After the CS Manager (Z***) spoke with the customer on 11/21, he agreed to accept a replacement for his DDI rifle in the form of a PA-Creedmoor Upper that was shipped out to himIt is scheduled for delivery on 11/

I would like to keep order, the one item not bothI still have not received call from vendorIt can be resolved by keeping the one order

I have made contact with the customer and will get new ammunition send out ASAP

We apologize for the delay in getting this repair back to the customer It has been shipped back to the customer now

All our packages are packed with the utmost care.  We added the plastic wrapping for added support to ensure that the ammunition boxes do not get torn in transit.This order will be refunded to the customer asap.
