AZ Land Surveying

I contacted AZ Land for a boundary survey for the completion of a replacement fence on part of my property. The reviews on here and other sites were excellent, I located their licensing on AZ Board of Technical Registration and their website was very informative. While the bid I requested took 4-5 days to receive it was not the companies fault but my email virus program. They sent the original bid within 24 hours. When I reached out to AZ Land in follow-up their response was immediate. I really appreciate the integrity of this company in that they did a full boundary survey, resolved all the missing monuments and recorded the result of survey. They did not bid for just the portion of fence I was building. While I was not driven by the price as much as the job being thorough and accurate I found the price very reasonable. Pam and Jerry's response, communication with me and the final result delivered is exactly what they provided on their website. They showed up the day they were scheduled. Walked me thru the boundary monuments and replaced, tagged and recorded the missing monuments. Not often you encounter a company with this type of honesty and integrity. I am glad I hired Pam and Jerry not only because of the quality product they provided but also as we found the fence being replaced encroached on our neighbors property. I rarely write reviews but this one I do so happily and I will definitely use Pam and Jerry again should I buy another property or need another survey.

Jerry and Pam completed yesterday the survey of a parcel that I am in the process of purchasing. They have been a pleasure to deal with. They run a small but profesional operation. Scheduling was a week out but most of the communications occur by email and were straightforward. They showed up bright and early as expected in the morning and completer the survey in a couple of hours, marking the 4 corners of the parcel. The price was very reasonable IMHO with an invoice sent by email also. I certainly highly recommend their services.

Answered any and all questions enthusiastically. I asked for quick turn around and not only did they expedite my survey from 7 days to 3 days they were able to fit me in while doing another survey close to my property giving me my survey in 24 hours. Answered all emails I sent as well. Great company

[redacted] and [redacted] were a pleasure, less than a week from contact to completion...Hard to find that level of Customer Service in business today. As we have a odd shape hillside lot, it was challenging for [redacted] to place markers drilling into block walls and bedrock. This was completed without delay and did not increase the invoice amount above the estimate I was quoted! Good honest people..I highly recommend doing business with [redacted] and [redacted].

They were professional and much more affordable than other companies. [redacted] is very thorough. They have great customer service. I highly recommend there company.

Great company, first company to answer the phone when calling different companies. They scheduled us quickly and send the report same day! Highly recommended.
