Only received two quotes but AZ Land Surveying came in significantly lower than other company, and didn't seem to have all the issues with monuments, etc. that the other company was concerned with.

Found company on internet. Requested a quote. Responded quickly. Reviewed what quote covered. I wanted additional pins placed on rear lot line. Additional cost was very reasonable. Set up date. I was out of town. Crew came when they said they would. Monuments set and lot line defined by markers as requested. Very satisfied. Glad to write a check for services rendered.

Very responsive, were able to come out to do a survey that was being requested by a potential buyer of my home and we were in a time crunch. Survey was done as promised and they were able to give me the information that was in dispute that same day.

I had a great experience with this company. They quickly did the survey and had it filed and a map back to me by the next day. The cost was very competitive and was half of the high bidder. The personnel were very friendly and took the time to explain all of my questions. They even put a few markers in along my border as a special request at no extra charge. I contacted AZ Land for a boundary survey for the completion of a replacement fence on part of my property. The reviews on here and other sites were excellent, I located their licensing on AZ Board of Technical Registration and their website was very informative. While the bid I requested took 4-5 days to receive it was not the companies fault but my email virus program. They sent the original bid within 24 hours. When I reached out to AZ Land in follow-up their response was immediate. I really appreciate the integrity of this company in that they did a full boundary survey, resolved all the missing monuments and recorded the result of survey. They did not bid for just the portion of fence I was building. While I was not driven by the price as much as the job being thorough and accurate I found the price very reasonable. Pam and Jerry's response, communication with me and the final result delivered is exactly what they provided on their website. They showed up the day they were scheduled. Walked me thru the boundary monuments and replaced, tagged and recorded the missing monuments. Not often you encounter a company with this type of honesty and integrity. I am glad I hired Pam and Jerry not only because of the quality product they provided but also as we found the fence being replaced encroached on our neighbors property. I rarely write reviews but this one I do so happily and I will definitely use Pam and Jerry again should I buy another property or need another survey.
