Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the Dodge dealership here in [redacted] Texas cannot get anyone to approve the repair of the Dodge Ram Truck After now messages from Mr [redacted] on this Revdex.com website,saying contact he will resolve, no one is contacting dealership, after a voicemail from ***, on my cell phone, saying he had all the paperwork and can approve the repair No one is answering the call from the Service department from [redacted] Dodge and not returning his call Now I receive a General release and settlement agreement I have to sign and notarize before he will approve the repair of the truck I was told there was a "new" engine put in the truck, and it is not new I was told that Dodge had a recall on the Cam Shaft and would be putting the motor in, but there is nothing in the Dodge/Chrysler computer system of any recall regarding Cam Shaft or the vehicle VIN I would like resolution, of returning the truck to Norman Mitsubishi I don't know what they have done repair wise or not repair wise to the truck I have not paperwork, receipts, for the engine work if there was some done, that I am supposed to have a year warranty on, yet there is not paperwork, nothing in Chrysler System Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Now the dealership is wanting me to sign a General Release and settlement agreement and have it notarized, then they will consent to paying for the work on the truck That was a voicemail but no where is that stated in the legal document [redacted] I still would like to have the take the vehicle back and they can dispute the loan with the Bank of the West That is what the bank said But it is up to the dealership to do it, the bank cannot make them But I cannot get the truck inspected with the check engine light on, so therefore, I cannot get licensed in Texas, or transferred to my name It has an expired paper tag licenseI have been advised not to sign anything regarding this truck

The vehicle came into service on 6/21/The customer stated the vehicle was running roughThe technician found the vehicle to be misfiringThe technician replaced the spark plugs, spark plug wires and TIPM (total integrated power module)The total cost of repair was $This bill was paid for by the dealership - the customer was charged nothingThe technician test drove the vehicle and the vehicle check engine light reappearedThe technician pulled the engine diagnostic code and found it to be an internal failure in the TCM (Transmission Control Module)The vehicle is a unique version of the PT Cruiser and contains a turbocharger that they only made for one yearBecause of this, a new TCM has to be ordered - a used or aftermarket TCM could not be found We are currently working with the customer to have the TCM replacedThe dealership will pay the cost of the new part ($900) and labor

Our credit application clearly states that when you click submit you are electronically signing for your credit to be pulled and submitted for lending purposesThe letter of acceptance/denial is not sent from the dealership, but sent from the lenderIf there are any discrepancies with the letter, those issues need to be taken up with the lender, not the dealershipWe, the dealership, do not actually mail out anything to our customersOur managers do not hang up on anyone, so you must have gotten connected with the wrong personI do apologize if you did get hung up on

I am rejecting this response because:I filed a complaint, and saw Mr*** replied. A Sales manager ***, said he would take care of the repair of the truck, I
was to speak to Finance, **. The truck has been at *** Dodge and they have not had approval to fix the exhaust manifold bolts, that were cracked when the engine was replaced.Supposed to be with a new engine, according to ***, per text message, and it is not a new engine. Truck is still at Dodge dealership. I have left messages with Mr***'s receptionist. I have not had a call. The Finance office, **, has told me he would ok any repair and reimburse me of the deductible but *** at *** Dodge is not getting any repairs ok'd. Or phone calls returned.I still want to return this vehicle, totally get out of this purchase. My second payment is now due, I have not been able to get vehicle inspected due to engine light being on.... Therefore, I cannot transfer the vehicle to my name. I am stuck. *** a customer service liason has been taking my calls and trying to talk to ***, or Mr***. I would like to get this resolved as soon as possible. *** the sales manager text me to call finance or main dealership number. No one is authorizing repair, or telling me to bring back the truck for them to repair. *** ***@live.com

I did not give them permission to do that.didn't even look at that many cars!! They already knew what my score was because I was already pre approved! !.so no there flimsy excuse is not acceptableI want that mess off my credit report
