This business is the sole food vending service for a large government business. Their vending machines frequently do not work correctly. Money is put in and you get nothing out in return, with costs as high as $7 for a sandwich. The soda machines frequently give you another variety than the one you have chosen. You frequently get outdated, opened foods; some which have made families sick. The business does not accommodate when a customer contacts them. Procedure calls for sending then a form with description of an issue if its a monetary loss, they are to send refund. When this happensfter calls to the company; to customer service, to the owner, after emails to the company-they still do not send a refund or make any improvements on the vending machines or services they provide. I have just received a refund for a loss from 3 months ago after much prodding, but am still waiting for a refund from 10 months ago....

We urge all of our customers to please communicate to us or to their driver the issues or problems they are having so that we fully understand the situation and can resolve it as quickly as possible. We understand that machines do malfunction and we have service technicians assigned to each section of our service area to accommodate these machines. In regards to Ms. refund we did just send her a check on April 5, 2019 for $7.00. If she is missing more money please tell her to contact me directly so that we can quickly refund her.In closing, I ask that Ms. please give me a call so that she can tell me the location where our machines are malfunctioning so that we can repair or replace our vending machines. This is an EXTREMELY NEGATIVE review for Bittner Vending. Bittner vending handles ALL the vending for a business I visit weekly including food, drinks, and money and coin retrieval machines. *They do not keep the machines filled. They keep EXPIRED foods (sandwiches) in the machines! The machines give you the wrong food item for the button pushed. The machines are frequently broken and not in working order. I have contacted the business on many occasions by letter, by email, and by phone with no improvement in the condition or in their attention to the vending machines. This business solely uses Bittner vending and it is a state run business. So, we as tax payers are paying good money for the poor condition of these machines and supporting a bad business.
