WOW! My backyard is incredible! The crew arrived early every morning and continued the job until complete They started the project when they said they would and completed ahead of schedule! The quality of work is top notch!
We all get caught up in our field of expertise and we assume that everyone knows what we know So this is not a criticism but just a reminder that I don't know what I don't know and a little further explanation and communication is helpful Everyone was awesome to work with!

AZ Landscape Pros LLC did a great job on all aspects of the job and communicationI called them up and they came out for a free estimate on the date and time chosenAfter deciding to go with them they emailed us the contract and set a date to begin the workWork started on time and was finished on timeThey were always in constant contact with meAlthough I was not there to talk to them as work was being done, I left a letter to them of things needed and they did everything that was on thereI would recommend them to other people and would have them out again if I ever needed more work done

I called the main number and scheduled an appointment to get an estimate for a complete front and back yard landscape remodelI took time out of my day to be available for this appointment, and to my disappointment, nobody showed call-nothing! Very unprofessional

Landscape companies are a dime a dozen, but when you are a new company trying to establish reputation, you might want to make sure you show up to your appointments or at least call if you couldn't make itMy neighborhood also swaps info on companies and services on our social media website, and this is one that I will not recommend

Good quality work! I absolutely love my new back yard They were very helpful with putting together a design that I liked This company was recommended by many neighbors and we are all satisfied customers

Awful management and customer serviceFor the workers sake, I wish I could rate them betterJames and his crew were greatThe communication and downright rude emails from the owner were shocking

Once workers showed, we left a few dog poops in the yard and chairsOur fault, no excuse, we DID just move in and had things going onA simple call or additional delay would have been understandableThe angry and totally unprofessional email I received from the owner Milton James just blindsided meLecturing me and threatening to “hire a poop service and billing me” was shockingThey just received thousands of dollars from me and that’s how you talk to us? Only the crew leader James kept us from backing outThe stars are for himWork completed was as agreedJames and his workers explained everything and showed us how irrigation workedIrrigation system had a leak about months inThey repaired timely at no charge
In August I had another leakThey stated they would look at it and see if it was coveredOtherwise there would be charges
I was not pleased that they were already leaning towards billing me for something that failed twice in less than a yearI asked them to let me know about fees before repairing
Next they said it leaks because someone stepped on the big green box in the groundThey will not fixUpset and feeling blamed for their poor workmanship, I argued that NOBODY goes near that boxI have no kids, and there is no reason to go near that boxAny reasonable person who saw the location would see it’s quite difficult to even accidentally step on itInstead they just assumed based on past experiences
After arguing, they agreed to fixAnother poor practice I learned probably in my first year of an year career in retail managementIf you blame and argue with a customer, and then give inYou still don’t leave that customer feeling satisfiedAs a business you don’t always have to be right, but do what’s rightIf you are going to give in and repair something anyway, ( something that’ll cost you next to nothing) you just do it and everyone wins
Now, twice over the last month I was promised repairs on a certain day and then obviously just forgotten aboutBoth times I had to contact them to find out what happenedIt’s been leaking for about weeksLast week I told them I will not ask again and if they were CERTAIN someone would repair, to let me knowThey clearly don’t care since they already got all my money
A business should treat customers with respect, speak professionally, communicate clearly, follow through on commitments and follow up timelyFor the customers sake and their ownThis company did none of thisThis company made us feel like we were not important, we felt blamed and we were definitely forgotten about several times, after they got all our money

The appointment was made for 7 am 1/5/17 and they were excited to help transform the yards. 1/5/17 came around, and I waited,l and waited. By 730 am, no show. I called twice, left a voicemail. Website says you are open at 7 am. Waited until 745 am to give the company a chance, and finally left for work. I was 20 minutes late to work, and 9 am still no call to apologize for not showing up. Called the office again, no answer. Amazing!

AZ Landscape Pros just redid my feint and back yard. I urevirews do not write reviews however I am so happy with their work I wanted to give them kudos. They were very considerate and respectful with my wife and made sure our pets were safe. I would definitely recommend them for any landscape need. Love our new yard...

Let me share why our experience with AZ Landscape Pros has been one of the best my wife and I had with a business entity. They paid close attention and were respectful of the vision we had for our backyard from the initial design to the materials used, the quality of work we expected and of course the price point. This approach insured that we were not in the "cookie cutter" design that many companies try to push on their clientele[redacted] and [redacted] collaborated with us every step of the way weaving their horticultural and hardscaping expertise into our design resulting in a much better product than we had originally envisioned. AZ Landscape Pros is the consummate professional organization: responsive, dependable and honest. I highly recommend them.

We hired AZ Landscape Pros to install an extensive amount of pavers in our front and back yards. They did a great job working with our homeowners association in getting our pergola installed. We also installed a three bowl water feature, lighting, gravel, and plants. They also installed our flower pots with drainage on our patio. The workers were very respectful of our property and privacy. Marc was great to work with in the creation process of our backyard. We now have a beautiful backyard that we enjoy every day. We had AZ Landscape Pros design and totally redo our landscaping in the backyard, and add some plants to the front yard. They did an amazing job. It was much better than we had envisioned. They not only reached our expectations but exceeded them. They started the project on schedule and completed it on schedule. We worked with Marc and Lindsey, and they were both great! Good communication and fast responses. The backyard was a disaster when they started. The entire backyard slanted toward the house, and all the rainwater flowed up against the house, which attracted termites. We had some mature trees, but the rest of the yard was mostly dirt and broken brick linings. We were so pleased with the re-grading of the yard, and now the water flow is away from the house. They did a great job laying stone pavers on the current patio and extending it out in addition to paving a path to the storage shed. They added artificial turf beyond the stone and then added berms, plants and new gravel. What a difference! We gladly recommend AZ Landscape Pros for any job - signed Happy in Chandler!
