Performed a very thorough inspection of the house we were looking to buy. Mike took the time to explain the results room by room. We will use him again for future inspection needs and recommend him to anyone who has the need of an home inspection service.

When Mike D[redacted] came out in April to see what items I had for repair and upgrade, it was an amazing experience to see how he took the time to do an entire home inspection first to document the state of my home from crawlspace to attic. Doing so, and seeing pictures, was a great way to know which items were a priority for repair, to discuss the reasons for certain issues, and to decide upon a reasonable course of action. While the most obvious improvements were the upgrades to my bathrooms, kitchen and exterior, there were many other less visible "fixes" (for example, re-doing some wiring properly in my kitchen and improving airflow and insulation in my crawlspace) that made my home safer and brought it up to code. I especially appreciated the time Mike took to answer all of my questions. He stayed in communication about scheduling, was prompt, and extremely professional. From start to finish, thanks Mike, for making this experience a good one and for the quality of your work! I would highly recommend your work to anyone.

Mike inspected a property that we are buying for a vacation home. He arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. Unfortunately, at the same time, a tree limb down the road took out all electric in the area and we had to reschedule. Even though this was a distance for him to drive, he was very understanding and rescheduled for the next available date.
