could not confirm the client received. We sent out another new signed copy to the same address on Tuesday, 9/27/2016. We just contacted the inspector and we are going to contact a courier get it a hard copy directly to client. The client called us today and we let them know the new copy is on its way. We are so sorry for the inconvenience and hope we can get the appropriate documentation to our client as soon as possible. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to rectify.
