Review: Avis includes EZPASS in their rental cars. They charge you about $3.00 a day whether you use the EZPASS or not. I recently rented a car for 3 days from Oct. 30 to Nov. 1. A week after returning the car to AVIS my credit card was charged an additional $12.85 with a reference to "tolls". I used the EZPASS for only one toll of $1.50. When I called Avis to question the charge they said I would have to call EZPASS to dispute the charge. The charge was made to my credit card by AVIS not be EZPASS. They are scamming their customers by charging them for having EZPASS available in their rental cars whether you use it or not. They should refund me $11.35.Desired Settlement: Since I used the EXPASS for one toll of $1.50 I should be refunded the difference between the amount I was charged, $12.85 minus $1.50. My refund should be for $11.35.
