Mike spent so much time inspecting the house I was considering purchasing. As we went through the house, room by room, he gave me a realistic picture of what needed to be repaired. His home inspection service is a must before considering the purchase of a home.

Aztec Home Services provided us with an excellent and accurate home inspection. Mike, our inspector from Aztec, was very knowledgeable and professional. Upon arriving at the house he explained what he would do, how he would do it, and when finished he would give us a verbal summary. His official inspection report would be sent to us in about a day or so. That is exactly how the process did happen. We also found Mike to be an honest and ethical person. He gave us his findings and opinions based on what he could see and the structural conditions that he saw. We asked him about some of the appliances and wanted to know if there were better choices. Mike professionally and ethically declined to answer and to give his opinion on what appliance maker is better than another. It is the home owners opinion when it comes to their appliances. He would report on all of the home structure and appliance defects and positive attributes he found. That is exactly what he did and we were very happy with his services.

I am a first time home buyer. Mike was extremely professional and personable. He explained everything very explicitly and thoroughly as I followed him around the house. He was open to answering any questions I had regarding things we had found as well as questions about future maintenance. I learned things from him that I would not have known had I not been able to be present, which I know will help for my future ownership. We went through the entire report together before finalizing it to make sure I understood everything that was found. He was flexible with my schedule and his turnaround time with the report was extremely quick. Mike was professional, courteous and very personable! The inspection took about three hours, After the inspection was completed, Mike gave us a complete rundown verbally and answered our questions about the issues the house was having. The report he issued was absolutely full of information and easy to read. In addition, pictures were included that had the problem areas identified and clearly marked out.
