For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I am not satisfied because there is still a refund of $that has not been credited to me? Also, the dates the company listed are incorrect? I initiated calls on August 17, August 31, and Sept 12., after failure on Airport Van Rental to return my calls? Per our Sept 12th call, [redacted] told me he was going to credit me an additional $? That has not been done? I have spoken with my bank and they have no record of that credit? Good afternoon,The refund for *** *** was issued (as receipt shows).I spoke to her a few times and issued necessary refunds. Dates spoken8/18/168/25/1609/04/16 and one after which I do not recall exact date, but issue has been taken care of. Thank you and please let me know
