Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I do appreciate recognizing my certification but believe the significance of certification as a specialist with a State Bar has not been understoodI say this because upon reviewing my AVVO score after the adjustment I have come to the conclusion there is little or no understanding what kind of experience, reputation and achievements are required to be a specialist, or for that matter, to have ever achieved that status While I was verifying the above I noticed other well respected local attorneys with very low AVVO ratingsI think a "not yet rated" would be more fair and honest until adequate information is gatheredI suspect when a greater amount of attorneys become aware of AVVO's system of rating, AVVO's will face problems they can now avoid I would ask that no rating be given without adequate information and input from the public as well as other sourcesThis would reflect a greater amount of integrity in the process."
