.00 in overdraft charges from my bank as well. although the website "***" states that this is a recurring charge, this was not the portal that I ordered through. the link I ordered through claimed that this was megan markle's own beauty line, and did not give any details of a recurring subscription.
Product_Or_Service: eye cream and face moisturizer

Desired Outcome

Refund I would like to be reminded both the $172.70 in product charges, as well as the $186.00 in overdraft fees caused by the erroneous charges, a total of $358.70
