More than a year ago, an inspector from my home insurance company of 43 years had stated that I had no hail damage following one of the worst hail storms Phoenix has even seen. He did acknowledge that I had a major leak where water was coming through the ceiling. In addition, his evaluation results of the roof was made in face of the fact that houses all around me had hail damage which resulted in roof and paint replacements by their homeowner's policies. I told the inspector that it must have been a miracle that I was spared roof damage. Thankfully, I met Aware Owner representatives completely by accident in November 2014. They told me that they honestly thought they could intercede with my insurance company to get me the home repairs I needed. The Aware Owner's inspector stated that I did, in fact, have major hail damage on the roof and to my house paint, awnings, etc. I will never be able to thank the terrific and very professional folks at Aware Owner for their assistance, attention and diligence in representing my home repair needs with my insurance company and WINNING! The new roof installation begins on April 13 and the rest of the external and internal repairs happen once the roof is done. I highly recommend Aware Owner, LLC to any home owner seeking representation to get repairs through their homeowner's insurance policy that have previously been denied.

My roof was damaged in a huge storm. Aware Owner came out to my house and examined the roof. Had a great deal of damage. They contacted the insurance company and went to great lengths to make sure State Farm handled the claim. They kept in constant contact with me with updates as to the progress of the claim.
