Avvo claims to want impartial reviews. It starts off asking you to include details. However, if your review is negative, they "deny" it for having details in order to "protect their customers." In essence, they want positive reviews only for their customers. If you want to take action on an attorney, you will need another attorney. The Bar, Avvo and the other sites are there to serve lawyers and make fees from them.
