Go somewhere else!! When a owner text me he didnt pay for my plates after a month of having my car already, and saying I didnt make my car payment, which is untrue, there is a problem. I just want my license plates and its a big deal??? Wow. Now its almost 2 months ---still no plates. Never again.!!! Bad Service once Rick gets the sale..

I purchased a BMW and received an excellent price. The also provided service to the car recently which I was also very happy with. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family. 8/14/13 I was interested in purchasing a 2006 BMW that I seen advertised on the internet thru this dealership. I drove down from Anthem to see the car. It was in decent shape for the price that was advertised. I finally got the attention of the salesman inside of the close in building. I asked about the car they advertised. The salesman told me that the car was sold. I then informed that the car was behind located behind the the building. He seemed shocked when he looked back their at the car was there. I asked him if I could test drive and have my mechanic look it over. The salesman told me that the owner would not allow that to happen. I then told him to tell the owner that I am interested in paying cash for the car but I am requesting to drive the car to my mechanics shop. The salesman returned a few minutes later and told me the owner said no to my offer.

I noticed a car on this lot while driving down Dunlap. So I stopped in to check it out. I meet with [redacted], he was very kind, sort of laid back, he told me to check out the car, take it for a drive and let him know how I liked it. I drove the car then told him that I would come back with my mechanic to check it out more closely. After having the car inspected closely I decided to buy it, [redacted] made it so simple, he gave me a price with no hidden fees. I took delivery of the car and all is well. I highly recommend [redacted] and AZ Auto.

Review: I purchased a car from az auto x on January 31st of 2015. I went to az auto x because of my credit situation and the reviews I had read about the company of the Revdex.com website. after I had purchased the car I found out that I do not infact legally own the vehicle because the [redacted] courts had placed a restitution lien on the car for over $5,000 and they gave me a case number and a number for the collection office which I called multiple times and they advised me to take the vehicle back. after I contacted [redacted] the owner of the dealership he assured me there was no lien which I have documentation of his denial. I contacted him again after I made certain it wasn't a vin number issue and the lien was for a different car. the vin was correct and it was for my car that I had purchased. after I contacted [redacted] again he said that the lien was because my payment was 22 days late which was not the case and have documents for that as well, after making him aware of the situation he said he got it taken care of which it hasn't been and I still do not have a plate for my vehicle. after contacting him he abruptly told me the only thing I should be worried about was making my payments on time.Desired Settlement: I originally asked for a different car that did not have a lien and that I could make payments on to potentially own he said he could not do that, I asked for my money back he said he can't return any monies but he could take the car back and it wouldn't go against my credit as a repo. all I want is my money back at this point I do not wanna deal with [redacted] the owner as he is treating me unfairly at this point and only wants me to continue with payments on a car that I can't get plates for.

The title to this car is in the customers name. There is no restitution and I have proof of registration. The customer ignoledged that he does have current registration after he left this complaint.
