Tim and his co-worker did a fine job. Everything seems to be working with no leaks. We are glad that Tim performed a whole house plumbing inspection, and discovered some plumbing items that needed attention in our 19 year old home. Also, special thanks for retrieving a Jacuzzi tub sprayer hose that had fallen below the tub and had been inaccessible for about a year. We also appreciate that your workers wore protective masks while working in our home.
We appreciate that you took the time to review our company and the service Tim provided. The installation was great, but the pre-installation scheduling could have been better. Also, I was under the impression that the work would be completed by the Plumbing Store, it was not. I think there was some mis-communication, but I don't really fault them. The company sales folks should make it clear what they "don't do". They roughed all the work in and completed the plumbing, but I had to hire another contractor to finish the drywall and trim. I am happy with the work they performed, but I expected them to finish it.

Always glad to help out a long time customer when dealing with stressful plumbing problems. We prioritize plumbing calls so that when someone has a plumbing emergency we get the problem taken care of in a timely and efficient manner.
After calling several plumbers on a Saturday for a plumbing emergency, the Plumbing Store not only was open, but they were also so friendly and eager to help me. William showed up and what an amazing individual. Not only did he explain what it would entail to resolve my problem, he explained it in terms I could understand. William was very professional, well spoken and just a great person to deal with. We need to re-pipe our entire cabin and The Plumbing Store will be who we call.
