AZ Land Surveying

My first experience with AZ land Surveying was excelent. Pam and Jerry were prompt, friendly and professional in the survey of my lot. They will be the surveyors of choice for me and I will recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service.

AZ Land Surveying was extremely responsive and professional. They did a great job for us on short notice and I would highly recommend their service.

This company was great! Fast response to my inquiry and very prompt, professional and friendly service (both with the work performed and the office staff). I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.

Very responsive. Completed field work earlier than estimated. Excellent experience.

AZ Land was prompt and professional. [redacted] and [redacted] were great to work with. I would highly recommend.

Professional, pleasant, on time, report available within 2 hours!! OUTSTANDING!

AZ Land Survey is a company I would recommend.

I find this company is always professional and prompt. We receive several bids for each transaction, and Advanced Civil Design/AZ Land Surveying often wins the business due to their low pricing and quick turn around on ALTA surveys. I am very satisfied with the excellent work they do.

I was able to schedule an appointment with in the week. As an added bonus AZ Land Surveying was affordable.

Team was responsive to initial inquiries about surveying my property and were able to complete the job quickly. Easy process -- quote, schedule, survey, invoice

Only received two quotes but AZ Land Surveying came in significantly lower than other company, and didn't seem to have all the issues with monuments, etc. that the other company was concerned with.

Pam & Jerry were awesome, quick, well priced, and friendly. Definitely recommended.

If you need a prompt an reliable survey company this is the one you want to choose. [redacted] and [redacted] surveyed our property and are some of the nicest people I have met. They understand your situation if you are having a land dispute and take care of all the recording with Maricopa county. Wonderful people and a great reliable company! I can't thank them enough.

Thanks again

Found company on internet. Requested a quote. Responded quickly. Reviewed what quote covered. I wanted additional pins placed on rear lot line. Additional cost was very reasonable. Set up date. I was out of town. Crew came when they said they would. Monuments set and lot line defined by markers as requested. Very satisfied. Glad to write a check for services rendered.

Best land surveyor we have ever dealt with. Very efficient, meticulous, takes great pride in his work and has been very fair with pricing.

Excellent customer service! Jerry went out of his way to assist with a unique situation and was extremely helpful. Would recommend again!

I had a great experience with this company. They quickly did the survey and had it filed and a map back to me by the next day. The cost was very competitive and was half of the high bidder. The personnel were very friendly and took the time to explain all of my questions. They even put a few markers in along my border as a special request at no extra charge. It was an all around great experience and I would absolutely use this company again. **

Very responsive, were able to come out to do a survey that was being requested by a potential buyer of my home and we were in a time crunch. Survey was done as promised and they were able to give me the information that was in dispute that same day.

We have used AZ land Servicing on numerous small and large multi family properties, hotels and medical buildings.

The service we have received has always been outstanding and the work thorough and detailed.

I used AZ Land Survey because I had a tight timeline and the normal surveyor that we used couldn't get the job done by the time we needed it so I went online to look for another company and came across AZ Land Surveying and not only did they get the job done under a week but they were cheaper so it was a double win! I will be using AZ Land Surveying from here on out and would recommend anyone looking for a survey to get a quote!

I highly recommend AZ Land Surveying. Jerry & Pam were prompt, friendly and extrememly professional in the difficult survey of my own personal residence. From now on they will be the surveyors of choice for me and my clients.
