I am a previous renter of this property management group. The customer service is horrid, they don't return voicemails, emails or requests made via certified mail. [redacted] is very rude and unprofessional. No one responds because they're all about just keeping your money since they can't make it the moral way.

I am a landlord and have used other management services before. To say the least it was not good, AZ Real Estate has by far exceeded my expectations. The customer service for myself and my tenants has been amazing!

I have 3 properties that AZ Real Estate and Property Management have been managing. They have always communicated with me and my wife with issues and they take care of them quickly. I am appreciative that they are in my homes throughout the lease to make sure that the tenant is taking care of my properties. They do not charge all of the junk fees that other charge and they are very responsive. I would use them and have referred friends to them for their properties. The owner is always available for any questions and the staff is always responsive. If you are questioning who to use. Use them.
