I was very pleased by the service by B&L Plumbing. Office staff pleasant and helpful. Service Tech [redacted] was excellent. He was right on time, very pleasant and professional. He explained process to me, identified the problem quickly and replaced the problem faucet without any issues. I was pleased and will use B&L again.

I had a furnace inspection and a tub spout diverter replaced and I was very impressed with Nick, the Technician, with his work. He called me at work to confirm my appt. and he was prompt at the arrival time. He was very professional and knowledgeable! My bathroom sink was slow draining (at times) and I had said I thought there was a huge hairball in the drain. Instead of charging me to fix this issue, he told me to buy a "Zip-it" tool (for $2.48 or so) from a hardware store and it would work wonders. I am in the process of buying one! I will use B&L in the future for any plumbing or furnace needs!

I am sitting here as [redacted] and [redacted] are doing quite a bit of work on a property of mine that was destroyed by previous tentants and they are amazing! I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours of calling. They were able to call and give me a heads up they were on their way and they have been extremely friendly, clean (super clean) and just very awesome!! This has been such a refreshing experience for me!! I cannot recommend them enough!!

I called B&L to replace a water heater. They responded promptly and professionally and were able to get it replaced within a few hours of my initial call. The service technician was very professional and did an outstanding job.

I called B & L plumbing around 9am and they told me that they could have someone at my house by noon the same day. I was then told that they would be able to come out earlier if it was okay with me and it was. Once the technician arrived at my house I explained everything that I knew and then he looked at both problem areas and had to cut two small holes to get access to the piping to figure out where the leak was. He was able to fix the leak in a very short time as well as minimize the necessary damage. All was done at a very fare price. I will defiantly use B & L Plumbing again and recommend them to my friends.

Fast service and a job well done. The B&L technitain was courteous and very knowledgeable on what I needed done.

Ty arrived on time and was very helpful and professional. He was very proactive in determining the cause of the problem and correcting it. I highly recommend.

The plumber was on time. Courteous, knowledgable, and quick to get to his task. He did not take long to do the job and left no mess when done. He answered all questions I had. I would recommend this plumber and company to anyone needing this kind Of service.

I was very impressed with the service that B & L Plumbing provided. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. I was able to get a quick, convenient appointment, the plumber was very knowledgeable and was able to explain what needed to be done, and he did quality work in completing all the jobs that needed to be done in our old house.

On Christmas Eve day our water heater broke. Needless to say, all calls prior to B&L said they couldn't come out until Monday (4 days later) and some even wanted to charge double even if they could provide support that day. B&L was able to send a technician that day and carry 40 and 50 gallon water heaters in their trucks. That was an issue with the others I called as they have to pick them up at their suppliers and they were closing early since it was the day before Christmas.

All in all it was a pleasant experience dealing with B&L Plumbing.

Cay at B&L Plumbing was prompt, efficient and very polite. He explained the issue clearly and helped me understand what needed to be replaced and why. I would recommend B&L Company to anyone.
