I just got my kitchen renovatedThis was my first renovation so I did not know what to expect or should I say what Not to expect when I hired Bob and his company to do my kitchen renoBob was very professional and easy to talk toI had a certain vision as to how I wanted my kitchen to look like and Bob helped me choose various designs and colours that not only looked modern and sleek but also within my budgetBob gave me new ideas to work with and never imposed his opinion on meHe helped me save money on materials and labourThe crew that came into my house was very professional and skilledThey even took their shoes off without me having to tell themTo me this was a very big deal because I have carpet throughout my house and I did not want it to get dirtyI would not hesitate to refer this company to anyone of my family members and friends for a minuteI would give them a star rating....***

I was referred to Bob through a co-worker
He came home to discuss what we wanted to be done
He sent us an estimate which he change it or times, of course each one was more and more expensive and we never argued about the price
We agreed in the price, we trusted him, we gave him a house key and a big amount of money as a deposit
The house was empty all day, he started with the job which originally supposed to take weeks ( this job can be done in weeks) which after weeks we decided to terminate the contract because in weeks he didn't finished what he started
The logistic of what to do first it wasn't the right one and of course every time he came with surprises which we needed to add more money than agreed at the beginning
Example removal of the garbage, he never told us that he will not take the garbage and is our responsibility which it cost us lots of money( this is only one example)
Every time we contact him to ask about when the job will be done he always gave us stories about why he is not coming to work, ***
Several times he screamed to me on the phone very bad for no reason and this is not the way to treat a customer
He told me that he has being doing this kind of work for years which I think he is new on this business
He told me that he have the best lawyer in town so if I wanted to sue him it was ok with him
We decided to ask him to abandone the job, he gave us a very small amount of money back to settleHe gave us the money in a bank draft because (he run out of company checks)???
He apologized for the poor job he did
He charged us taxes and he never gave us the invoice
Our advise is if you don't want to loose your sleep, loose your freedom and of course your money Do Not do business with him

Avix Construction remodeled my bathroom and did my kitchen counter top and back splashEven though the job turned out to be a much bigger job than foreseen being an older home, the job was done in record time at the price quotient
They were courteous at all time and I would recommend them to friends & family

I hired Avix to renovate my kitchen and two of my bathrooms on the main floor of my home. The estimate went well, he quoted me a price which was reasonable and within my budget so we hired him (after shopping the competition of course). We mainly dealt with Bob - he was upfront and honest at every stage of our reno as we had made several changes along the way. The finished product was amazing - I felt as though I was walking into a luxury home when I walked through my kitchen for the first time. I would highly recommend Avix bearing in mind that good work that is competitively priced sometimes takes a little longer than anticipated. The reno took about an extra 2 weeks to complete but I wouldn't trade the additional time for a compromise in workmanship.

Found Avix design to be better in comparison to other companies I have hired previously.
Found to be customer service oriented, and proactive in post project support.
Very flexible with coordination and scheduling.
Adaptive to clients budget.
Very satisfied and will recommend to others.

I had Bob of Avix Design come measure and supply a Quartz countertop on my kitchen renovation.
The communication and work was great and the final product was as promised.
I would recommend Bob & Company to others looking for a very good cost savings compared to conventional suppliers.
