If you're looking for a honest , hard working company, that not only is professional but very polite I highly suggest you give a call to them ,Mike helped more than I could have imagined, not only did this company purchase the property , they tracked down the paperwork that was missing and needed,me or my family did not have a way to find or obtain the paperwork and Mike went way out of his way to do so. I don't normally leave reviews for anything but they deserve these 5 stars 100%

After we agreed on a price for my property a major issue came up about a lien that was on my house that I did not know about.
It was taken care of by the buyers.
The sale proceeded as planned.
