I haven't received any of this texts: I can print out the [redacted] history to show you, I don't know why but didn't received any of the messages with complain. my guys said you will call and will email for refund. I haven't received any emails from you. the last text I got is when the guys where in their way. I can refund you only %50 how I said in previous email. To be able  to send  you a %50 refund, I need an official email to be send to [redacted]If I am not receiving an official email from you with Your name  and address where to send the check,  I will not send any money because of no information received. All what we will refund will be %50.

This costumer never contacted me by email or phone number to ask for refund . The combo unit was in good condition. When we delivered the bounce house combo was working perfect and the lady sign the contract and paid . She called my delivery guys 2 hours later and said the bouncy is soft . They...

arrived after she called with in 35 min. They drove back and found out one of the blower stop working, that was because one generator fuse prompted. Things happen and even if the generator was new happened.The guys added another generator to  a different blower and was working perfect. My guys told me about the Lady's complain : (The lady will call or email you on Monday because she wants a refund. ) that was my guys words . I agree to give her %50 refund because of the generator situation and she could not use it for the 35 to 50 min until my guys got there. After I got your email I looked on my emails and haven't got any emails from the lady. Please advise me how to do in this situation.Thank you!Respectfully[redacted]

I had used AZ bounce 4 kids for the last couple of my events, They are the best. Always on time and the units are clean, set up securely , and the staff is friendly . Wouldn't use any other company.

I recommend the business this to anyone that wants to have a awesome bounce house experience. The rocket combo was a huge success!. It went perfect with the "out of this world" theme for the birthday party. And the cotton candy machine was so much fun and super easy to use after the brief tortorial. Thank you guys so much.

Recently rented an obstacle course from AZ Bounce 4 Kids. Everything from the booking, reservation, delivery and pick up was very professional and easy to work with. The obstacle was very clean and was looking new. The delivery team was on time . I liked watching them setting up setting up . They were moving fast and organized. After the delivery was done the owner followed up with a phone call to make sure his guys did a great job and asked if everything looks good. AZ Bounce 4 Kids became my favorite place for all my parties. This guys improve a lot from the time we used them first time. Their product is one of the best and always have new inventory . I remember when company opened, they had just couple of slides and few bouncers and now when I am looking to order for my parties, I see hundreds of bouncers and water slides to chose from. We always renting the new inflatabl s they have and always very happy with their service. I will say a strong fife star service company. My family had a great experience with AZ Bounce 4 Kids. We rented the 5 in 1 Patriot combo for our Christmas party. The bouncy was clean and the look was so beautiful. Our Christmas party was a blessing. We all got to jump in the bounce house with the kids. We love the unit we received and the service the company provided was a fife star service. I received the confirmation email within minutes after I placed the reservation. Specially I love the new future they have so you can order online.

Delivery was on time as I requested and for pickup I called the manager to ask if we can use a couple of extra hours and he was very polite and nice and told us we can have it for an extra day with no charge. We were blest to find this company. Definitely will call them again.

I love AZ Bounce 4 Kids. This weekend I rented for the fifth time a frozen combo bounce house and like every time we rented before : delivery was on time , easy to book, bouncy house very clean, received a call before delivery and the same thing at pick up. Also all their units are new and I am happy I found a company who upgrades their bounce house every YEAR. Now they have a option of ordering online which I like it a lot. This time we ordered online and I love the process. We received a order confirmation with in 2 min and also a copy of contract. This guys improving and I love see them growing. I am happy with AZ Bounce service And Quality of the equpment. The delivery team was polite and friendly and checked with us to make sure everything is set up properly before they left. On pickup next day another group came and they where polite as the group who delivered it. I received a phone call today from the manager who asked is how the event went and if everything work out well. Best customer service we talking about. I recommend this company to everyone and will use them again.

AZ Bounce 4 kids provided a bounce house, cotton candy maker, and popcorn machine for my baby shower last November. The employees were charming, professional, and set up extremely fast. The party went on a little longer than planned and they were very accommodating to my needs. AZ Bounce for kids is the only bounce service I would recommend!

The princess bouncy house we ordered from AZ Bounce 4 Kids was the awesome . My daughter loved it and we couldn't get her out of the bouncy. She said this is her birthday and is her castle . This company is top notch with competitive pricing! I have used AZ Bounce for Kids 3 times over the last 12 months for different birthday parties at my house. They are professional, on time and very knowledgeable about their products. Last time I used them, I was unsure as to which height bounce house was going to work for our pool/yard. The owner came over with two different sizes for me to chose from. He said, if this one does not work after we set it up, we will take it down and then put the other one up! He wanted to make sure I was happy and in addition that the kids all had a great time. The bounce houses are clean and well-kept. I will use AZ Bounce 4 Kids again and again!

Found AZ Bounce 4 Kids company just by searching on google. I am glad I found it! Planning my party last minute scared me! Thank God for party party rentals place. I was able to release all my stress. I ordered my inflatable bouncy house through them which was the best deal ever. All the kids loved it. Also, needed tables and chairs which they were able to work with on this last minute last minute deal. The guy was super nice and sweet who deliver and pick up the staff. He saw the bounce house was a hit and still had a ton of kids in it and offered to just come pick it up later with no charge. HOW AMAZING AND NICE IS THAT! I will definitely use them again for future parties.

Review: AZ Bounce 4 Kids delivered a non-functioning bounce house to a birthday party on Saturday, April 11, 2015 at [redacted] Community park. The delivery was 1 1/2 hours late. When delivered, the company was paid $210.00 in cash and paperwork was signed. Soon after, I called/texted company to inform them that the bounce house had a tear in it and was not fully inflated. No one responded, but the delivery guys returned and replaced a pump and added a generator. The gentleman looked at the tear, and stated that it was okay because he had switched out the pump. They left. The bounce house soon after they left, partially deflated while children were still in there playing. No one was hurt. I attempted to call/text/send pictures to [redacted], but he never returned my phone calls. The bounce house was picked up at 8pm as first agreed. The gentleman that picked it up said I would have to contact [redacted] with any questions or concerns. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company to seek reimbursment, but no one has responded.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that the company please reimburse me the $210.00 in cash that I paid them.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I apologize, but I was unable to respond to the email from 5/11 due to server issues. I did read the businesses response and disagree with the owner ([redacted]). Please see the attached texts that we exchanged on the day of the service. I contacted him multiple times by phone on the day of and days after. I told the gentlemen who picked up the unit that I wanted a refund because the unit did not work appropriately and was torn at one of its seams. After texting [redacted] about this, the delivery guys showed up with another generator – plugged it in and said it should be fine – then left. Shortly after, that generator stopped working and the bounce house was deflated almost completely. I contacted [redacted] about this multiple times, but he never responded. The unit was picked up at about 2030 that evening and the guys told me that I would have to contact [redacted] for a refund. They packed up their unit and left. I texted and phoned [redacted] on multiple occasions, but he never responded. Please see a copy of the texts that I’ve attached to this email. The texts may not be in order, I apologize for this. I Love AZ Bounce 4kids! This was my first time renting an inflatable bounce house jumper. Dumitru the contact person was very patient and helpful. The team arrived within the time frame, and the set up was quickly and quality. I couldn't be happier with our experience. We will definitely use AZ Bounce 4kids Rentals for all our future birthday party rentals. I've already been giving the information to all my friends.

There is no words to thank this company. We had a party yesterday and my wife changed her mine at last minute on the bounce house ordered. My name is [redacted] and I want to share my experience for the past 2 years with AZ Bounce 4 Kids. The contact person I am working with is [redacted]. He always is very helpful with his professional experience to help us to choose the right bouncy for our party. First time I ordered a 20ft water slide , I was upgraded to a 25ft slide, which was a big hit. All my grandkids had a lot of fun, also they convinced me to go on it too -:)

Second time I ordered a 25footer and was upgraded to a 30ft double line water slide. This year we had 3 parties and every time I called to order a bouncy I had a good experience . I highly recommend this company.

Top notch company with great customer service. We rented a package deal on Saturday December 12. The bounce house company team arrived on time , set up the bouncy quick and sanitized it for us one mor time. Dumitru the guys who placed the reservation called a day before the party to reconfirm again and follow next day with another phone call to make sure everything is on time. Wile party was going, we accidentally crushed the bag of sugar for cotton candy -:(, I Called Dumitru to let him know what happened. I was waiting for him to say that he will put it on my credit card , but he said "( don't worry I am sending more sugar , about the plastic contener to not worry we have more ) with in 20 min two more Conteners of sugar arrived. First time I called Az bounce 4 kids I was really happy that they answered me the first time unlike other party rental companies. I called last minute the night before my party and they totally booked me that night. I called everywhere asking for a Waterslide and no one had the one I wanted and they did. I was so happy that they saved my party because I had already invited everyone for a Waterslide party and I didn't even had it booked for that day until I called everywhere and Az bounce 4 kids was the only one that actually delivered in my area. The employees were on time for the delivery and they were really polite. I will totally contact Az bounce 4 kids for all my parties they are the best!!
