As a seller of a home contracted with John *** as my realtor, his negligence and lack of attention to the negotiation process resulted in me losing $to buyer concessions Throughout the negotiation John and his staff made numerous mistakes with paperwork, and in his rush to close the deal and collect commissions, he never advised me properly For the actual financial error in question, John references a text message, where he clearly misunderstood my intention regarding buyer concessions Previously in the deal, the buyer had increased purchase price to roll in concessions, and I understood John to be asking about the same financial mechanism No follow up clarifying questions were asked A follow up email was sent one day later clearly outlining my intention of the appropriate selling price That email was completely ignored I absolutely should have been corrected at that time and the buyers contacted to explain the mistake in the contract that was executed I was n
