Next steps: Please see if you can find out Proof of Delivery for the check that they say they sent. I think it would be useful to know where it went. Separately, see if they will cancel that check and send the replacement check directly to you. If for whatever reason they need to send it to Gazelle, then let's see if we can't be very deliberate about who it goes to and when, so we can be sure to identify it and send it to you.
By now it sounds clear that UPS has accepted responsibility here; we just have to arrange to get their payment to you.
Please let me know if I have any basic facts wrong.

I have no any proofs,due to ups rules,they can provide a proof only for sender,
3 month I am trying to get help from Gazelle auction,they never answered to me,never help me to resolve this problem,3 month I requested gazelle auction to contact to ups and get proof,they said I was a sender,because when they arranged a shipping,they requested my ups account information,but they never used that,I sent to gazelle and bstocksolution my ups account login and password,as a proof, because I was not a sender and ups never charged me for that package,
ups said Gazelle auction is a sender and they can provide information only for them,
Ups said me claim was granted,checked was cashed,
Ups said they can give me a proof only if I submitted a court case,I have no another option as submit small claim case,
Also yahoo.com contacted to me,they wants to help me and write article about my experience with Gazelle,I will also do that,because I have no another option,
Today is november -3 month I am trying to get answer and nothing,they did a mistake and cannot call to ups and check what going on with my package,
I guess all buyers must to know my bad story

I have learned that UPS has NOT in fact issued a credit for this. The seller has verified this. There is a "claim form" that UPS needs completed, and it must be filled out by the seller. So that is being done. I will let you know the results of this. Of course, if/once UPS processes a claim, the buyer will get that money. I hope this helps.

I see that the seller explained how they build lots and wrap them prior to listing on our site. This particular lot was sold as un-manifested, which means the seller does not have a manifest to provide. Please continue working with the seller directly to address your concerns.
