Aware Owner

We submitted a claim through our insurance company. They offered us a measly settlement that barely covered our deductible. We hired Aware Owner to advocate for us. We were impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and helpfulness. Our subsequent offer was substantially higher! We are now getting a new roof and the house painted. We would have never had results like this without the help of Aware Owner. Their service was spectacular! We finally feel like we are getting what we deserve from our insurance company, and we couldn't have done it without Aware Owner! We will definitely refer them to any friends that have insurance claims to settle. They are a joy to work with.

A friend got their card and referred me to the company. I was skeptical because 2 roofers and my insurance company (Hartford) told me I had no roof damage from a recent Glendale storm, which I thought strange because all my neighbors got new roofs. Anyways, Aware assured me I had significant hail damage. They fought my insurance and won my roof replacement! A new AC unit, paints and more! My claim went from below deductible to over 20K. I came into contact with Aware Owner during a hail damage inspect they were performing for my neighbor. They took care of my claim, which I had no idea I was entitled to receive which was pretty cool.

We are a licensed local construction company that has done work with Aware and their clients. In our experience Aware Owner seems to have the interest of their clients at heart. We have done work for some other adjusting companies and unfortunately some of them seem to be more concerned about the money they are receiving than helping the homeowners with their claim. This hasn't been our experience with Aware.

When I started my claim the insurance company only wanted to pay me $400. Aware Owner came in and took my claim to appraisal and got won almost $12,000. I had tried twice before with no luck and was elated to find out that my roof was getting replaced. I'm elated and so thankful to Aware Owner for their help.

I was very skeptical when an awareowner came knocking on my door about getting a new roof. Once we started talking and mentioned how they will help me get the most out my claim I decided to give it a try. I was very happy with the job that awareowner did I was not expecting the amount that I received as I filed a claim a couple years ago by myself and got next to nothing of what awareowner got me!

As a Licensed Real Estate Agent in AZ I would highly recommend AWARE, for any insurance claim. They helped me on my personal insurance claim on my home. They are truly professionals, on time and very knowledgeable. They kept me informed through the whole process. All I had to do is give them my insurance info on my home and they took care of the rest.

I highly recommend them.

After having so many issues with my insurance company , I decided to call aware owners to fight for me. The team working this company is awesome! they handled everything for me, I have no more worries!!

Aware Owner claims are : "we're on your side" or "we're advocates for home owners". Well I completely disagree!!! The rep that came to my home and sold me on Aware Owner ([redacted]) is great and completely professional, he makes you feel like you really will have someone in your corner when dealing with the big insurance companies. The owner of the company was also very professional and informative. Unfortunately, the front staff([redacted], and [redacted]) are the people you will probably deal with the most are completely incompetent and unprofessional. They appear to know very little on the process and then get agitated when you(customer) requests further information on a confusing process, which I thought the company is there to help with.

My insurance company refused to pay for even part of my new roof until Aware Owner knocked on my door and said they would fight the insurance company on my behalf. I was skeptical, but there was no risk to me, so I said yes. I'm so glad I did! They did all the work, kept me informed, and I got a new roof for just the cost of my deduction. Don't go up against your insurance company without Aware Owner!

Aware Owner was very very good. They did just what they said. They gave me way more than my insurance did and went way out of there way for me. l'm very happy!
