Let me share why our experience with AZ Landscape Pros has been one of the best my wife and I had with a business entity They paid close attention and were respectful of the vision we had for our backyard from the initial design to the materials used, the quality of work we expected and of course the price point This approach insured that we were not in the "cookie cutter" design that many companies try to push on their clientele [redacted] and [redacted] L [redacted] collaborated with us every step of the way weaving their horticultural and hardscaping expertise into our design resulting in a much better product than we had originally envisioned AZ Landscape Pros is the consummate professional organization: responsive, dependable and honest I highly recommend them

Just had landscape work done at hose paid bill that same day watering system not working called and told them that same day days latter and still no repairs company is lacking call back to give answers we have to call or email would think that the customer comes first for problems they took my check and cash it real fast that same day want it fix

Company came out to do a quote for me at the beginning of OctoberI told them I like the quote that they gave me and I was interested in them build and Alumawood pergola for meAfter attempting to contact them several times I was emailed the quote and the contractI was also promised that deadline before Thanksgiving and Promises were made that they did not keepit was wrote in the contract several times wrong for things that I was having done and it wasn't just until last week that they stated that they had sent the right one and still promised that they'd meet the Thanksgiving deadlineTomorrow as of November 13th, I was supposed to have the post started after giving them a third-down which is $3,for the projectToday the 12th I was told that due to deadlines and material problems they are not going to be able to have my project done by Thanksgivingafter several phone calls and never getting an answer from them until I call them this is the response that I get a day before the project was supposed to startNeedless to say I did get irate and I did get angry, but it's to be justified considering the customer service that I've received from this companyI gave them a chance do to Marc, and having a good feeling about the company I let him know ahead of time that I had a good feeling about him but I did see reviews online about empty promises and delays and not getting back to customersNeedless to say this is the outcome that I hadI did speak with a woman several times on the phone and after I got upset she stated that they did not want to do business with me because of made assumptions I have against their companyironically, the only thing I had stated last week was I would appreciate some communication as no one is getting ahold of me on dtas and deadlinesDo not do business with this company! Very unprofessional! Wasted a month of my time when this project could have already been completed!

I would not use this company for any projectThey will promise to complete work on time and do not deliver The quality is sub standard and the communication skills are non existentWas promise work to be done one way and it would be done another that was a shortcut, then owner had every excuse and would not tell the truth on multiple occasionsBuyer beware!

We had AZ Landscape Pros design and totally redo our landscaping in the backyard, and add some plants to the front yard They did an amazing job It was much better than we had envisioned They not only reached our expectations but exceeded them They started the project on schedule and completed it on schedule We worked with Marc and Lindsey, and they were both great! Good communication and fast responses The backyard was a disaster when they started The entire backyard slanted toward the house, and all the rainwater flowed up against the house, which attracted termites We had some mature trees, but the rest of the yard was mostly dirt and broken brick linings We were so pleased with the re-grading of the yard, and now the water flow is away from the house They did a great job laying stone pavers on the current patio and extending it out in addition to paving a path to the storage shed They added artificial turf beyond the stone and then added berms, plants and new gravel What a difference! This is well overdue, but I wanted to wait a month to make sure everything went well after install
I moved into a new home and needed to redo the front yard AZ Landscape Pros, LLC sent someone out to walk through the project and give me a quote The guy they sent over was very sharp, worked hard to understand exactly what I wanted, and had some very good feedback and suggestions Not only did I feel like they were the only ones that really understood what I was looking to do, but they also came back with the sharpest pencil and had the best pricing After awarding them the job, they were very experienced with getting everything approved by the HOA and filled out all the necessary forms so approvals could be quickly turned around
The crew they sent out to do the work were very polite, worked really hard, and made the yard look just like I'd hoped it would They were very professional and kept making sure things were going where I wanted, also they had a few ideas on the placement of some boulders that looked great
I would highly recommend using them, and plan to use them again when I redo my backyard next year

I would like to thank James and Arizona landscape pros for the amazing job they did on my block fence, backyard landscape, and front yard driveway
Their vision far surpassed my expectations! Hopefully all projects will endure the test of time!
I am also grateful that AZ Landscape Pro repaired the portion of the Block fence that blew down during the construction in July I am grateful Az Landscape Pros was able to meet me in the middle on the block fence project which exceeded $over the invoice price as long as I agreed to have AZ Landscape Pros continue the next phase of my backyard I had to pay an additional $for the block wall
I want to thank James for reimbursing the $for the unpainted stucco pony fence and also reimbursing $for the front courtyard project that was abandoned
If I had known the stucco pony fence was not going to be painted I would've stayed with the brown block pony fence to match my brown block perimeter fence!
James is an amazing sales man! Throughout these projects I learned the importance of getting EVERYTHING written on paper and to exercise "due diligence!"
I learned the importance of practicing patience, expecting the front yard project to start on December 19, The project was not started until January 8, 2018! Twenty one (21) days later!
I pray that James and Arizona landscape Pros will prosper beyond their wildest dreams so in the future they can honor all verbal and invoice commitments

We hired AZ Landscape Pros to install an extensive amount of pavers in our front and back yards They did a great job working with our homeowners association in getting our pergola installed We also installed a three bowl water feature, lighting, gravel, and plants They also installed our flower pots with drainage on our patio The workers were very respectful of our property and privacy Marc was great to work with in the creation process of our backyard We now have a beautiful backyard that we enjoy every day Thank you AZ Landscape Pros!
